281  Other / Meta / Re: Please restrict the massive bright red sigs on: February 15, 2014, 02:10:00 AM
Agreed. Pain on the eyes.

Another possibility is hiding just the offending signatures via an AdBlockPlus filter of the form "bitcointalk.org##.sig99999".

Or alternatively, hide everyone's sig with ".signature"

I'd very much like to get both http://visitbit.com and http://www.cleverpuffin.com on there.
283  Economy / Auctions / Re: Selling VirtualMinerGame.com, Site Working on: February 13, 2014, 06:43:11 PM
What's the starting bid?

Also, what tech stack is it using?
What do you mean by tech stack.

As far as bidding if you guys want to start bidding, Id start at 0.01 and please bid in minimum 0.01 increments.

The site works how it is currently and is each to add new hardware and change stuff. So nothing needs to be done to make it work.

I mean:

1) What http server is it running on?
2) What language is it coded in?
3) What dbms is it using?
4) What OS is the server running? Is that of importance? I.e. does the software rely on unix or windows OS commands for parts of it's functionality?
284  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: mystery deposits of 1 satoshi appearing in my wallet on: February 13, 2014, 06:40:14 PM
Yeah it's a pain in the arse. But you should be able to safely ignore them and they'll disappear in time. Still better than viagra emails.

Advertiser payments seem to be back online! Hurrah!
288  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] VisitBit.com - PTC Advertising - FROM 0.000001 BTC PER VISIT!!!! on: February 12, 2014, 01:30:24 PM
Advertiser payments are currently down due to more Blockchain API problems: https://twitter.com/blockchain/status/433575015791853569

290  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CleverPuffin.com BitCoin Web Hosting *OFFICIAL THREAD* on: February 11, 2014, 12:13:17 AM
The hosting has been working perfect! However, is it possible to change the account details (bandwidth etc) at the next invoice?

Absolutely. Email me at info@cleverpuffin.com with the details and I'll sort it out.

Or restrict login to only IPs from a certain country.

I definitely second this.

Very well implemented Smiley Good job
293  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Project Concept] E-Sports Betting Site (similar to sports betting) on: February 10, 2014, 12:15:09 PM
You definitely need more people involved. You need to be able to keep up with the markets and need some stringent terms of use and anti-fraud checks to monitor strange bets with dodgy results. Interesting idea. If you need contacts in the industry, pm me. I worked in esports a few years ago.

We've got some affiliate banners online now which some users may want to increase referrals. See: http://visitbit.com/referrals

Static Leaderboard - 728x90: http://visitbit.com/assets/banners/static/static-728x90.png
Static Banner - 468x60: http://visitbit.com/assets/banners/static/static-468x60.png
Animated Banner - 468x60: http://visitbit.com/assets/banners/animated/468x60/animated-468x60.gif

We'll be working to restore the referrer statistics soon too. Had to take it away for database efficiency reasons, but a more streamlined method is just around the corner.

We're now on Facebook and Google Plus: http://www.facebook.com/visitbitbtc and plus.google.com/+VisitbitBTC

We've also seen resolution to the problems we were having with blockchain.info's API callbacks. So advertiser payments and activations should be fully automated again (apart from the odd transaction that doesn't forward for a couple of hours).

Over a quarter of a million payouts made to our users now Smiley And that doesn't even count referrer payments!

How do we add additional domains to the hosting?

You can't. It's 1 hosting account per domain.

299  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: PHP/HTML coder required on: February 06, 2014, 04:25:13 PM
I've already made one before, so I can make one again. The one I made is at http://faucetsurfer.tk

PM me with your budget.

Thanks my budget is 0.008BTC now

Forget it then. That wouldn't even buy me lunch. When you've got an actual budget, let me know.
