This community is large so you may find some local guy near you willing to sell some coins or if you don't find than localbitcoins can be option to search some local traders. Face to face transaction is securest but for small amount using escrow will be enough.

Bitcoin is not only as safe as fiat,gold stocks etc but safest among all type of currency if you don't store your private key online. Bitcoin is also more transparent that other types of assets.

Halving is only on the way and there is more than 5 months left. And we know within 15 minute bitcoin price can go anywhere so we may see the straight pumping towards halving.

No you can't recover or reverse claim the transaction in bitcoin. It is like non-reversible type of processor like perfectmoney or liberty if you have used them before but works on different platform or technology.

I think better way to increase user base or better to say involve more friends and family into bitcoin is offering them some bitcoin as gift if they open bitcoin wallet. This amount will be like tip but ask them to find out how and where they can spend those funds. Than after that they will better know about purchasing power bitcoin have.

I have joined blockadz from start and get promotional 0.01BTC for free from them. And i know they have price of 2cents cpm for buyers and publishers but recently they doubled price to 5cents per 1k for advertisers but publisher rate seems to same 2cents when i calculate cpm rate. That is only 50% publisher share do you think it is fare.
