Are you from USA or using proxy/vpn etc? no, central Europe, no tor/proxy/VPN okay, so it seems only local problem, not part of something bigger But I must agree, it is an error to leave large amount of money on MtGox (or maybe on any server, but transaction fees and my laziness prevailed  ) Yeah,and you only have 2 btc or more? Mt. Gox will request identification information (such as an identity card, invoices, Government issued photographic identification, utility bill, residential certificate, signed certification of cohabitation, or similar, banking information) depending on the amounts deposited on the Accounts or the presence of suspicious activity which may indicate money-laundering or other illegal activity. Identification of the bank account from which funds are transferred to the Account may also be requested. |

yes, I know that they allow fiat withdrawals only for verified users. But their site explicitly tells: Attention Users: From May 30th 2013 all withdrawals and deposits in fiat currency will require account verification. However withdrawals and deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) do not require verification.
Yet, when I try to withdraw 2 BTC, I am informed that Not sure if you can help me in any way, at least I wanted to give warning. Are you from USA or using proxy/vpn etc? |

It's not about trust, anyone can code it, and post it on smf's official site, they will verify and approve it, theymos can also check plugin code himself, it's not like someone will backdoor it and no one will knew. Main question is, does theymos wants this feature here? This forum is very big and notifications will create an extra load on server. |

I have just installed Bitcoin 0.82 QT inside my new computer, it has 8 active connections but 8 hours after running, there is still 0 block in the syncing. The message is still Synchronizing with the network.....but 0 blocks. What should I do?
Check firewall, if it's blocking qt connections. |

Well Around a month ago i lost 4 BTC due to FTC's pump and dump, so i decided to come here and learn more about these coins etc. Then after some time, LR went down, I lost 2k, I looked for some work, did some deals and finally I got around 6 BTC in some days. They're new. I noticed that there's an option in the settings to collapse page numbers, and enabling this also added brackets for some reason.
o.O Looks like i never looked at them before XD I thought they were already there, probably i use other forums more.. that's why. Ps: +1 for collapse page number. Looks better now. |
