I'd like to make a claim. Hope the May 2018 date isn't a typo and I missed the train. My new address is 0842a5a3a3e2c685333480629644c74d503142d63471a9dec3323685
Edit:Actually it looks like my address is exactly the same. Can't wait until May 2018.

Mate, one q - the block reward for staking is 15bcs. Looks like am getting 1.5 bcs per block found. Staking from my wallet. Any idea why - may be it's just me ?
15 bcs per block is for the whole network....unless you have 100% of the coins, you will never get the full amount. ah yes, ofcourse. thanks mate, I was comparing it to something else... got it! Actually the 15bcs was for the short POW period that only lasted 1000 blocks. This was implemented to allow for the stake weight to become sufficient enough to keep the blockchain moving.

quoted from litestake thread please confirm ? i found something similiar to this one, bitcoinstake if i remember it correctly,it's a same with you dev? i mean it's part of it or it was another one ? because your thread look similiar to that one.
Same Dev yes, same dev. Why did you make a complete clone of your own coin? What is different between BCS and LCS, except for the supply? Similar difference as Maruchan having the Shrimp flavored Ramen and the Beef flavored Ramen.

Old news. This batch was released over a week ago, and I still do not detect any positive effect on the BCH market.

I wonder what the Winklevoss twins have done or intend to do with their 100K+ BCH coins.
Seriously? who cares? They might as well stick those 100k coins+ up to their arses and see if it fits, LOL I would think someone would be concerned what attitude known whales have toward the coin. 100K+ coins could do serious damage to the BCH market if dumped.

https://gemini.com/blog/bitcoin-cash-bch-withdrawals/We are pleased to announce that as of Saturday, October 7, 2017, Gemini will allow all customers to view their BCH balance and request a withdrawal via the BCH withdrawal request page. If you choose to request a BCH withdrawal, your entire BCH balance will be transferred to your chosen withdrawal address.
BCH requests are not sent onto the blockchain immediately. The first time we will process all submitted BCH withdrawal requests will be Wednesday, October 11 at 1pm EDT. After that point, requests will be honored within 5 business days from the time of your request. Example: If you request on Saturday, October 21, 2017, your transfer will be executed on or by Friday, October 27, 2017.
Although we do not currently have plans to open order books for BCH trading, we will continue to update our customers as the BCH situation evolves further.
lol, who gives a flying shit about that exchange anyways, not even in top ten list. Just more coins to be flooded to the market don't know how many they held though but the more that are unlocked and come to the market the more accurate the BCH value will be because so far it's taking into consideration coins that are locked up and the users have no choice. There are these to now be released and moved/sold, xapo that need to be moved or sold and coinbase in january I wonder what the Winklevoss twins have done or intend to do with their 100K+ BCH coins.

I tune into MSNBC, daily.
Very sad. These log cabin LBGTQ people really perplex me. Do you really think that party is ever going to have all of your best interests at heart? Please affirm that you are at least a libertarian. The government needs to butt out of our love lives. Rachel Maddow
Please, tell you us that you have never believed this news reporter. I'm a perpetual skeptic. I draw my own conclusions, and when presented with more information, I reassess my conclusions.

Fake blood, fake wounds and bad acting aside. Funny thing is, not one of those supposed 'deceased' victims in that Liveleak video are one of the actual people listed in the final obituary. http://www.cnn.com/interactive/2017/10/us/las-vegas-shooting-victims/Not one. But does America care? Does the world care? Apparently not. We're all ok with crisis actors being passed off as real dead people and then not showing up in the official obituary list. The funniest youtube video (now taken down) I saw was when Mike Cronk's buddy Rob Macintosh was supposedly hit 3 times in the chest from 300 yards away. Yeah, right. And then Mike visited him the next day in the hospital's IC unit after Rob's emergency "surgery". Rob was fully awake, conscious, no oxygen concentrator, no IV drip, and the equipment wasn't even hooked up to him. Edit: Here's a follow up on Rob's story. Notice the magically moving injuries! What an amazing recovery from those 3 gunshots to the chest! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lWwEduID5O0What drugs are you taking? I can reccomend a good psychiatrist. No drugs or psychosis needed. Just regular feedings from his selected news sources to augment his own belief system. I admit, I do it too. I tune into MSNBC, daily. However, I am well aware that Rachel Maddow's shtick is not exactly free from bias.

It appears as though BTC.top and mystery miners have finally found a Goldilocks zone. Now they can enjoy the spoils mostly to themselves without being pestered by the vulture miners. Congrats Wu and friends.

Hi guys, Can I sign&verify btc transaction on trezor? i connected my trezor but i didn't find that option on btc wallet
Bitcoin Core has not established a protocol to sign from segwit addresses. The default wallet for trezor only uses segwit addresses. I believe that you should have the option to use the legacy wallet and be able to sign a message from there. My literal reading of the question "Can I sign&verify btc transaction on trezor" is that he is asking if the Trezor signs transactions to which the answer it "that is the main purpose of the device, so yes" Reading between the line perhaps, as you assumed, he is really asking "Can I sign&verify messages on trezor" to which the answer for legacy Bitcoin addresses is "of course - it has always been able to do this" AND the answer for SegWit addresses is "Trezor is one of the few wallets that can and does offer a signature algorithm for SegWit addresses - full disclosure: the SegWit signature algorithm implemented on the Trezor is not a standard yet." Finally to answer his question "i connected my trezor but i didn't find that option on btc wallet" I would need to connect one of my Trezors and find it but I am currently at work so I will do that when I get home or, someone else can answer that part. The real answer to whether you can currently use a trezor to sign a message with a Segwit address is found here. https://blog.trezor.io/rolling-out-trezor-wallet-segwit-segregated-witness-5700269debc5 Why can’t I sign or verify a message?
While the TREZOR firmware supports signing with SegWit addresses, there are currently no other wallets or services which support the signing feature. Also, there is no agreed standard yet, therefore the compatibility of signature and verification processes cannot be guaranteed. These functions were temporarily removed from TREZOR Wallet.

To all the "newbies" complaining. You do realize, anyone can create multiple "newbie" accounts. Someone could create 100s of newbie accounts and claim the bounty multiple times. (It's called a Sybil attack.) Sorry that you are left out. Good news is that all you need to do with your newbie accounts is make 14 posts in a 2 week period, and you will then be updated to a Jr member account. I doubt all 10000 spots will be taken by then. I could be wrong though.
You got the points here. However, it's still extremely tiresome to manage all the 100+ accounts at the same time... Knowing how to program a bot can be very helpful in this situation. Although the fact that Bitcointalk now uses a captcha has made this more difficult... And now on to another topic: I wonder why Coinmarkets uses 9 digits to divide a Bitcoin rather than 8. It fooled me for a little over a day; I thought that I had scored a whole BTC worth of coins with this airdrop.

Received my Airdrop! thank you very much! Is it safe to stake it? Will it not expose my private keys? No, staking does not expose your private keys. Just open your wallet and leave the wallet open. hold for at least 100 blocks, and coins will stake. Great! Thanks! Does it heats your computer?? So far, my wallet is only using a little bit of the CPU. So it is not heating it up by much. Proof of stake is less electricity intensive than proof of work. As with any software that you download from the internet, there is a chance the program may contain a trojan. You may want to run it under sandboxie or a linux virtual machine. Also, if you have bitcoin or some other high value coin stored on a "hot" computer, you may want to consider using a hardware wallet or paper wallet, instead. Furthermore, always use a password manager. Makes it harder for keyloggers. Hi you mean run the staking via a Virtual machine? Thank you for the idea to use a password manager I wanted to use Keeppass do you think its safe enough? I use Keepass myself. Very happy with it so far. And yes, I mean running the staking under a VM like Oracle VM VirtualBox.(If you a running Windows.) Wow thats great! thank you! Now, Ive made my wallet in a windows machine open to the internet but yes with Firewall turned on. You my wallet.dat is safe? I like to keep BitcoinStake for long Encrypt your wallet and use a password generated from Keepass. Don't forget to backup you keepass database. That should keep your private keys safe. You can unlock you wallet for staking only.

This really sucks, I'm a newbie but have been lurking these boards for a long time. I've been following Cryptocurrencies since 2007. The dev Elimated me even though you can see my wallet staking with nothing in it. I'm in this for the long haul. I've supported and kept all my SIGT after POS after everyone who wanted to be a quick millionaire dumped SIGT. I'm supporting Semux currently been with them supporting them since Day 1. I'm really excited for BitcoinStake. I would just love to start with a few coins so I can stake as well. I would really appreciate it.

What Cryptocurrency were you following back in 2007? Just wondering since Bitcoin wasn't released until 2008.

Im not so sure about that...bch is gaining alot of support out of china now.. Korea & Japan are embracing crypto...leading the way soon stamp will list it and coinbase too
the china officials, elites and others will still be buying crypto from abroad, through friends, family or businesses. crypto is tiny in marketcap and the world without the average china buyer is still huge enough to take crypto to the multi $trill
Now as for btc, its been pumped since end july roughly and it has to downtrend for a few weeks at least (we are in it right now) a spark is always needed to begin the downtrend...we have that now.
btc has to find a floor, doesnt matter what the news says....this cycle is the way crypto works, once it bottoms out, only then maybe it will rise. bch hasnt been pumped , its been mainly accumlation and panic buying or selling ...its due to be pumped as its too cheap.
Keep drinking that Kool-Aid
