BFL_Josh (Shoutbox) - Ok folks, Luke is the proud owner of the first BFL Little Single ASIC  off the line as of about an hour and a half ago.  Since he's a paying  customer and also a miner  developer, we've shipped him the first Little  Single since his order  was one of the first ones in the queue from last  year.  More to follow  as soon as we get the revised PCBs  and the rest of the   chips in. So we've officially shipped on March 31st, 2013.  So this is not an April Fools joke.

Excluding USPS, for that's a given, which carrier was kind enough to be open on Easter Sunday late evening to pick up the parcel? I've already eliminated FedEx, DHL and Big Brown, therefore it only leaves out the ones I'm not aware of.

pretty sure it's delivered by Soon™ (subsidiary of BFL)

He's selling an SC Single, not a SC Mini Rig.
thanks, the SC variations confused me.

Guys, commons sense dictates that for this matter we should be using tickets. There's still time till the units will be shipped, just let's try to use appropiate channels for communications.
why not both? Cheesy
2855  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: OpenCL only seeing one GPU whilst using Multi-Desktop on: March 26, 2013, 11:54:07 PM
Anyone resolve this ancient problem? One of my cards disappears from OpenCL when Xinerama is activated.
AMD OpenCL stupidly sees each "screen" as a device. That means that if you have 2 monitors connected to one GPU, you get two opencl devices. Presumably the converse is also true, seeing one device with 2 GPUs making one virtual "screen" with xinerama. I'm guessing if you force an extra output on the 2nd card, either by config or by adding a monitor/dummy plug to another output on it, you'll get two opencl "devices". Don't ask me who the moron in AMD was that thought opencl compute devices should be associated with screens and not physical devices.  Roll Eyes
I'm not using dummy plugs, but opencl still recognizes 2 devices.

the tickets are worthless, send yifu an email yifu.guo@avalon-asic.com

thanks, sent him an email as well.
2857  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BitSyncom: Is it possible to make changes to an order (yes/no PSU, # of modules) on: March 26, 2013, 02:05:05 PM
I didn't hear about the power supply could cause a problem with customs.  I opened ticket and asked if I should remove the power supplies from batch 2 and 3 orders.

I don't see anywhere to create a support ticket.  Did you just email Xiangfu directly?  I think many would be interested in doing the same.

nice, i opened a support ticket. site said i would get a response in 24 hours.
2858  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AVALON batch 3 PSU ? on: March 26, 2013, 01:36:07 PM
exactly official list would be nice! Im trying to coordinate a purchase and i hear there is a customs issue! ?
might not even matter for me i have to wait till the am to do a cash drop..
750 will definitely be enough for the 3 module one
2859  Bitcoin / Hardware / BitSyncom: Is it possible to make changes to an order (yes/no PSU, # of modules) on: March 26, 2013, 02:45:54 AM
Is it possible to make minor changes to an existing Avalon batch 3 order? I placed an order that included a PSU, but I have since learned that it causes issues with customs. Now I want to remove the PSU. (and get the 2 BTC difference).
2860  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Batch 3 still goes in and out of stock - I have a 45 BTC, anyone want to split? on: March 26, 2013, 02:39:12 AM
0.06/ KWH is actually pretty cheap, especially for EU and NA. (unless you're talking about russian hydro @ 0.02)
