281  Economy / Speculation / Re: It is Buy time! on: July 16, 2016, 05:32:25 PM
It's a good time to buy as long as the price is under $1k ...
Even the price hit more than $1000. It will still be a good time to buy since the current user of bitcoin is still few and expect the price to go higher which will result to a 5-digit value of bitcoin.

That is true. If you think the bitcoin will rise a lot in the future, say in 50 years, then it is good time to buy now.

I am also long term minded, but looking 50 years ahead is not possible/realistic as we don't even know whether or not Bitcoin is still existing by that time.

It depends on your age. But most of the price rise of bitcoin will happen in the next 20 to 30 years.
the price growth of the bitcoin is definitely going to happen way sooner, in my opinion we might see huge growth in like 3 years from now or so because bitcoin will be way more popular
282  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN will be reached at $1000 to $2000 in 2016 ? on: July 16, 2016, 05:30:53 PM
I think that's too ambitious for this year. I think it will be a few years before it will reach $1000 or $2000. The growth seems to be slower right now which is probably better than having a bubble.
i doubt that it is too ambitious right now, i think that the price of a new all time high will be reached in 2016 really easily, i think it will make me some good money with such a growth
283  Economy / Speculation / Re: $705 in 11th july? on: July 16, 2016, 05:27:22 PM
The bitcoin price is very stable after the halving happened. It seems that all the market is waiting to see where the trend is going before making any orders
yeah, im actually a little bit impressed that the price is staying still for that much time right now, i hope that we will see the price rocket up in the near future hopefully
284  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value on: July 16, 2016, 05:26:25 PM
I think we need to wait some other weeks to see if the Bitcoin's price will increase as expected (before the halving) or not.
ofcourse the bitcoin price is going to be pumped a lot in the near future, we will see a new all time high i think in about a month or so, that would be really great in my opinion
285  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is going up and up on: July 16, 2016, 05:25:29 PM
I think the bitcoin price will go up a lot in the next 50 years. There are many very good community support for it.
of course price is going to be pumped up really fast in the near future thus allowing us all to make some decent profit in the future, i hope i will be rich because of bitcoins
286  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the next halving really matter that much? on: July 12, 2016, 08:53:23 PM
I think that nothing will change majorly, price will start rising in 20 days before halving, and againe many miners will lose a lot of money and maybe even work.
im pretty sure that the price is going to grow only after a decent amount of time like a month after the halving, as the halving has already passed and we still dont see any increases
287  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 12, 2016, 08:52:26 PM
Working for bitcoin is not a problem, but the payment may be. The price being so volatile makes it hard to count that you can pay your bills
when they start coming.
well yeah payments in bitcoins would definitely be a huge problem in my opinion because a lot of people wouldnt want it as they wage might drop a lot in just a day
288  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: July 12, 2016, 08:51:34 PM
...There aren't enough coins to be used by all those people that use fiat money.

Remember that bitcoin is still down divisible to 0.00000001 bitcoin so I think you are wrong.
well of course he is wrong and if there will be a need bitcoin can be divided even into smaller parts if they will change the code, i doubt it is a problem and i think bitcoin will replace fiat
289  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: July 12, 2016, 08:42:11 PM
And btc is nearly at the price lvl before halving dump.

Btc price can only go one direction, and this direction is up Wink
thats true, from now on the price can go only up i think because a lot of people will be buying their bitcoins after the dump in order to make money when the price starts going up
290  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: July 12, 2016, 08:41:36 PM

I mine some altcoins, I usually sell most of them to get bitcoin. That is because the bitcoin is the major currency.

I believe you should keep your altcoins because they are gonna be big time in the future, it is imminent that when people think that a certain thing will not be big in the future the other way around happen, in investing we need to bet against the public to make money.

It depends on the quality of the altcoin. Some of them are good, most are scams. It is difficult to find a good one.
well yeah, most of the cryptocurrencies that are created right now usually turned out to be just scams and nothing else so i would most probably just sell it in order to take out as much profit as possible, if i would mine bitcoins then i would safe i guess
291  Economy / Speculation / Re: Back to $ 400 soon? on: July 11, 2016, 07:12:30 PM
To 400$ rather no,BTC price is staying stable above 640$,i hope we will even test all time high at 1200$ during election in USA,now i see day trading between 650$ and 670$

I do not think the bitcoin price has anything to do with the US election. But if either the candidates endorse the bitcoin, the price will rise.
i guess it depends on what candidate is going to be elected as one might support cryptos than the other, i doubt that we will go back to 400 dollar price soon but anything might happen
292  Economy / Speculation / Re: No Big Halvening Price Rise on: July 11, 2016, 07:11:30 PM
I think the big price rise need some time, may be some weeks or months after the halving it will happen as many expected before.
thats true, we will need to wait for a while most probably until we will see a huge price growth, if we will be patient enough i think we will see the prices of new all time high
293  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 Bitcoin Predictions on: July 11, 2016, 07:10:26 PM
With halving almost here can imagine the right price for it will it be much to be over 800
halving already happened, i think we will see the prices of the new all time high pretty soon that will allow us all to make some good money really easily, i hope my predictions are correct
294  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are down again? on: July 11, 2016, 07:08:39 PM

If you are expecting $800 price from halving then it will not happen, as we are below $650 now and I don't think it will jump $150 in next few hours.

$800 will not happen in the next few weeks. But in 3 to 5 months, the price could be $800 or higher.

$800 is a good target. The last recent high was around $790. It would take several month to hit that.
well yeah, that is really great in my opinion if the price is going to grow to 800 dollars, in this way it would be really cool to make a lot of money, the price is definitely not going down

If the bitcoin price rises to $800 in the next three months, that is already a very good achievement.
i think that there is big potential for the bitcoin price to grow that much and i hope that we will see much bigger prices soon for example a new all time high as it would make me profit
295  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin just hit $465 on: July 11, 2016, 07:05:16 PM
The all time high price was around $1200. I think after halving, we might reach that price in 12 months time.

I think the $1200 could be reached in 6 to 9 months. We have the halving and also the block size increase.

The price is $650 now. I think the implementation of the SegWit could double the price to $1300 at least.
yeah, the price is much higher right now, i think that it is definitely a great thing because it shows that the price still has a lot of power to go up a lot as people are buying

The price is a lot higher and let's hope it stays there. Although if we see a dump, I don't see it going down lower then 500 dollar.
So we are safely away from 465 dollar.
i think that the price will surely stay in much higher prices and hopefully rise even more in the future thus allowing us all to make some money out of it, i hope well reach the new all time high
296  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are down again? on: July 07, 2016, 12:13:28 PM
Last time the bitcoin is going down very fast a think a week ago the bitcoin dropped with 100 dollar in the 2 last hours of the day and taht was
very scarry because i wanted to invest but now it was better for me finally lucky me.
well that is a bit scary for me too because i hold some bitcoins right now and im thinking about buying even more i hope the price is not going to be dumped as i would lose some money then
297  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to hit $10,000? on: July 07, 2016, 12:12:52 PM
to rise to the price of $ 10,000, I think it takes quite a long time, probably about 10 years, with the addition of $ 1,000 per year, but it is still quite impossible, because I believe that when the price of bitcoin has reached the price of $ 5000, then the price of bitcoin will be very difficult to go up again. because I think $ 5,000 is a huge price
well of course it will take a lot of time, i think 10 years should be enough for that because people will use bitcoins more and more in the future thus they will buy and pump the price up
298  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will bitcoin reach 500 USD again ? on: July 07, 2016, 12:12:15 PM
...and why do you think so ?
We have already passed this amount and we are now waiting for the halving and what the price is going to be after the halving.
It could be possible that the price could drop back to $500 but I do not think that that is going to happen.
We are already in around $600+/btc and we have even reached the $700+ mark. Who knows, maybe it will go back to $500.. But with the current trend, it will not happen most likely... Bitcoin price will surely go up and if predictions were ac curate, it could reach the $1000/btc that everyone is wishing for.. Smiley

We are currently at $670, way past the 500 mark.   Chances are the price will swing from about 650-700 this week.   Very unlikely to drop to $500.

Yeah and even price falls after halving it will  not go that low as we may see higher price at halving so we can expect some higher price in coming days
Indeed it might rise at the halving but we have some time until it happen's and you should notice that volume keeps going down.
It may be a bad sign for bulls, but may be good too-people do hold their coins,so their expect price get bigger after halving.
I hope so too Smiley
I don't think we will see the price of $500 after the halving, even price falls it won't go below $600 now, but only time will show what is the exact picture.
i think that the price will not fall to 500 dolalrs because a lot of people are willing to buy right now in order to make big profit in short period of time though i think with bitcoin anything might happen
299  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: July 07, 2016, 12:11:17 PM
i think it is best to give them money in bitcoins and say that if they will hold their bitcoins then the value is going to jump a lot, then they would surely use bitcoins in my opinion or at least try it
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is big problem in using of bitcoin on: July 07, 2016, 12:10:39 PM
The worst thing about the bitcoin is in my eyes the fact that the confirmations are taking too fucking long these days.
I think its just bad that you have to wait so long on confirms!

I didn't encountered any problems with bitcoin yet it is okay when it comes to transactions even though it is delayed for sometime . but the only thing that bitcoin has to complain about is the fluctuation because we do not notice that the bitcoin price is suddenly became down...

i also dont have any problems, those transaction delays sometimes get me irritated though i dont pay too much attention to that, to be honest bitcoin is nearly perfect for me
