2801  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can novices quickly earn the first pot of gold in cryptocurrency and then re on: October 22, 2021, 06:46:29 PM
I did a mistake beginning of the investment, just stuck with an altcoin and lost a lot. I learned that if you have profit then don't miss the opportunity and don't wait for a big profit. We don't know what will happen tomorrow. Doesn't matter if the price pump after you sold, because it would dump as well. Especially when you are trading altcoin, no issue with Bitcoin investment. I can confidently say, Bitcoin will never give you loss if you just have enough patience and are not a panic trader.

So I am doing the same now, taking profit and out from that. Then move to another which is potential and would give me profit again. Otherwise, I will have to wait for a chance to take entry on the previously sold coin. This strategy works for me well.
2802  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking Profits on: October 22, 2021, 06:36:41 PM
Every person has different strategies to make a profit. Everyone in cryptocurrency wants to take profit, but is everyone getting? No, because of strategies. We don't know which strategies will work when. It depends on the situation. So you have to decide on the real-time, can't be fixed from the scratch.

For me, I even come out from trade with 5% profits sometimes. And sometimes lost if dump the coin. So basically when I decide to take profit and come out, means I sold all the coin. I don't like to stay longer on a single trade. Definitely, I have chosen a few coins to trade, but when out, then totally out with a profit. Then I will trade again during the dump. Sometimes have to wait and sometimes could re-enter the next day. That's how I take profits lately.
2803  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain 2014 wallet recovery if any ? on: October 22, 2021, 06:20:08 PM
Since resetting passwords is impossible, the only way to recover funds is through brute force as @o_e_l_e_o already described. If you don't know how to do it then you may follow this video as a guide, Brute-Force Blockchain Wallet. Since your friend has welcome mail and access to the mail, there is a hope to recover funds. Although it will take time, don't be hopeless. Try with all possible passwords.

If you failed to do it yourself then you have to trust their party. I am not suggesting using a third party, but in case you need then you may contact this developer, Bitcoin Wallet Recovery Services - for forgotten wallet password  .

One more important thing, most likely you may receive PMs from scammers to recover your funds. Don't let them make you fool. Just ask them to participate in the open discussion here. And please share here before trusting anyone in case you need to hand over your wallet credentials to others. Handover wallet credentials to scammers mean your fund will go forever.
2804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My first time using a Bitcoin ATM on: October 22, 2021, 05:08:41 PM
Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I have read a few stories that have used Bitcoin ATM, but I was not really aware of using mobile numbers during parsing Bitcoin. As you said you bought Bitcoin safely and anonymously, this is not true at all. Because I agree with safely because it is quite safe and there is no chance of scam or fraud, but really you are not anonymous since you have submitted your mobile number. The government can identify who bought the Bitcoin. However, I don't think this is a problem for you because there is a bitcoin ATM machine means Bitcoin is not illegal in your country. But this is a matter of tax maybe you cannot avoid paying tax if necessary. It is good to see at least you can buy Bitcoin directly from ATM.
2805  Economy / Economics / Re: What are common arguments for Bitcoin? on: October 21, 2021, 06:33:00 PM
The answer will be pretty same as like others. First of all, investors should know that Bitcoin is not something like a quick rice scheme, and the second thing is investors should well aware of Bitcoin Technology. It is quite important to know how Bitcoin works. I believe most of the big investors are well aware of Bitcoin Technology, but the real concern about small and investors like us those are a newbie. They really don't know about Bitcoin technology and how it works and just jump into Bitcoin to make a quick profit. But sometimes it leads to regret.
2806  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's new All Time High (ATH) has been reached this year again (X2) on: October 21, 2021, 05:39:35 PM
Touching a new ATH is not surprising to me because the new ATH was nearby the previous ATH. I am expecting one more ATH which should be above $70K. But it was pretty surprising to me that all of the alt coins did not follow the Bitcoin trend.  I am assuming that the investors are playing with Bitcoin and did not concentrate it on altcoin. Most probably if Bitcoin is stable in a zone then investors would move to the altcoin and definitely, altcoin would start to move upward in case Bitcoin does not start the dump. As we know cryptocurrency is dependent on fresh investors so we have to wait and see.

2808  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam] Chivo Bitcoin wallet fake on: October 20, 2021, 06:20:58 PM
That's the reason Google is quite strict about cryptocurrency-related apps. Cryptocurrency scammers always finding a potential way to scam us. This kind of scam is quite dangerous than other any scam attempts. It could scam multiple ways, by spreading malware and faking itself. That's why before downloading any apps I tried to verify developer contact, especially email.

Thanks for sharing it with the community. Hope we can take lessons from here.
2809  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by coindeal on: October 20, 2021, 06:08:31 PM

That's what OP forwarded me to the Telegram. Most probably he isn't aware of how to post images and he doesn't have enough activity to do so. I am posting on behalf of OP, not sure if this is real or fake. But recently a few scam accusation popped up against the coin deal.

@OP, have you replied to their email? According to them, there was a technical issue as they said in the mail. Did you try to withdraw again? Or still balance is ZERO?
2810  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can 1 Bitcoin buy in your country? on: October 20, 2021, 05:40:37 PM

Source: Google search.

You can buy a similar house in my country for 1 Bitcoin according to the current price of $66k. Although you can not buy this house in the main city center,  but you can buy it nearby city and it will be very near. I am not revealing my exact location that's why download the photo from Google. But you can buy exactly the same house or could build the same house for 1 Bitcoin.
2811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you pay with crypto??? on: October 20, 2021, 02:10:06 PM
Yes definitely, I used Bitcoin to purchase a few things. For example, the domain name from Namecheap for me and for others as well. I have bought an Amazon gift card from the forum with Bitcoin. As I can remember I have used Bitcoin in these two things, I never used any other coin like litecoin or Ethereum to purchase anything. If you are wondering to integrate a payment gateway on your platform then I will suggest using Bitcoin. It is most secured and I am not sure if it is possible for you but you may use a lightning network to reduce fees.
2812  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I found my old Wallet with 22 BTC but I lost the password on: October 19, 2021, 01:55:06 PM
Try to contact walletrecoveryservices, aka Dave (bitcointalk profile).
Yea, most probably he could help IMO. You may trust him since he has a good reputation on the forum.

Primarily you may contact @LoyceV, not sure if he can help you but he has few knowledge about that. But you have to trust him and he has a very good reputation on the forum. Since you have to trust someone then @LoyceV is perfect IMO.
2813  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by coindeal on: October 18, 2021, 05:28:25 PM
We can not take any action unless you add more details as Pmalek mention above. I am not sure if I heard about this exchange before nor I have been using it. I don't know why you guys use is this kind of exchange where more reputed exchanges exist on the market.  After getting a scam just come on the forum to create an allegation. But keep in mind, we can not help always to recover the fund if they don't care about reputation same like 1xbit. Because a few platforms don't care about their reputation even getting a tag. Anyway,  please make a proper report so we can take a deep look if we can help you with anything.
2814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: [List] Distribution social campaign on: October 18, 2021, 05:00:46 PM
Do you think it is necessary? I don't think so, because of all the social camping in altcoin you can Discover from the Altcoin Bounty section. All of the threads there are about bounty, so it does not necessary to create a thread and list all the threads once again here. Most likely you were inspired by the list of Signature camping in BTC but both cases are different. On the service section, there are so many posts, so it is quite complicated sometimes to find BTC camping. That is the reason why there is a list of Bitcoin signature camping. Signature camping and social camping are not the same, so I don't think this thread has any value.
2815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy vs. anonymity on: October 18, 2021, 02:19:35 PM
First of all, since I am using a centralized cryptocurrency exchange means my anonymity and privacy have been gone. To the exchange, I am not anonymous at all and since I am not using mixer means all the funds I am earning from signature or from anywhere sending to the exchange. Because without exchange I am not able to cash out. Again, even I do not use centralized exchange and intend to sell my Bitcoin then I have to sell in the local market and it is quite impossible to stay anonymous. When I will sell on the local market then the Fiat will be transferred on account or mobile banking. So basically I can't stay anonymous, but yes we can try to reduce privacy issues. For example, funds coming from where, how much I have the balance we can prevent that. But we need to spend more extra fees and time as well.
2816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we accelerate the mass adoption of crypto? on: October 18, 2021, 01:59:25 PM
Should we expect more quick adoption? As we can see Bitcoin adoption growing up, not downwards. A few countries already adopting Bitcoin and accept it as a legal tender, on the other hand, a few more countries wondering to do so. I think this is an adoption definitely. From our end, we can spread the word about Bitcoin worldwide, nearby, in our country, family and friends everywhere we can reach. That is our responsibility and regarding the volatility, we cannot really prevent that.

Bitcoin is much popular and the reason is volatility, we can not stop it technically.  Because Bitcoin is totally decentralized and we have no control over that. A few developing countries and poor countries do not want to legalize Bitcoin but most of the developed country thinking to accept Bitcoin as a legal tender although it will take time but hopefully soon we will see more mass adoption.
2817  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did receiver recieve his bitcoin? on: October 17, 2021, 06:06:23 PM
I am just curious to know where you have sent the fund. Did you use the check-out process to purchase anything from any site? or have you invested in any other site? If you share the full story of where you sent the fund exactly and to whom then we might detect the point and the issue of what is going on. Because it seems your transaction confirmed,  means that the address you have mentioned had received the fund. You can verify from the above replies. I am assuming you have been scammed or someone trying to scam you. If you have invested in Ponzi or scam means the fund is gone forever. If you had used the checkout system to purchase anything there might happen something wrong about the USD rate and BTC rate or delay the transaction, so please share the truth.
2818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is important for a country? or not... on: October 17, 2021, 05:48:40 PM
You are posting on Bitcointalk. So most likely you will get most of the positive answers from here. For me, I believe Bitcoin would help a developing country to develop more, but sadly most of the developing countries have not been allowing Bitcoin as far as I know. On the other hand, most of the developed countries allowing Bitcoin although not as a legal tender but they are not preventing users from using Bitcoin. Bitcoin could keep a major role in the economy of a country, so ultimately it will help the total economic growth.
2819  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] Mintlayer | Sig. Campaign | Sr./Hero/Leg up to 130$/wk in BTC+MLT tokens on: October 17, 2021, 05:35:45 PM
Not asking for any free promotion here. Wearing sig and avatar to be accepted is not required.
I'll check with the team if they want to go for escrow but participants can be reassured that there's budget for the 4 weeks.

Please try to do so. The amount is quite big for four weeks. I am assuming your fund hasn't been escrowed with you. So in case of any incident, you might fall into a problem since you are the manager.

So, for your safety, force the team to use an escrow service.
2820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can someone please help understand how the Binance Smart Chain works for fees? on: October 17, 2021, 05:22:37 PM
I think OP is being more confused. Let's say it simple way, you have to make transactions between the same chain. Make transactions if cross-chain will lead you to lose your BTC. So the most important thing is where you are going to send your BTC. Keep in mind, Bitcoin has only one chain, which is the Bitcoin blockchain. Other chains have just been using internally to save sending costs (Network fee) between, eventually, BTC should transfer to the main chain. Most likely exchanges have been using a kind of bridge to manage other chain transactions. Fees are showing for exchanges, it doesn't matter they will spend it for the gas fee. It's a centralized exchange and they could send BTC in multiple addresses in the same transactions (main chain). So really it doesn't require too much transaction fee actually on the main chain.
