Gox is well known for seizing accounts and stealing the money. This is nothing new. If you are lucky you you get to send them in about 20 documents proving who you are with out question and they will give you your funds back.
Gox is still holding the bitcoinica funds hostage and wont release them to the correct owners "cuz documents and privacy".
2013, using Gox... Face palm.
Sounds like Paipal and Dwullaaa.

I tried to enter my cell number in the phone form but it said "please enter your phone number". Does this work for cell phones outside USA?

Can somebody please post the registered company name coinbase is trading under any any accounts previously filed with the IRS?
I'm from the UK it's pretty easy to get that info on UK companies, I don't understand how the American systems work.
Without the accounts with profit / loss, Turnover, Order book, and existing shares issued it is impossible to value the company, If you can't value the company you can't value the shares. Due dilligence and all that, I can't work on a share price based on the OP's vague posts regarding 10m shares, no disrespect intended I just need more information.
+1. due diligence is the way to go.

What you could do to lock in Bitcoins at the current price while using a credit card is this:
Find something on the Internet that you think a Bitcoin user would likely want to buy in the price range of the amount of money you are wanting to spend.
Post the item for sale on BitMit.
Wait for someone to buy it.
Get their address, go to the site where you can purchase the item. Pay for the item with your credit card and have it shipped to the person.
The price is locked in, once the person receives their item you will get your bitcoins.
Elwar, great idea..thanks for sharing.

South East Asia (Malaysia,Singapore, etc) is a big blue ocean for the Bitcoin Market.
In light of this, I plan to start Bitcoin Exchange Site for Malaysia (first) and later, to other nearby countries. I am looking for developers who have the know-how of creating secure, polished looking Bitcoin Exchange sites. There is no preference for the front-end or back-end (PHP, mySQL, RoR, etc).
