2801  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: January 22, 2017, 10:26:37 AM
Bitcoin is good investment because cycle period of boom-recession-depression-recovery is short as compared to other securites.
So it is convenient for investors to see their investment multiply fastly. Also, Bitcoin in long-run for sure increase because its price depends upon demand-supply and Bitcoin demand is increasing manifold every year.

What are the things to do to succeed in trade? What are you doing to make your business bigger?
How can we make more money?

It is never in the hand of owner to control the future of your business, whether it succeed or fails. External factors like gov. policy, consumer preference, etc. divert the whole planning.
But yes if we stick to money, we can easily pre-plan our financial aspect and can grow money overtime.
For example, most of the Blue-chip companies use strategy of taking loans for their operation and use their retained earnings for investment. They use ROI from investment to pay interest on loan. So, at the same time, their Balance Sheet reflects better position with same assets.

Secondly, I think this account is alt one.

Thirdly, @iwantapony even I observed some copy/paste tweets. I will report you next time I see. Thanks for writing about it.
2804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Attraction on: January 21, 2017, 02:32:13 PM
Bitcoins are your only real "free" choice in terms of money in this world. Before bitcoins you were forced to use your local fiat currency's whether it was decent, amazing, terrible or anything else. Look back in time at every old fiat. They all eventually failed. Bitcoins have 21MM and will never have more. They will only get more and more valuable because more and more people are using them while more and more people lose them. It's a win-win for everyone.

Yeah! I really loved the concept to limited the supply of commodity on the date of its creation. Sooner or later, its value only increase. It can't blow downwards.
Obviously yes, anonymity is the biggest trigger than drove the maximum people towards Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a gate to escape from corruption hit, slow moving Banking system. I will regard Bitcoin users to be the most rationalize at this moment and better than those who still stick to Fiat!
2805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Worldwide! on: January 21, 2017, 02:22:10 PM
Are there countries that do not accept Bitcoin? I mean no idea regarding it. What do you think will happen to Bitcoin 5years from now? I'm not asking you to be a psychic to see the future. I'm asking about your idea about Bitcoin's future. TIA!

No matter whether countries ban Bitcoin or not. It can still be used from anywhere throughout world. Now coming to future of Bitcoin. 5 years is short for any project but at least not for Bitcoin. It will be absurd if I make any assumption regarding price but still I can make following assumption-
1. Bitcoin use will raise 20x times or even more.
2. Price will rock, obviously.
3. China continue to Reign its supply. India will also become new superpower in Bitcoin's supply.
4. Many potential countries will emerge with use of Bitcoin and Bitcoin will be trading in these countries on premium 10-20% more than global price like China and India at the moment.
2806  Other / Off-topic / Re: Whats Your Current Balance In Bitcoins ? on: January 21, 2017, 02:11:36 PM
Hello Friends !

I Am writing a study paper about bitcoin BTCBTCBTCBTCBTC , so can you all tell me how much bitcoin do you have & where do you store them ( online wallets OR own computer )  ?

THanks To Eveyone Who Answers

Don't tell me you are FBI agent and gonna tell my government about my Bitcoin balance. lol!  Grin

Ok, first about amount of Bitcoin. It is nearly impossible to reach any study with someone Bitcoin holding at particular point of time. Well, my Bitcoin balance continue to fluctuate every hour. I nearly process 15-20 transactions every day.

Then coming to wallet, it can be effective study. You should have used poll for this. Well, I have seen this question earlier too. Search for it.
2807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happen "if" someone have all of bitcoin? on: January 21, 2017, 02:02:41 PM
Anyone like bitcoin because bitcoin offer transparency in transactions, and some excellence rather than use currency transactions. In my mind i have many question about it.
  • Is there some one can get 21 million of bitcoin for himself?
  • If impossible, are that guy can control it?
  • Is any exchange will not working until that guy sell some his bitcoin?

No. It is impossible. For take, someone emerged with such Napoleon dream and already captured large amount of Bitcoin but then rest of people will not gonna sell him as now they are part of (few sellers) too and are in position to manipulate price of Bitcoin. -Oligopoly market.

So, now its impossible to hold all Bitcoin and setup Monopoly.

Every person is owner of his own satoshi. No can can control Bitcoin held by someone else.

This person is not even an Indian going by his English (Hindia). He is using only Google translator in all his posts: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1732368.0. Not even a single sentence makes sense.

How come he got paid by Qtum and Drone for his job. They check the translation and then pay.

Yeah!
Thanks for your conformation. I am going to report his QTUM post now!

Just read the Coindesk article!
I am really carried away by the potential of project. We see several projects on Bitcointalk daily but they lack anything new. As compared to them Quantum is supreme than them in every way.
Looking forward for ICO.

I agree with you. Qtum appears very serious and with "aggressive" marketing campaign. ALso, about ICO is there anything more info when we can expect ICO from Qtum

About ICO, I read on their slack. ICO is expected in first week of March. Qtum Blockchain gonna rock the ICO for sure.

2811  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: January 20, 2017, 01:58:10 PM
Measuring price of Bitcoin is indeed important to show its potential to ppl who are not using Bitcoin yet.
But yes I agree, once you enter this anonymous environment you hardly care of its price! I believe in holding Bitcoin and only trade Bitcoin for in/out for service.
2812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: January 20, 2017, 01:51:57 PM
If someone believes in Globalisation then he should certainly believe in Bitcoin as future of currency!
Bitcoin has integrated the economies throughout the world by abolishing restriction on non-visible trade over borders.
If someone believe that legalizing or recognition of Bitcoin by Governments is its success then sorry, Bitcoin is free bird and meant to fly high!
I believe in globalization and bitcoin is the perfect system to use, however, I don't have much trust of our government system. Even if they look like they will protect us but in reality there are things that we do not know that they are doing which is against our rights. Privacy is very important to us as that means freedom and only bitcoin can give us but they are against of it, they have to hold us in the neck.
Yes. Bitcoin is an open challenge to Government system. However, I am not completely against Governments' general ideology but their overcautious behaviour sometimes restrict development based on fundamental ideas. But still, Bitcoin has able to confront all challenges and comes up as champ!

2814  Economy / Economics / Re: Are FIAT Currencies Facing an Extinction Level Event? on: January 20, 2017, 01:30:22 PM
The automobile obsoleted the horse and buggy as a means of daily transport. Email obsoleted the old snail mail system as a means of written correspondence.

Are fiat currencies at risk of being replaced by Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies? And if so, how soon?
Certainly not!
Fait currency of a country is regulated by Central Bank of the country. It is backed by reserves. Every country adopt different methods of reserves like'Minimum Reserve Requirement' etc.
Every country works hard to develop its own economy through strengthening its currency. No country gonna adopt Bitcoin as its main currency else it will blow its economy!
2815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If a person has millions of Bitcoin and he dies one day................. on: January 19, 2017, 02:16:49 PM
If a person has millions of Bitcoin and he die one day and no body can hack his Bitcoin wallet than what will happen with those Bitcoin? Considering this situation is this possible that Bitcoin will not exists for use in the world any day since limited numbers of Bitcoin can be generated?

What is your thought on this?
Person having millions of Bitcoin isn't a one with bullshit mind. He will surely prepare "will" for his Bitcoin too. Something like written private keys or web wallets' password on paper and put it in his locker. lol!  Grin
Well, if Bitcoin once lost, not possible to regain. The required amount goes directly to scrap!
One more thing, you are talking about millions of Bitcoin! 1 million Bitcoin is 4.76% of total supply. Surely such thing gonna change Bitcoin community forever.
2816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can I store my Bitcoin in My computer ? on: January 19, 2017, 02:07:35 PM
Hello Friends..

Can I store my bitcoins in my computer without using any online wallet like coinbase and  Blockchain ? One of my Skype friend told me about it. But he dont know how to do it.
Is it possible?
Yes you can!
Wallets like Coinbase and Blockchain are web wallets and most of the users don't prefer to use it.
Nice substitute to carry daily transactions along with providing safety to your Bitcoin is web wallet. Try Electrum, considered to be best!
2817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Would you open a Bitcoin account at your local bank? on: January 19, 2017, 11:55:04 AM
If I can manage my Bitcoin without any worry, why in the hell I would need Bitcoin Bank. Bank provides safety, so I am sure my Bitcoin is already safe. Banks provide interest, so I think would be impossible for them with Bitcoin. So a big no to Bitcoin Bank!
And if you talk of balance in ecosystem, I hardly think Bitcoin is meant for stability. Its a free bird!
2818  Local / Alt Coins (India) / Re: [एएनएन][ORO]OroCoin स्वर्ण मानक | विंडोज बटुए लांच हो ग on: January 19, 2017, 11:43:11 AM
See if anyone had even read it long time back may not even remember as its an other coin just like 1000's alt coin. So whenever you making update do it in the old format only with any changes just highlighting so that all are aware about what is old and what is updated in place of it.
So is something I done!
I haven't changed the format. Just induced the new info.
If someone read it long ago and then forget means he is not a potential investor so I haven't updated for them. If someone read it and was interested but still found some deficiency then he may be interested to read the updated project. So all I updated is that I added 6 more features and links to wallets.
Do you really think I need to reflect old info too?
For example- rewards to miners was (current value of gold)x1/100 Orocoin which is now turned to 40 Orocoin. Why someone wants to know about previous project?
2819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Easiest way to convert money into BTC? on: January 19, 2017, 11:26:35 AM
No, it is impossible to get Bitcoin for your own money without getting peep in by banking system.
However, only way is if you pay someone personally and he give you Bitcoin in return or EARN Bitcoin.
And if you say buying using Sms or something then banks hardly gonna patronize or endorse Bitcoin!
