I was surprised to see Chelsea humiliate Tottenham Hotspur yesterday in a two goals to nothing.
Chelsea showed supremacy and class through out the game as they left Tottenham players and their fans frustrated despite their efforts to score but couldn't put the ball into the back of the net.
I was either. I assume that most people waited for a competitive match between them in Stamford Bridge. As it was a cup match, we never know what happens in this kind of matches. But Chelsea ended the curiosity by literally destroying Tottenham here. Tottenham were doing really nice in the Premier League actually as of Conte's arrival. But they couldn't reflect that performance on this match clearly. |

Yeah, Milan are already leading by 2-0 now. This was unexpected for me honestly. I was expecting Milan to win by a close gap but they have made the goal difference 2 earlier in the game already. Roma can have a really hard time from now on. I really appreciate Milan's determination in this match until now. As Inter couldn't play their match this week because of covid-19, Milan are going to decrease the point difference to 1 on the condition they win.

There is one day left for the Bayern Munich vs Gladbach match seemingly. Bayern Munich are on a winning streak of five matches in the Bundesliga now. They will want to maintain it here for sure. But I can see that they have some important players missing. And I see Neuer among them too. But as long as they have even a few of their crucial players, they could still win this match. Gladbach are on a terrible run and I don't think they have much chance.

It has been a bad weekend for Real Madrid and a really solid one for Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. I reckon that not many people were expecting to see Real Madrid getting a defeat by Getafe. I really wonder how Real Madrid couldn't manage to score. On the other hand, I remember their Cadiz game which they showed their best ever performance until then. Atletico Madrid defeated Vallecano by 2-0 and Barcelona did the same against Mallorca by 1-0. After these results, Atletico Madrid have taken the 4th place and Barcelona climbed to the 5th place.
And tonight, Sevilla have a golden opportunity to decrease the interval with Real Madrid in case they defeat Cadiz. And I believe that they will make it.

I'm looking forward to watching the both games in the PSG - Real Madrid matchup. This is the most remarkable matchup among all of them. These teams both are candidates to become the champions in the Champions League this season. PSG are a bigger favourite of course but Real Madrid are really strong now. They are capable enough to eliminate any team in the tournament. I hope to see two competitive games in this draw. And at the end, I think PSG can advance to the next stage.

One of the most enjoyable matches last night was the Boston - Golden State Warriors match. Although Curry and Wiggins had a hot hand at the beginning, Boston managed to stay in the match all the time. After Curry's performance started going down by the 3rd quarter, they closed the 20-point gap. But they made simple mistakes and this prevented them from winning the match. Boston can qualify for the playoffs if they are able to maintain this performance.
