I kind of agree with the current betting odds between Julianna Peña and Amanda Nunes rematch but the former champ needs to fight safely this time. Amanda had no respect for Julianna in that first fight as she was showing her braggadocio being reckless in the exchanges. I say the best of Amanda should be able to beat Julianna. In that Ultimate Fighter staredown, I felt like Amanda lost her coolness and was even following Julianna after they left the octagon. Is Julianna living in her head all this time? If Amanda losses her focus once again this Sunday and will once again recklessly trade bombs with Julianna then it'll be a different fight that the betting odds aren't expecting. So all of a sudden, Draymond Green becomes the center of attention the last few days. Now there's more. He wants a 4-year max contract extension. This means he will be paid $164 million for the next 5 years or around $33 million per year. His current contract would be $25.8 million for the next season and a player option worth $28.5 million in the following season. Draymond is too full of himself. Although he is a very important piece of the team, he is starting to decline with his low stats performance in the last season.
And Draymond also mentioned that he is willing to explore offers from other teams should the Warriors' management not be interested in a max contract extension. Do you guys think Draymond is worth that max extension? His current stats are not even worth his current contract if I were to say, but I got it, the management do not want to break the team's core.
Due to their good chemistry, I think he deserves to have a max contract because he is a big part of the success of the Warriors. Though his performance has declined there are some games that he really contributes big to win. It's not only about the stats IMO, it's more about the impact in the team, and we cannot deny that without Draymond, the Warriors defense will struggle. @Slow Death while I agree with all you said I feel that times are changing, because Dortmund made sure that Bayern didn’t get Halland and on top of that they have lost Lewandowski too. Lastly if Dortmund or other teams do not take advantage of Lewandowski absence then this league will become extremely boring, hence I’m hoping that a new team will win the title by the time this season ends.
I am also hoping for a new team to emerge victorious, and I also agree with what you have said now is the time for the other teams to make a move, and try it once again, in getting their hands on championship trophy in the Bundesliga, but surely Bayern Munich is trying their hardest in making an absolute team again by availing well-known players on other clubs, but if the other teams would capitalize by this facts I think we can have a new club to reign as champion and I truly hope so too, There is a good point in what you said. Smaller teams don't compete harder against the biggest teams in this league for example. Even Dortmund are considered to be one of these biggest teams but they also don't aim to win the league title at the end of the day. In a league like this, it is like there is no way for seeing a different champion than Bayern Munich. This just lowers the quality of a league imo and makes it quite boring. I don't think that this will change in the future easily for leagues like this one.
I also thought like that where the Bundesliga will look more boring when the team that won the Bundesliga in a row for 10 seasons is Bayern Munich, then next season it looks like Bayern Munich will still win the Bundesliga again because several other teams in the Bundesliga still look not so strong to fight Bayern Munich next season. In my opinion, we can not judge the other teams because they haven't gotten new players for their team, because in training they can discover that 1 of their teammates is likely to have the potential to become the next Lewandowski or Haaland, I also believe the fact that other teams don't really need other players to be in shape, and like the old saying says that Don't judge the book by its cover, we might not see a great chance in their appearance because they are keeping the old players we can definitely see them in action when the next season starts, |

Looks like the Biden administration might finally be bringing Brittany Griner home. They’re going to have to trade a convicted arms dealer serving a 25 year sentence for Griner, who once physically assaulted her wife and is now jailed in Russia for being caught with a controlled substance.
