We are doing this to help bounty manager Royse777 identify bounty cheaters in his campaigns. You can read all about it in the OP. Cheaters usually utilize multiple alt accounts when participating in campaigns, which is against campaign rules as they gain an unfair advantage over other participants. |

Give it a rest, guys. There's nothing to worry about here. It is up to the manager to determine the quality of each member and decide who to accept.
It is not uncommon for a higher rank member to be accepted into a lower tier, and later promoted (if there is an open position). However, as Unknown01 said, I think Hhampuz will give preference to the Full member ranks. So, everything is fine.
