2821  Economy / Reputation / Re: Royse777 account changed hands in 2017 on: October 17, 2021, 04:48:43 PM
Its seems personal attack has been increasing on the forum lately. I think it was refrained for a few days. Posting gap for 4/5 months does not indicate account changed hand and also low-quality English does not mean an account has been changed hand. In the beginning, my English was too bad, but I think I improve myself day by day. I know still I cannot write perfect English but have been trying to improve. So if you tell me now that my account changed hand then I don't think this is a reasonable accusation. So please stop personal attacks and don't create a thread based on untrusted feedback if you don't have enough evidence against the allegation.

2822  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to spot an investment scam on: October 16, 2021, 06:39:18 PM
I have said it many times we can prevent and spot scam just by using our common senses. It is not really a hard task to sport basic scams because they all are like high returns, double money, and free giveaways. So here is common sense to detect it. A few scams need to be detected by experience and skill as well. For example ICO scam, you need to have the skill to detect such as scams and this is not an easy task at all. At the beginning at least we have to avoid basics scam and day by day we can improve ourself to prevent big scams.
2823  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Localbitcoin.com is scam I lost 1.8 BTC on: October 16, 2021, 06:28:02 PM
Hi. Were you able to unblock your Localbitcoins account? I can help you.
Really? it seems you just create the forum account to help OP. That's good a brand new account wants to help recover 1.8 BTC from local Bitcoin but you are not lucky enough. Because OP become inactive for a long time. Are you an official representative of Localbitcoin?

But yes, it was a nice try. I am not sure if OP come back on the forum, just keep in mind no one can help you without the official support of Localbitcoin. So don't being a scam again and don't trust anyone out of Localbitcoin support.
2824  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do exchanges steal your coins when locked out? on: October 16, 2021, 06:18:43 PM
Well, in my case, my phone broke, and Graviex and Coinex.com are not making it fair to get back in.  All the other exchanges I've gotten back in.
Hadn't you sorted your exchange credentials? I am not getting exactly what problem you are facing right now. If you have an exchange credential then you should be able to log in. Credentials mean including two-factor authentication if you have enabled it.

By the way, as o_e_l_e_o already wrote, the exchange has all the right to do everything.  When you are using and centralized exchange literally you are trusting them. If you can not trust then you should avoid using a centralized exchange.
2825  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cryptocurrency be a Global Currency in the Future? on: October 16, 2021, 05:50:42 PM
If you ask me overall cryptocurrency, then I'll say no. Overall cryptocurrency can't be a global currency. If you ask me about Bitcoin then yes, I can say Bitcoin would be and have the ability to be a global cryptocurrency. Because, to be honest, most of the altcoins do not have actual value. it is just for trading seems to me. There are no actual uses of altcoins and do not accept most of the spendable platforms. But if you compare Bitcoin, then it is the potential to become a global currency. We have been seeing a few countries accept Bitcoin as a legal tender, that is the way how Bitcoin would become a Global currency once a time. To me it is just a matter of time, let's see what is going on.
2826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all pro traders on: October 15, 2021, 06:35:10 PM
I am not a pro trader but I want to express my opinion. If you are talking about alt when then 2017 was best because in 2017 when Bitcoin start bull run altcoin move together. But as far as you can see right now when Bitcoin is on the bull run altcoin not moving so much. So the summary is every time altcoins will not follow the Bitcoin trend. Bitcoin is so much volatile right now. It should be almost stable in a zone like above $50k or  $60k then altcoin will start to move upward. But do not expect all the altcoin will move, most likely few will remain as it was and that's how the cryptocurrency market work actually.
2827  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: pbmining and my 0.5 btc on: October 15, 2021, 06:20:33 PM
Fortunately, the fund has gone forever, because when you had invested there was one of the Ponzi schemes and as far as I know there was a trend of investing in Ponzi.  A few people have gotten back their funds and a few people who invest at the last moment lost a lot of money. So I think you are one of them who had invested in last time. There is no possibility to get back money from them. If you can manage legal authority against them then there is a possibility but not sure if the fund would be refunded to you. This is not an easy task to arrest them, so it's better to forget and concentrate on the future
2828  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: LONG TERM INVESTMENT REMAINS THE BEST on: October 15, 2021, 06:07:02 PM
Yes, I agree with it long time investment is definitely a good decision. But the only and one condition is you have to choose a good coin for that. Otherwise definitely will feel that long-term investment is bad. I have a bad experience with long-time investment but this fault is mine. Because I have chosen the wrong coin and the worst coin ever. But it does not mean long time investment is bad, it is bad for me. So the most important thing is where you are investing, if it is BTC then fine. BTC is always better than any other coin because if you can hold it with patience it will never give you loss.
2829  Economy / Reputation / Re: Assessment, user CryptopreneurBrainboss on: October 15, 2021, 05:43:26 PM
I am not getting exactly what you want to say? Are you asking a question to CryptopreneurBrainboss personally or do you want to make an allegation about the alt account? If this is a personal question then you may ask via PM, if you want to make an allegation please add more details about his alt account. You have not added any evidence or details to your post. You linked just a single account profile link. Even you hadn't added CryptopreneurBrainboss's profile link. So please make it clear what you want to say exactly.
2830  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Putin believes Bitcoin has value on: October 14, 2021, 02:20:21 PM
Good to see Putin is positive about Bitcoin. Since the US supporting Bitcoin and do not have any intention to ban Bitcoin, so Putin will not ban it as well. Because Bitcoin is the most powerful cryptocurrency and the US is the most powerful country as well. So Putin just expresses that he doesn't want to go against the most powerful currency. Putin wouldn't miss this opportunity. There is some political game as well, China stands against Bitcoin and the US stands on behalf of Bitcoin, and Putin just taking advantage of Bitcoin and that's why he is telling Bitcoin has value.
2831  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: www.ratexbet.com on: October 14, 2021, 01:36:08 PM
I am just curious where did you found this website? From Google or someone shares with you or you are somehow related to it?
I think my suspension was true. OP just disappear after made the post, most likely he create the account to just make this post and advertise this brand new gambling site. It does not have any reputation over the internet, rather than there are negative comments about this site. This kind of advertising is not new on the forum. So guys just be careful whenever you see that kind of post. They even don't know how to promote the site. Just think how we had made the post exactly on scam accusation.
2832  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What problems face Bitcoin? on: October 14, 2021, 02:51:29 AM
I think only and one problem exists in Bitcoin which has been preventing easy adoption. That is the centralized organization unable to control Bitcoin due to the decentralized technology of Bitcoin. As a supporting centralized organization shows much more reason like using money laundering, crime, and consuming energy. But I think it's just centralized organizations like the government that want to control Bitcoin but they still didn't find any way how to do it. Whoever talking about regulations, does it possible a decentralized asset regulates 100%? I don't think so, if I choose centralized storing methods, then they could regulate it. Otherwise, it's not an easy task at all and that's why the government varies rarely allowing Bitcoin adoption.
2833  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Arbitage trading on: October 13, 2021, 05:40:13 PM
Arbitrage trading is quite complicated for beginners. It's because you have to find an indifferent exchange if you want to arbitrage trading. The main problem is the price will be lower in the worst exchange and you might face problems during the withdrawal of your coins. They might block your account or freeze the fund and many more problems. Also, there is transaction time required so just make sure the chosen exchanges are reputed and the coin is not a shit coin. I just heard about this but did not try myself ever, and I don't have any intention to do so. Because it looks like gambling to me, you don't know what is going to happen after an hour.
2834  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: www.ratexbet.com on: October 13, 2021, 05:07:29 PM
The site you have shared is a pretty young gambling site.  They hadn't made any announcement on the forum. And from the  Google search, but did not get much response from there. This site has been registered 7 months back and on the scamadviser just found a negative comment about this gambling site. According to the person who wrote, this gambling site will ask you to make more deposits and KYC verification after the win. So be careful about this site, it is better to think twice about the brand new gambling site before making any big amount to deposit. I am just curious where did you found this website? From Google or someone shares with you or you are somehow related to it?
2835  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino owners: What kind of VPS's are you using? on: October 13, 2021, 04:23:16 PM
The perfect solution only could be given by gambling owners who are running gambling sites at the moment. But I don't think they will come here to answer your question, because gambling owners are competitors of each other, so they will not share the hidden secret of their platform. How about if your client set up their own server? I know it is quite difficult but not impossible.

By the way, I have searched and found a list where you can host your gambling sites, since you are not encouraged to use AWS so you may choose one from the list or you might compare each other. I have no experience with any other hosting service, I had used previously NameCheap and currently using Godaddy for a website but I don't think they are perfect for gambling sites. 2836  Economy / Reputation / Re: Do you think Lightlord behavior is acceptable? on: October 13, 2021, 03:53:18 AM
I don't know if he'll pay or not which is why I was of the opinion of giving him more time to login in first before decision were taken on tagging him. The tags doesn't make it any easier as he can decide not to pay now since even though he pays the tags would likely not be removed. Participants are been owned here for 10weeks and I was looking for a means of making it easier for them to get paid first before actions are taken.
This is the case that means she is looking for a reason not to pay campaign participants. This should not be a good reason for not paying, this is have nothing to do with the participant because participants are not tagging him or not taking any action. The tag has been given by DT members, just put a warning, so before joining users will be aware of his activities. There would happen any problem so Lightlord should explain the situation and payout. The red tag is removable, if he can show a reasonable reason, then obviously DT members would reconsider the red tag.

I have remembered a few days back regarding at scam allegation, I have sent PM to Lightlord about the allegation because it was looked legit to me.  But I hadn't got any response from him even he was online, nor did anyone from his support team respond to the allegation. This isn't the right way to handle a campaign or allegation at all.

@CryptopreneurBrainboss, the community would ask as well to you why have you run a campaign for TEN weeks since Lightlord not paying? You can't ignore your responsibility as well. Hope you are trying your best to resolve the allegation about the participant's payments.
2837  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with whales? on: October 13, 2021, 03:22:52 AM
In short words nothing, we can do. A major part of Bitcoin holding by whales does not mean that market becomes centralized. Yes, it is true that they can manipulate the prices sometimes, not always. If they can manipulate always then it shouldn't dump anymore, because whales will try to keep it up always since they are holding a major part of the Bitcoin. They can sell it at a higher price. I know that they could accumulate more during the dump, and they are doing as well. But to be honest, you have nothing to do with them. What you can do, just follow the trend of whales, so you will get some advantage from the volatility. Any other action cannot help to fight with whales.
2838  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stuck between two decision on: October 12, 2021, 01:37:30 PM
To be honest most employee thinks his boss is too much strict. When you are doing a job that means you are not able to spend time as you like because you have to always follow your boss's instructions and there is a responsibility to complete your task. If you're wondering to leave the job to build your career in blockchain then I will suggest think it deeply.

You cannot build your career suddenly in the blockchain. There is no endpoint of learning, so it does not necessary to leave the job if you want to learn. You can manage your spare time to learn and spend more time involved with blockchain technology, and how its works where you can build your career. I think it's better to leave the job when you can say confidently that you are established on blockchain technology and you can earn a handsome amount which is enough to fulfill your needs and your family's needs.

But keep in mind this is not an as easy task as you are thinking. You will encounter so many things if you want to build your career with blockchain technology. There are so many competitors and new technologies adding to the blockchain every day. So you have to be updated with time as well.
2839  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Bitcoin stolen on: October 12, 2021, 03:43:41 AM
Can you please share more details about your story? And just curious after made the went offline and never come back. Fund transferred from the electrum wallet means it has gone forever since Bitcoin is an irreversible cryptocurrency. Sharing the true story would help others to prevent a hacking attack, at least some other users could take a lesson. Usually, there is no chance to get back the fund, but legal authorities could help you if they can trace the address where the fund was transferred. If an attacker use mixer then likely nothing is going to happen. And one more thing please don't respond to someone if send a PM to help then you might being scam once again. Because scammer would ask you for funds or wallet credentials.
2840  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: I lost my Ledger. Can I recover it? on: October 11, 2021, 02:16:11 PM
When I bought the ledger Nano there were three sheets to write the seed phrase. So I think you have received it as well. If you wrote your seed phrase to these three sheets then try to remember where are you keep them, there is no way to recover your fund if you lost your device and seed phrase together. Think deeply if somewhere you wrote seed phrase.

Just to inform you no one can help you without your seed and device if someone asks you to help through pm just ignore them, they might ask for fund and wallet credentials, so do not being a scam.
