^  Daukas is def live during R1 as he has fast hands and has the KO power esp early.  And did I already mention that Blayeds is chinny?  Grin  So if you're going to take Daukas, taking him to win via KO to get better odds on it is prolly the way to go.  I can't see it going for the whole 25 mins and win via decision.

And I'm so sure there's going to be a shit ton of TD attempts from Blaydes.  It's his bread and butter.  Check the offensive TD stat Blaydes did vs Volkov.  It was lot.

1st hour down with always LEC-Ver at stop.

During the free practice, Sky was talking about the problem of the past week of Redbull, according to them RBR did the math wrong and went out of fuel on both cars.

Red Bull said that?  I think what they said was there was a lack in fuel pressure in both of their cars caused by some technical problem.  But both cars had the right amount of fuel in them.  A team running out of fuel in a race means they should get at least a penalty for the next race and a fine.

Vettel is still a no show.  Maybe too embarassed to feel better and drive a worse car than they had last year.  Cheesy

Edit:  Is that pic accurate?  It says Verstappen used the soft.  I watched FP1 live and it said he had the hard on for his fastest lap.

Edit:

2863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The new star of the stock market is APE COIN!! on: March 25, 2022, 02:56:39 PM
It is still marvelous to see that people are willing to spend their money on this. It is the most latest memecoin and people are going crazy over it and it is having a blast in the market right now. The moment people realize that this has absolutely zero utility and should not be bought at all, people will be very upset that they bought it.

The drop on doge and shiba is obvious, sure they are ranked highly right now but the peak to right now is more than any market fall, it is much bigger and people lost a lot, bitcoin went down too but not this much, neither eth or bnb. So, ape will have the same faith, it will drop to crazy low levels and make people upset for sure.

They said something's coming up this April as per their Twitterz...

https://twitter.com/yugalabs/status/1505014986556551172

And I don't think it's just gonna be a memecoin somewhat.  I mean Yuga Labs have done well for themselves so far, so it's prolly better to just wait and see what they're up to.

But yeah..  The price action seems to be losing steam a bit.  It'll prolly go side ways over the week and I wouldn't be surprised if it retraces down and give up some gains before to goes up again.  :/

Edit:  The latest price action in the 4hr chart looks meh tbh but it looks fine at the daily chart.

2864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 25, 2022, 01:59:32 PM
^  That pic of Jojo Wood is from years ago when she wasn't even in the UFC yet from the looks of it.  Same with the Grasso pic.  That's from her Invicta days.

Here's my full card parlay for the event.

Askarov - Magny
add:  Grasso - Borshchev
add:  Blaydes, Brown, Kizriev
add:  Nicolau - Guttierez - Fiorot
add:  Latifi - Souza
add:  McMann

It prolly would've been better to make the bets early in the week when the lines were better...  Oh well.

McMann is the least confident pick but taking my chances.  It could be one of those ones when the old UFC veteran gets a close decision vs the young upcoming prospect.  It's prolly be the spot.
2865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MMA Info and Predictions - Bellator, KSW, PFL, ONE... on: March 25, 2022, 01:46:45 PM
Here is one more One championship MMA that is worth watching, with well known fighter like Demetrious Johnson being on main card.
Main event is woman strawweight Cchampionship title fight Stamp Fairtex vs Angela Lee, and co-main event is Demetrious Johnson vs Rodtang Jitmuangnon.
Great thing about their events is that you can watch them for FREE on their youtube channel, and I think it's going to be the case for One X event.

https://www.onefc.com/

This event is huge..  18 matches!

https://www.tapology.com/fightcenter/events/85971-one-championship

I haven't paid much attention on ONE before but did they ever have a format like the UFC?  Like having a pre fight press conference and a ceremonial weigh ins?  I think it's cool that they do.

ONE X:  Pre Fight Press Conference
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOBl5w8jKLA

ONE X:  Official Weigh In
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sE8Smk64VyY

ONE X:  Ceremonial Weigh In
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxzhGm1KTAk

One thing I don't like much about ONE FC events are the MMA matches are mixed with Muay Thai and kick boxing matches.  Nothing against both but I find it lacking as I've gotten so used to MMA now.

Which book do you guys go to for ONE events?
2866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: March 25, 2022, 01:32:52 PM
^  Yeah...  Come to think about it Red Bull could always find a fix since they have an excellent team and rebound from last weekend's terrible showing.  But getting absolutely zero points is a huge loss imho.  It's like cutting off a limb almost esp if Ferrari is consistent for the whole season.

From a betting perspective, I'd take Verstappen for the rebound but would I bet it?  Nope.  Lol.  Not until the reliability issues are fixed...

Anyway FP1 in 30 mins guys.

2868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 23, 2022, 04:29:07 PM
A new salary offer is being prepared for Ousmane Dembélé by FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta. Frenchman's agent is eager to reopen talks about a new deal. He's now a real possibility to stay. That would be great, I hope he stays and his injuries go away. When he doesn't get injured much and believes in Xavi's project, Barcelona will need him. Having performed well at El Classico, he deserves a reward, better packages. Dembélé is playing well and is in good form, and Barcelona needs every bit of help it can get.

I think i heard somewhere that Dembele promised Xavi that he will sign a new deal with Barcelona,i dont know how much this is true but it will be a huge boost for Barcelona. If Dembele dosent get injured or makes problems like he does he will be a huge boost for Barcelona next season for sure.

I'm not sure what's the situation with Dembele's contract at Barca whether he's going on a free transfer or whatever.  But if Barca acquires Raphinha from Leeds then I think it could be a sign that he's leaving.  And Ferran Torres seems to be doing well for the club too.

How much is Dembele's weekly wage btw?  If it's high, I think he's def going somewhere.  Xavi will streamline his squad into a lean machine.  I'll be watching La Liga more closely next season because of Xavi.  Let's see what he can do with one full season at Barca.  Looks promising after 4 - 0 win at El Clasico.
2869  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 23, 2022, 04:18:26 PM
Updated my post, thanks Cheesy

I am more excited about Matt Brown fight. Black belt in elbows will open another opponent Cheesy To bad he is about to end his career, as he is having mental problems after all these punches to head and suffer from blackouts.

I always think he needs to retire so soon, he is 41 years old and his health is more important than anything else. He had a good career back in 2012 up to 2013 but surely aging is getting into him, and not only him, but every athlete that needs to retire soon because of worsening conditions inside the ring, or octagon.

I've been saying that for ages, for a lot of fighters, but Brown comes from a generation of 'Imma die in the ring' tough type of fighters. That generation has slowly been left behind in the sense that a lot of younger fighters are now thinking about their long-term health, their future, and their longevity in the sport. So at one point that will turn for the better and only outliers will be pushing the envelope.

That's true...  And compare the skill level of the fighters today to the 'imma die in the ring' fighters.  Chances are the average fighters today will most likely beat the average fighters of the previous generation.  It's not that the fighters today got soft, they're just smarter these days.  And the trainees have gotten smarter and more scientific in taking care of the guys in their stables too.

Anyway, I haven't seen any predictions and picks for the events yet.  C'mon boys, let's have them.  Smiley

2870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The new star of the stock market is APE COIN!! on: March 23, 2022, 02:55:48 PM
You seeing this sonmez?  Perfect set up for APE imho.

Broke out at resistance then retraced a bit but then held at the previous resistance area and it flipped into support.  And now it looks like it's flying.  If it breaks out the high of the initial rise around two days after listing, I think it could go as high as AXS during its own all time highs from lasted year.  What was AXS's all time high in market cap?  A tad over 10 billion USD?
2871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: March 23, 2022, 02:41:49 PM
Both are good tips but I'm also considering playing Everton - Newcastle 2HT most scoring half @2.05 both teams are hunting for points so they would want to play very safely to avoid conceding HT goals so I think we would see more goals in the second half of the game.
I didn't watch the match but read the news that something weird went on at Goodison Park and the refs gave the match a stoppage time of around 17 minutes which gave Lampard's boys to win the match.  LOL.  And I really thought that bet was in the bag.  No I remember why I was quitting betting in football.  Cheesy  I think the football betting gods are having a riot laughing at me.

Lol. There were some unusual incidents during the game, and the game was stopped for 8 minutes and restarted, as well as some cases of injuries that delayed game play, so it was fair that the ref added 14 minutes to compensate for all the time wasted, and Iwobi scored at 90+9.

Ah...  Lol.  It's like wouldn't allow the match to end nil - nil.  If I was watching it live I'm pretty sure I would be feeling that I wouldn't get my money back.  And I didn't.  Cheesy  I was so confident Newcastle could win that one too.  I swear fooball is the hardest sport to win bets on.  The UFC feels so much easier.

Anyway, you guys check the lines for the outright in the EPL.  Liverpool is at2.65 to win the league...  Proceed in checking Man City's next 4 matches after Burnley.  Grin  Value?
2872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: March 23, 2022, 02:33:03 PM

He renewed his contract until 2026 I think for 50m/year to prevent the cut for a possible salary cap.

So I can tell you at least 200 million reasons for what he will be not unhappy at all.

Oh I'm pretty sure he's going to be very happy about the money but I'm talking about what if..  just what if Verstappen doesn't win the driver's championship for the next three seasons and we see Ferrari dominating F1.  What then?  It could be so frustrating for the guy to be stuck in a team he's starting to have doubts on.  It's not all about the money imho.  I'm pretty sure Verstappen didn't sign the contract just for the money.  He wants to win titles.  He's that kind of competitor.  He's no Hulkenberg or some other guy.

Ok...  I feel like I missed out on these Sports Rollbots NFT's.  What's the cheapest way to get one?  I see that you can spin for them in the site.  If I spend a hundred bucks in one of them 0.96 cent spins, how big are my chances to get lucky and get an NFT?

And how much were the Rollbots NFT's during the sale?  I think I should pay more attention next time.  I kinda took it for granted.  Lol.

^  Privacy ain't not gonna be no buzzword once users really understood what's at stake here.  It's a basic human right as the real ones in the Monero community always firmly address.  I think crypto should always have that reminder.  And it's important that XMR should exist in case they fuck up BTC.  Imagine a scenario when BTC becomes so mainstream it becomes the banker's coin...

And I get that a lot of people want the new stuff.  It's where they can make a lot of money and get their dopamine rush.  Lol.  I guess it's their way of gambling like how we like gambling in poker, sports or what have you.
2875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The new star of the stock market is APE COIN!! on: March 22, 2022, 09:18:34 PM
A couple of hours after my last post itt, and it looks like APE is still cooling down and it could go either way.  From the chart below, using the 30 minute chart since it's the one with complete data in Tradingview, the chart before was from Binance's site.  Anyway...  Yeah it could go either way.  I want to get in but I prolly wait for the price to hit the lower green bar and hold above it then buy low.  That's around 12.00.  If it doesn't do that, I would wait for it to go over the upper green bar and buy on break out.

I don't mind buying higher as long as there's momentum behind the move.

It is in an uptrend again at the moment and is in the $14.20 band. I have received comments that the pumping will continue up to $ 28. There are even rumors that it will be $ 49. I think this weekend is full of surprises.

As said around 4 days ago it could go either way...  And it looks like it went to a place where holders didn't want it to go.  Below the lower green bar.  Lol.  I'd prolly wait for the price to go over that bar and wait for confirmation for an S/R flip before buying into it.  For now I'd stay way.  But it falls to 9 USD and holds, that's prolly a good level to buy.

We've seen this a lot of times before guys.  Newly listed coin pumps then cools down before it goes up again.  Sometimes it's better to be in the sidelines.

Your explanation with graphics was really good. You made such an accurate determination that it could only be explained so much. By the way, it was nice to have a good laugh. So, how high is your expectation after this level? What % will it increase?

LOL.  Thanks I guess?

As for 'expectations' I have no idea.  And here's the thing, no one really does unless they are the whales of the APE/USDT, APE/USD markets who know exactly at what points when to buy and sell and at which price points.  The rest can only guess.

But it's looking good right now.  It broke thru the local top, had a little correction and hasn't broken back down so far.  I guess that's a confirmation to buy anything near the bottom green bar?

I think we have enough candles for the 4hr chart.

2876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 22, 2022, 08:58:17 PM
^  Aspinall is legit.  I don't think somebody did Volkov that early in a fight before...

^  After seeing Daukas lose vs Lewis, I'm not too sure he could beat Blaydes.  I mean Blaydes is chinny so he prolly could get lucky and find that chin.  But dunno...  It's sketchy.

Edit:  Just saw the line.  I agree that Blaydes should be the favorite but I think the line is kinda wide.

Yes, that fight with Derrick Lewis was really a fast one, Lewis just gave him a bombardment of punches that KO Daukaus, and in my opinion, Blaydes really have the advantage, and maybe his durability to withstand punches over Daukaus and maybe you are right, I am doubting Daukaus if he can make Blaydes
Submit in just 1 round which is not going to happen in my opinion,

Blaydes isn't really that durable imho.  He's chinny like I said.  So it's a bit sketchy at the start of the match because Daukas could def knock him out in under 1.5 rounds.  I could see it Daukas ahead after the first couple of rounds then Blaydes peeling him to the ground and takes over.  If there was live betting Blaydes after R1 could be the spot.

And it's funny that Daukas was matched up vs Blaydes right after his loss vs Lewis.  The UFC prolly know something?  Wink

Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Qualifying - Winner

Leclerc, Charles 2.25

Verstappen, Max 2.75

Sainz Jr, Carlos 7.00

Hamilton, Lewis 10.00

Perez, Sergio 15.00

Russell, George 29.00

Pretty interesting quotes for the winner in qualifying. I think Hamilton does not have a single chance for first place and such coefficients are given to him simply because of the name. I think that he will most likely start the race from 5th place, just like in Bahrain.
I'm still waiting for quotes to appear on who will be the champion at the end of the season  Smiley

The outrights on who wins the driver's championship and the constructor's championship will prolly be close between Verstappen and Leclerc with maybe Leclerc and Ferrari slightly favored.  Having no points in the first race is a huge blow for their campaign this year.  Yuuuge.

The market for the outrights isn't up rn but before the season started it was close between Verstappen and Hamilton, with Leclerc line around 6.00 or something if I remember it right.  Could even be slightly more.

As for quali, ugh..  Too close to call.  Betting for either Leclerc or Verstappen will be fun tho.  Lol.

what if [...] Verstappen starts getting frustrated and becomes unhappy

I don't think that's ever going to happen!  Grin
... But seriously, yeah, it's a gamble signing such a long contract, we all know how quickly fortunes can change in F1.

That's not gonna happen if they keep winning.  But a three year drought that starts this year?

2879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: March 21, 2022, 03:48:58 PM
I believe it's only Man City and Liverpool that can pose a serious threat to Arsenal top 4 aspiration and fortunately they had played both home and away matches with those clubs, Chelsea and Man Utd can't too difficult for Arsenal to play, these matches can be 50:50 because the gunners are presently in-form and look unstoppable for now the club knew what is at stake thus needed maximum concentration and wouldn't give room for any complacency if they really aspire to clinch the top 4 spot, they also play tottenham and bitter derby match which is another tough match.

After Arsenal disastrous start to the season, I think any place in the top 5 is a fantastic result.
So I think they've been doing very well in the last few games and it's really only Man City and Liverpool that can make it difficult to reach 4th place.
So it's going to be an interesting battle to get to 4th place by the end of the season.

I think they can get top 4.  With just 9 fixtures left for the season they prolly have a high probability to win or draw all of them except three...  The matches against Chelsea,  Manchester United and maybe West Ham.  Just gotta put the genius Moyes in there.  Lol.  They guy is clever as a fox at times.

The books lined Arsenal to finish at the top 4 at 1.50.  That's like a hundred bucks to win just 50.

Anyway, just saw an interesting line.  Liverpool to win the EPL at 2.70.  I think that's value with just a point gap with City and with City's form also somewhat looking off as of late for a club with a group of really good players.

Anyway what did you guys think of UFC London??  It was easily one of the best events of the year imho.  And the thing is it's not even a PPV event and yet it was better than maybe a couple of PPV events made this year.  I could say that I liked UFC London waaay better than UFC 273.
