Man I wish I had extra crap fiat to buy BTC right now. China is happy they can buy all the bitcoins the pannicking sellers are selling. Man I thought we were done with the scared stiff seller. I also think a lot of people are dumping to buy back before halving. I wish I had some extra  crap fiat.

285  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Can Trezor steal our bitcoins ? on: January 14, 2016, 03:15:10 PM
I like to store my btc on a paper wallet. The Trezor  is good if you wanna have some spending money and have access to it without worrying about a key logger. If have a massive amount if btc I would invest in a Trezor.

+++ for using Tesla as an example that man was a true Genius and cared more about Science than money. Thomas Edison robbed him of his wealth and used other scientists as well. Tesla had thought of the death ray back on those days the guy was  awesome. ohh yeah topic at hand Atheists like Bill Mahr need to stop being condescending towards people of faith. I respect Bill on some of his political views but sometimes he is harsh on world religions.
288  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: January 12, 2016, 05:14:03 PM
I think during the 2008 financial crisis we just put a band aid on the hemorrhaging. The banks with there weapons of mass derivatives will finally implode, and we will see a bigger drop in the worlds stock markets. The oil price slump is a geopolitical move by the head of the oil cartel Saudi Arabia. Saudi wants to destabilize Iran and Irans main export is oil. The sanctions that were lifted by the U.S. were all planned to have Iran and Saudi compete and we sit back relax and enjoy the low oil prices. Man i'm waiting for a dollar a gallon like the good old days.

291  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why did you come to Bitcointalk? on: January 11, 2016, 06:00:48 PM
I was a big fan of casascius coins and ebay was not a place to purchase them-- been burned before Sad. I stumbled upon bitcointalk because a seller told me to buy with escrow from the forum.
292  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: January 11, 2016, 05:57:04 PM
My worst Mistake was buying btc when it was 65 and instead of buying more I bought gold instead. I still think about the depreciating value of gold, though not bad as fiat but still btc at 65 could have had 20btc  easily.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum mining still profitable? on: January 11, 2016, 05:52:26 PM
I was gonna mine Ethereum for fun but a lot of steps are involoved in setting it up. I don't have a programming background so I just gave up. I do like the idea behind Ethereum.
294  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: where to get cheapest bitcoin? on: January 11, 2016, 04:02:32 PM
Wow people here were still helpful after the"" fuck You response"". I guess this wannabe Boiler room trader has a lot to learn about people skills. I have learned politeness goes a long way and people are real helpful on this forum so ask nicely.
295  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's the danger of buying Bitcoins with ID from a bank? on: January 11, 2016, 03:55:50 PM
I know you live in a small town, but If you can find a bitcoin meetup in a nearby city I am sure there are people willing to sell btc for cash. I am waiting for one in the midwest.

strayanbit you are not born an alcoholic. You are not born a genius. Every thing is a choice to choose the path. So yes I feel homosexuiality is a choice. Nothing wrong with saying god or not just have more respect for people that take a stand on an issue instead of flip flopping.

298  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What is the fastest way to download the entire blockchain? on: January 10, 2016, 02:56:57 PM
I wanted a core client at my work and I think I installed  the core client from 2013 don't know what version. It took about a week to get 80 percent and I just stopped running it. The computer is old and still running xp don't know if its the computer or our internet speed. Back then I did not know much about the core clients and just got a blockchain wallet instead. What will increase the download speed the internet speed or a faster CPU?
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Anyone experiencing slow confirmation? on: January 10, 2016, 02:45:06 PM
The longest I had was ten minutes, but every other  couple of hundred confirmations  have been normal. I did remember a transaction that took an hour ,but I think it was only 10 cents was showing my girl how to transfer btc from a wallet. I think the amount was too low for a miner to mine it or something.
300  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: January 10, 2016, 05:38:23 AM
Crash is coming but in a couple of more years maybe 2 or 3, but again the middle class will probably bailout these idiots. I will never move to Russia or China one is heavily polluted and the other is filled with arrogant dummies.
