281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: October 20, 2015, 06:56:43 AM
And the latest....

                    'Greetings Miners!

As stated in our last update, we were going through some design iterations, these changes were sent for prototyping and we have received back our prototypes. The initial power-up and testing are successful, we are currently performing some more intense testing by mining for longer durations to identify any fine tunings required. The mechanical enclosure, SOM interface board and other accessories are all ready. Once the testing of the SCRYPT boards are completed we will proceed with integration of the viper system and mass manufacturing/assembly. We will keep you updated on further advancements.

Lastly we would like to add that we offer our sincerest apologies for any issues throughout development, when developing a new technology such technical delays were out of our control. We hope to deliver a product that has no issues during operation. And would also like to state that if you feel we have wronged you in any way we sincerely apology and hope to make up for it.

Please find below the images of the new SCRYPT board and the enclosure:

Alpha Technology Team'

$50 for $15 worth of silver  Shocked awesome sale bro
Yes, because there's absolutely no cost involved in the minting process, no cost for the dies, no cost for the holograms, no cost for the artist design work, no cost for the insurance and shipping from the mint, and oh yeah, because silver spot price is exactly the same today as it was when these were minted.

Awesome lack of understanding of the minting process and being a douche.  Bro.

You don't want to spend the money on it?  Your prerogative.  Let others choose for themselves.

Thanks for the free bump tho  Roll Eyes

well said, I will use this reason when my customers ask for discount.

Got my Silver Wallet, thanks OP

I find it odd how you are asking for ancient dinosaur equipment and you want it to be in brand new condition.

I think OP is trying to start a bitcoin mining museum or something. Wink

imagine, they could be worth a fortune 50 years from now.

he may have many bitcoin
not everyone can provide 10 BTC easily
Once again, you didn't need to gamble 10BTC at once.

I lost 10BTC once before. pretty sad day.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [TGC][ANN] Relaunch Tigercoin - Official thread on: September 29, 2015, 02:50:34 PM
OK I found a bug that was making the client advertise wrong difficulty values in certain situations. I fixed this and will publish the code later.

I'm afraid the bug has resulted in some invalid blocks and forks. Fixing this would mean quite some invalid blocks being disposed of. I can imagine not everybody being ecstatic about this, but the coins wouldn't be worth a dime anyway, since they are based on buggy difficulty calculations and besides they were generated too quickly.

For your info:
The last valid block on ispace.co.uk is 482296
The last valid block on bitnodes.net is the block with height 482403. (bitnodes.net has the same block 482296 as the one mentioned at iSpace)

This block 482403 has hash 000000000927d9a7d431da80a0876689164ac030d989701f8730f7f4cb6cb258

This block will mark the start for the fixed code. At this moment nobody is succesfully mining blocks anyway, unfortunatly.

This update will include an adjustment to the difficulty calculation as well to make sure the difficulty will adjust a bit better when blocks are generated fast enough.

give us a shout out once you release the new version.
