2841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the most nonsensical invention in human history on: December 27, 2018, 07:39:48 PM
What you are saying is like not until other assets are liquidated to Fiat all of them have zero value in your point of view. Stocks, Gold, Silver, and Gas for you does not have any value not until those owner of the assets have sold it to Fiat. Well of course your next possible argument will be they are different as their value is determined by other people pricing them and it is called "demand". Well to tell you the truth cryptocurrencies also work that way their are people who are determining prices in the buy side always no matter if this cryptos only exist in 1s and 0s these people are putting a value into it.
2842  Other / Meta / Re: About forum video posting on: December 27, 2018, 06:01:59 PM
I don't think its needed as linking an external video via text or image is enough and won't be a demanding task for interested parties. Plus the way I see it is you just intend having video playback capabilities in the forum for advertisement purposes only so the problem I will see here is we will be flooded by a new kind of ad campaign here in the forum which will definitely lead to a lot of mess as people would definitely want to earn money out from it.
2843  Economy / Economics / Re: McAfee Says Crypto Mining Malware Increased 4,000% in 2018 on: December 27, 2018, 05:04:54 PM
This might also be the reason why miners are shutting down even though the mining difficulty had decreased. There are so many vulnerabilities and threats being done to them that the their main income is being affected not only by price but also to criminals like them. The whole industry is affected because of it and it is giving FUD in the market showing that the miners are not coming back to mine crypto. As usual the only way to counter this is by upgrading their security which they should have done by now but still miners are not coming back so I think prices are a more concern for them.
2844  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Predicting a bull/bear run on: December 27, 2018, 03:53:17 PM
It doesn't guarantee that the price change in one exchange will also happen in direct proportion to other exchanges. I have observed it in the past some exchanges' prices always jumps wilder than other smaller exchanges so it is really hard to based your decision on such price movements. I even also see sometimes that even when the price jumps on another exchange the other prices of some exchange don't even move at all even after 20-30 seconds.
2845  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-12-26] Layoffs Underway Amid ‘Adjustments,’ Bitcoin Miner Bitmain Confirms on: December 27, 2018, 02:11:33 PM
I think they are using their profit loss to remove their worst employees that have been regularized as in what I read they are still hiring so the layoffs might just be a cover up for their major overhaul in their company. What it means is they are still looking for the best talents after they layoff some of their workers. This is some serious loophole in their law, how could they still continue hiring even though their first explanation is they hungry for cash. This is just sad news for everyone in the company even the ones they are letting to stay.

Its ok if you ban me. You are just guilty that you've been caught removing my active referrals because i earned a good amount of bitcoin on my referrals that you remove. You cant even show the proof that the one you remove is myself ref. Cheers! BOOOOOOO!

Guys always check your Referrals and remember the name of your active referrals, maybe Baryom will remove it too someday.

If you have been caught in the past why do you think you need proof right now? It is like asking for another proof for the same crime that has been proven before. Don't act like you are the innocent party here as clearly you are mistaken as you are the one abusing the system and you even dare to require proof? How about they see the IP addresses of their players, isn't that enough proof for you already?
2847  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should i trade on this market ? on: December 26, 2018, 07:38:59 PM
Never heard of it so best to stay away from something that is a copycat on someone else's design. Why do people still go to this kinds of untrustworthy websites? Its like they are really asking for their money to be stolen from them. The OP itself has a gut feeling that his money is not safe from it yet he is still tempted to deposit money to it, good thing you have asked first as most crypto-exchange doesn't even require a deposit to verify your account, what they need is KYC to do that.
2848  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to learn about cryptocurrency on: December 26, 2018, 06:40:41 PM
I never learned anything from claiming a faucet, I don't know why a lot of people consider this as a "learning experience" when you are just stuck here claiming something on a long period of time just to reach their faucet's threshold. For me this misconception is only brought by people who owns a faucet list in order to motivate newbies to claim under their referrals. If you really want to learn something about cryptocurrencies this forum can teach you more compared to claiming faucets as all the topics you are curious about can always be found here and if not you can ask them yourself.
2849  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Holding unregulated crypto asset may attract punishment in India on: December 26, 2018, 05:14:20 PM
How and why? Just don't talk about it anywhere and use vpn. You are just holding in long term and not trading.
So how do you supposed to cash that out? If you are looking to cash out big then you will be living a lot of footprints behind you and almost certainly you will be caught doing that. Cashing it out outside of your country is not an option as well, what will you answer when you returned richer in your country without providing any kind of proof to them? Of course you have no choice but to tell them the truth that it came from cryptocurrencies.

I'm more furious about their regulations in India as they are evidently making it hard for their citizens to make cryptocurrencies useful in their country. Its like they are just making it look like cryptos are allowed in their country yet the truth is it is really impossible to earn and live freely with it.
2850  Other / Meta / Re: post that is considered spam on: December 26, 2018, 02:52:07 PM
You didn't even "discussed" anything what you have considered as a spam and the example you have given is the whole Indonesian board. I don't know if you are trolling or not but I don't get why would you even link something in the Indonesian board as definitely it won't be in the English language. You are talking about a lot of changes here for person who posted in the Meta board right away, surely you are just an alt account of a farmer testing out if this post will receive merits.
2851  Economy / Economics / Re: When traditional markets fall, alternative markets fall harder on: December 26, 2018, 01:37:35 PM
Your assumption will only be true if and only if the stock market won't never be back to being bullish again which I doubt will happen. All this phases including the 10 year bull run of the stock market are just cycles that is bound to happen again, market phases like this are only happening in a long period but it doesn't mean we are stuck in a bearish market for all eternity. Just so you know even if we are in the bear market the gains this cryptocurrencies are yielding are all outperforming stocks in the market making it more appealing to be traded that is why prices are so volatile as a lot of people are taking profit out from it.
2852  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-12-25] Bitmain: Bitcoin Mining Giant to Sack 50% of Its Workforce on: December 25, 2018, 07:14:48 PM
This is the sad truth for any business dependent on their income coming from assets that is volatile in nature. I am surprised that it took them this long to decide on sacking more than 50% of their employees I never thought that they would go on until the 4th quarter of 2018. Let us remember that most of the employees here got hired because of last year's crypto bull run which only means that prices really do matter when it comes to the workforce of a cryptocurrency mining company. This layoffs will still continue not unless we see a big recovery for Bitcoin.
2853  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Maintains Bullish Bias, Eyeing $4,500 as Upside Target on: December 25, 2018, 06:21:51 PM
Chances for Bitcoin to complete the inverse head and shoulder now looks to be impossible now since it dropped below 4,000$ and its not just a minor drop as it loss 8% of its value. A lot of people seems to be profit taking when it hit 4,200$ that is why we have seen a big drop at this moment. It looks like we need to wait for another pattern to form before we see the bulls to come into play again.

1 day chart.

I dont see inverted h&s invalidated.
If you are looking at the daily chart then you are correct the inverted head and shoulder pattern is still at play but if you are looking at the chart given in the OP it was a 4 hour chart so I am basing my analysis in it. Also the inverse head and shoulder on the daily chart is also hanging by a thread because as of right now we are around 3,700$ so any further drop than that could also invalidate the pattern.

2855  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: We are looking for influencers on Youtube on: December 25, 2018, 03:35:11 PM
You can look for them directly in Youtube atleast in that way you won't be message by newbie ranking members here trying to do the review for you which I doubt they even have a good amount of subscribers under their channel. I know a lot of companies are doing that were they go directly to the Youtuber itself and try to negotiate the terms with them. Try searching for ICO reviews and Youtube and look for active channels you will most likely find one who is willing to get paid in exchange for reviewing your cryptocurrency.
2856  Economy / Reputation / Re: marlboroza using ""plagiarism"" as weapon to silence critics on: December 25, 2018, 02:08:39 PM
This is not a dirty tactic at all if a plagiarizer still lives among us then I don't think he deserves to walk away freely when other plagiarizers have been banned instantly. Just take a look at rickadone's case his account got permabanned from a post written in 2016 which is a long time now but even if the plagiarism was done a long time ago it doesn't absolve him from the rule violation he committed. Whether the member has a personal grudge or not I don't think it matters as long as he/she proves that he previously had plagiarized a post which in your case marlboroza hasn't proven yet.
2857  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you search online for prices in bitcoin? on: December 25, 2018, 12:37:33 PM
This won't be really interesting at all as I doubt that a person will always use a search engine to know what the current prices are. Usually people using search engines to know the current prices are is a one time thing one done by people who are first timers in the market. After that they will each have their own website/s and go directly to it without even using any search engine to do so. They will usually visit coinmarketcap, preev, coingecko, and even tradingview as their references to coin prices.
2858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 232: Jones vs Gustafsson 2 Prediction and Info Thread on: December 24, 2018, 06:50:47 PM
Can't believe that they even continued this fight to go on didn't Jon Jones' last fight overturned to NC as he tested positive for turinabol. This is obviously an unsportsmanlike thing to do as he is clearly on an advantage as he is using sports enhancement drugs. I am praising USADA for his previous 15 month ban but this one letting him still fight all jacked up is really not a reasonable thing to do. He obviously didn't learn anything from his previous penalty as he is still continuing the things that he got suspended in the first place.
2859  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Revealed: Germany’s 2nd Largest Stock Exchange Listing Bitcoin on: December 24, 2018, 05:23:10 PM
I actually reread the news headline several times to fully understand if what I read in your thread title was right. But then I found out your thread title is a misleading especially if you cut a lot of important information from the headline. Because on the way your right it you are actually implying that these cryptocurrencies will be listed as stocks in a stock exchange when the truth is they will be listed on a separate and independent exchange solely for the cryptocurrency market. I don't know if you did this on purpose or not but next time don't do it.
2860  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Free Cryptocurrency book on: December 23, 2018, 08:26:56 PM
I appreciate your time and effort on creating this 394 paged book about cryptocurrencies but I would suggest two things.

1. You should Cite your references properly

Upon seeing your reference section you only copy-pasted the sources for your books. If you want to make your book somehow professional you should properly use APA citations indicating the author as well as date of publication. Here is a quick start guide on how to properly cite website links using APA citation. Also you need to go more deeper than wikipedia and actually cite the ones being posted in their webpage.

2. Use proper spacing in your content

The majority of your book is written like this big blocks of letters without any proper spacing by using paragraphs. You are trying to put your content in just one big paragraph per chapter which is really an eyesore for readers. Try separating them point by point or in 6-7 sentences per paragraph in order to give as much space in your book.

Overall the book needs a lot of editing to do especially when it comes to your references, if you want readers from across the board you should do a lot of refinement in your book. Try adding some pictures or illustrations as well even if its black and white (of course illustrations not made by you should also be referenced.
