281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs are a legit or Scam? on: September 27, 2017, 07:51:27 AM
Hi Guys,

Im pretty keen to understand more about ICOs and intend to invest in some.
ANY recommended ICOs and any advise how you guys determine whether is it a legit or Scam?

Thanks in advance.
I think ico there is a scam and some can be trusted, I think it's all from your care to choose an ico project,
reading whitepaper is also very important
Make consirations on the project idea, doe it have a chance to succeed and to stood in the future for more developments,  weighs the possibilities base on your understanding.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do ICO coin really worth like they claim ?? on: September 27, 2017, 07:47:33 AM
I think that only 2% will become successful, 8% won't reach they goals and will be collapsed in 2-5 years. The rest is just SCAM!
The trust rate of Ico were getting more too low as more ICO were launching and some get failed. If only Oco cam be filtered it woll be much easy to choose were to invest.  Bit there are still ICO worth investing still.
283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the Browser: Google, Apple and More Adopting Crypto-Ready API on: September 26, 2017, 01:16:24 PM
This is pretty damn exciting. I am still not sure how the API would work, and the Coindesk article only gave vague details, but this has serious potential to spread awareness on Bitcoins and cryptocurrencies in general.

One thing to note, though, is that we are still going to need developers to make use of the API. It looks like we will be able to take advantage of it using add-ons, which is a security risk. Still, we're getting there!

Little by little we will be able to see how the API developers will be developed with the adaption of known companies and products. We might see it pretty soon.
284  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Feeling regret after (Not trading, not gambling, etc...) on: September 26, 2017, 12:34:22 PM
I always have that feeling. Regret. I had 300$ 4 month ago, and I told myself.. "Dude BTC will never go higher than $2,000" When it reached $2,500 I told myself "Now it is on the peak".
Gambling scene: "I won't join this round it won't go higher than x2" *Yes I love bustabut* Then the round went higher than x200 Technically I was not right.
Every time before I sleep I just imagine, and I am sure of that.. If I had taken the right decisions I would have been rich..
So am I the only one fellas? I would be so happy to know that I am not the only one Cheesy
#Dontattackme #From100Bucksto10Grands

Hey Wait! I have like 100$ now.. What is the best way to do with it.. I will be like offline from internet for over a year.. I wanna get profit after I finish my last high school year. Suggest!

if you want to invest in bitcoin then you only have one option which is buying bitcoin right now and keep it for over a year and don't too often to take a look in the market, every exchanges. because if you do, you are tempting to sell because of panic when you see the price is down or you want to buy again just to see the price is down. for that $100 you can buy bitcoin without seeing the price now and don't forget to move your bitcoin into your offline wallet or in your computer or android phone.

Everypne should save now especially if we knew it already how capable btc is to increase, we have seen how the price moves too volatile and how people panic. We just need to work much now for future.
285  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: September 26, 2017, 12:19:43 PM
With bitcoin prices that are still unstable yet and easily influenced by various things, it seems we should have been able to accept it and reasonable on it, no matter how much the price. From the current price movements, it's looks the price like trying to reach $4000, i think it's no problem and this is more leads to an increase than a few days earlier. Well hopefully bitcoin price can continue to increasing for the next.

Since it already reached $4700 before, everyone is looking for lt to happen again, there were times that I regret not cashing out those time I've seen it before, but i know it can eventually reach that amount again so will just wait for it.
286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China vs BTC? on: September 26, 2017, 12:02:55 PM
I think China wants in this way to reduce the number of scammers who use bitcoin for illegal purposes. Though it seems to me completely to forbid it to not turn out as hackers can bypass this interdiction.
It was the Ico and the exchanges they ban since their people were really seems interested on it and might cause conflict on their physical business and maybe too for ot will attract lots of scammer.
287  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading sucks, I'll just hold my coins on: September 26, 2017, 11:47:21 AM
Trading requires maturity of analysis as well as diligent learnings. No instant successful trader, they experience bitterness in their journey to become a successful trader. However, holding coins still better, because we still have hope to make profit when one day experience a surge in value.
Definitely, it requires technical analysis and a lot of time to make fine decisions to get profit in the market. But sometimes our bad decisions help us in learning new things and discovering new ways to make money from bitcoins. Just be patient at loss and don’t panic.

Never panic and always make some plans. Always think that btc have still a possibility to increase like it did few years ago.it is evident how graph approves in the past years.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Little panics like this are good on: September 26, 2017, 11:24:56 AM
Yes true, a little panic makes a lot of profit, when bitcoin price drops to $ 3200, I buy about 0.75 btc and it's great that now the price has reached $ 3775 and it will soon reach $ 4000.

Sorry for these panic people now that bitcoin is rising up again i just fell bad because i decided to buy a huge amount to add on to my hoarding if bitcoin will fall down at $2000. Now i buy so small with my capital because the price is suddenly increased again but still this is better than $4K. This value will goes up even more if China will lift the ban. Be on board before its too late again
Not only $4000 but will jump to previous it very soon. Little jumps are so amazing that they give chances for trade to buy more bitcoins. As earlier fortnight, it was so difficult to buy bitcoins the prices were so high and now see the buying prices are getting down. Chance to buy and definitely buyers will avail it.

We just need to wait when the prixe dalls down so we can grab the opportunity to have more btc, we should have patience and have enough time to save some to buy more when it drops.
289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Offline Wallets Vs Online Wallets on: September 26, 2017, 04:04:26 AM
I think offline wallet is better for large amount for an investment purposes only keep in online that's better
it depends on the amount of bitcoin that he is holding because online wallet is good too and it can use easily because you can send and receive anytime anywhere you want and it is safe too, but as i said if you have a large amount of bitcoin go for offline wallets so you can make sure that your bitcoin is safe.
I will prefer offline wallets, they can also used online when connected in internet what makes it uniqye is when there's poor signal or even none you can access ot . And it's much safer I think.

292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The DEATH of Bitcoin Surfaces Again on: September 20, 2017, 04:58:42 AM

Is this the beginning of the death of Bitcoin? Well, the topic is now resurrecting again now that Bitcoin just experienced one of the biggest bloodbaths ever in its trading history. And this the trend right now for the whole cryptocurrency market...we are seeing waves of red all over.

No wonder the FUD community is now having a fiesta...they think that this can be the start of the end of the world...I mean the end of Bitcoin and that it can crashed soon towards the $100 price.

Are they kidding me?
This happens every time the price crash and the fact that some fud in china yesterday made the price crash hard. We experience some crash earlier this year because china suspend withdrawal in china exchange we were fine weeks after that, so we'll be fine this time.
The effects of the China FUD are getting more short lived, you said it yourself at the beginning of the year it took bitcoin a few weeks to recover, now it only took bitcoin a few days to recover, soon enough the China FUD is not going to work anymore and the next time something like this happen we are not going to care anymore.
Well FUD can really make btc fall, whenever there are events of splits, corrections, hardfork and bad news regarding btc its the over reaxt of the users that makes its value dump.
293  Economy / Speculation / Re: Less Volatility Is Needed? on: September 20, 2017, 04:26:48 AM
How could low volatility be imposed?
Only by external forces, that is contrary to free market and to Bitcoin, and would kill it.
"Contrary to the free market" would be a single, central "external force" (like a central bank).

But there could be many, decentrally operating forces that control volatility, and that would not be against the "free market". At least much less against it than mega-whales manipulating the price at their will Wink

I have already linked to a possible solution above. Another one is simply to increase the percentage of traders that use a "rebalancing" or "contrarian" strategy, like outlined here. A open source, easy to use bot (with a GUI?) that does rebalancing would be a first step in this direction.

I know volatility is always good if the price curve points in the right direction Wink But at the long term, Bitcoin can gain much more ground (use cases etc.) if volatility is significantly lower than now. The goal should be that the probability to run into a crash of more than 10% in 24 hours approaches <1%, and a 5% crash, let's say, less than 2-3%.
We just need to go with the flow of the market, when we think that we will lose on it then better wait a little while, hold on to that coins until everything seems fine. In volatility we xan earn we just need to know when it's the time for our coins.
294  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Can be $5,000 Again? on: September 20, 2017, 01:40:45 AM
Looking at the price movement recently, $5000 will be the new mental barrier that has been put up in front of us. However, just like all of you here, I'm positive that we can touch it again, its a question on when. China is already out of the market already so we need something that will really push to price to this level. But I'm glad that bitcoin has already recovered from the 2 weeks of hell and lets just wait and see how the price movement will go for this week and we will never know, maybe the price will surge again peaking at $5000 once again.  Smiley

The signs is showing positive trends right now of you will have a check at coinmarket cap value online. Looking at the graph, bitcoin jas significant way of achieving it's higher rate in the future due to the demand eventually rising after the time of crash last week ago. Price will have to surge at that rate of $5000 again and if ever value will pump and pump more than $5000 is merely possible.
It's possible to happen ,though we might see a slow increase now unlike before. Chinese investors plays a big part on the fast increase of btc before but even though it will be fine as long as btc is recovering from that issue without China.
295  Economy / Speculation / Re: Welcome back $4xxx bitcoin! on: September 20, 2017, 01:34:16 AM
Wonderful, that is a good news to hear.
Bitcoin is recovering fast more than ever, that is a good sign showing Bitcoin will reach another all time high in few weeks. Cool
If we note the past of bitcoin so we can find it easily that bitcoin recovers very fast. To touch back the subject figure has taken only one week and I personally welcome bitcoin in 4000. I hope after a month the subject will be welcome to bitcoin in 5000 because bitcoin has recovered very fast and now it will get raise most fast as it has break down all the speculation and now people are once again confidently buying bitcoin.

In an average, bitcoin price is just above ~$39xx, but it's still good though considering the painful two week that we have been through. I think this is the true value of bitcoin now minus the Chinese market. Bitcoin once more proved its resiliiency, so holders are very much happy to see the price jump quickly while those weak hands who sold at $2800-$900 are just shaken their heads and regretting their decision. But to go to $5000 is anything thing. I don't know what significant event we need to see to really push the market price to $5000 once more.
Even so the fact that btc increases in price even the China didn't remove the banning of it,then it just shows how powerful btc is with or without China it can recover.
296  Economy / Economics / Re: Where can i invest my money? on: September 20, 2017, 01:23:05 AM
Such a large amount of money why you are still need it to invest since its a large amount of money or this could be fack, if you are willing to invest there i think its better to use in trading that i thought you can control the movement  of the price of bitcoin not all or other subscribed all token i will investment a good side to as helpless all others.
It will be better to portion it, if yoj think you already have some knowledge on trading and your good on it then do trading, buf if not better study it first practice with small amounts and portion some in other activities.
297  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin successfully defeated China on: September 20, 2017, 12:51:30 AM
I do not know if im correct what I read was China are banning ICO and exchanges. They not banning Bitcoin so I think the Chinese can still mine and own Bitcoin.

Also the Japan news help into the recovery of the price.
Well when the ICO and exchanges were ban in China then there will be no use on btc for them. Bitcoin now were recovering and that's a good news since we can see that no one can manipulate btc.
298  Economy / Economics / Re: Central of the Philippines Recognizes Bitcoin on: September 20, 2017, 12:49:19 AM
This is a very good news not only for the Philippines but for the whole Bitcoin community.

I Hope other countries approve or recognize not just Bitcoin but other reputable Altcoins.
It will be hard for Altscoins since it's too broad . There are plenty of alts and some are just shitcoin to be acknowledged. But there are really aome that are worth identifying.
299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when prices are falling on: September 19, 2017, 03:28:39 AM
The best thing you can do when prices are falling is Holding tight .. And if you can buy more bitcoins or any altcoins when prices are falling then you can make a massive profit when prices will be higher again .. I use this strategy for trading . Btc down buy and hold . AS i think "HOLD IS GOLD "
Make sense, those who sell due yo panic is more prone on losing and regreting at the end when the value reach skyrocket. We will see all the fruit of patience paid off soon.
300  Economy / Speculation / Re: Pricing over 4K ,thinking about buying on: September 19, 2017, 03:15:34 AM
Perhaps there will be marginally better times to buy in the near future but is it worth risking saving a few hundred bucks when on the flip side bitcoin could potentially push through 5k and to an all time high?
Probably not. If the uptrend continues(which probably will) soon we will see $5k and gradually and floor of $5k like we more or less saw a floor of $3k last week that was probably the best time to buy. But now is also a good time to buy as soon $4k will be left long behind like $1000.
You should buy when it dips, last week it was in dip . Many took that opportunity to buy more. Maybe wait a little longer or buy now. It can increase anytime soon.
