I didn't know about any of this, so a couple of things.

- I've asked someone who does know their shit to post how it works with regular IPOs because those running around shouting illegal/insider trading are apparently not quite right. It's also not unusual within Bitcoin to say the least (I'm not saying it's right).

- I'm awaiting a response from Ken BUT I know it would be a very typical thing for him to do & post because he wanted to show that he does have confidence in the company, and he thinks that is how people will see it.

I'm 99.99% certain this wasn't a scammy move. I've been dealing with Ken long enough to know how his mind works and it isn't like this.

The real problem here is the share price, lack of communication, etc etc. This was a match for a lot of dry wood.

Look can you at least clarify, if the company has used company funds to buy back shares those shares get destroyed thus increasing the ratio/value of all outstanding shares (This is what happens in real life, a company doesn't hold its own shares, a share buyback destroys the shares. Apple did this a few times)
2883  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2013, 07:48:25 PM
I dislike you - but you are correct here. bye bye money Active miners.

This is not a Ponzi, it can be a scam but this is not a Ponzi. Just go wiki what a Ponzi is.

If you're not invested please leave because we want to try to find out what's going on and you're making the thread messy.
2884  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2013, 07:46:42 PM

Actually this is not what a Ponzi scheme is. Please piss off whilst we try to get some real information out of this.
2885  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2013, 07:44:19 PM
Ken is the company buying back shares as well as you?

If the company is buying shares please destroy them like a real company does. It will make our shares worth more.
2886  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2013, 06:09:46 PM
The Cointerra news is a bit frustrating, because all along they have been spamming the internet and we've all been saying ActM needs to do the same. Now look how much it paid off for them.

But we don't need marketing because good old fashioned engineering is enough! /s

Sometimes I hate engineers, even though I study engineering. Some of them can be so daft and have an ego the size of a planet.

Guess what? Marketing and advertising matters. Fact.
2887  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2013, 06:01:34 PM
haha seriously when  would you consider this thing a crash 70% from the .6 high now seems  pretty crashy

You mean 0.006?
2888  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2013, 06:00:59 PM
Is the reason Ken feels no obligation to produce any numbers, is because of the wording of part of the contract.....

"The global ActiveMining's income, including mining income, hardware sales via bitcoins, other cryptocoins and fiat transferred to bitcoins, will be paid to ActiveMining shareholders proportionally, after all manufacturing, maintenance, labor costs, R&D, growth and miscellaneous expenses are deducted."

Can the board/Ken confirm or deny, that any hardware sales paid in fiat, is NOT going to be paid as dividends?

Are you joking? So Ken has a loophole that allows him to pocket profits via a word in the document?

Ken this is so low, now you sound like a lawyer.

I have the feeling this asset is over.
2889  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2013, 05:48:41 PM
ACTM at .0029 ...fuck

begin rant:

I'm fed up with Ken's lack of contact and his awful sense of design and marketing. That logo is third rate at best. If that bloody awful site is doing so goddamn well; WHERE ARE THE FUCKING NUMBERS?! As funders (I won't call us shareholders anymore for obvious reasons) of this little experimental venture we have a right to know.

At this point, my FUD is that ACTM will not gain momentum again because of competition and difficulty AND the fact that for whatever reason, Ken refuses to do trade magazine type PR to get the word out AND and to tell us current state of progress. I am frustrated that Actm and vmc are never even mentioned in the news the way other companies are. At this point Ken may have funded and built his company for free off our backs. It doesn't seem to matter to Ken if the stock evaporates. He doesn't own any. So frustrated right now. All Ken (or someone in the know) has to do is tell us and the world what progress he is making. But day after day it's silence and the confidence drizzles away to nothing as he seems too socially inept to know how to communicate.

Unless no news really is bad news.

end rant.

You're right. This is Ken's company, not the shareholders. We have learnt that much.

Ken doesn't want to change the site and won't budge, ok then!

Ken doesn't want to come onto the thread and talk about how the company is doing, ok then its his anyway!

Do we even have board members? I am close to losing my mind over this.

Doesn't Ken realize we own this company too?
2890  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2013, 05:30:34 PM
So are we getting the Avalon refund? Will it be used for R&D or returned as a dividend?
2891  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 12, 2013, 05:16:05 PM
Thank god we have Stu and Co. here to look out for our investments. What a guy!

Labcoin is not an investment, its a gamble.
2892  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2013, 05:01:03 PM
Can someone tell me why active mining is now at 0.0029? What news?
2893  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 12, 2013, 01:00:55 PM
That guy. No I'm not, but I do business all over the world and social norms are verry different on every continent. If you aren't happy please sell, fill my bids at under 0.0025 please do.

Not sure what culture you can fuck over your investors and then expect "respect"
2894  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 12, 2013, 12:54:16 PM
Language barriers and social norms are an issue here, lets give them respect and hopefully it will be returned this weekend

Give them respect? Please tell me that was a joke.

If not I wonder, are you that guy. You know, the one that everyone takes advantage of in real life?

The shareholders have been demanding some basic things. Pictures of the 2TH/s mining rig, an address of mined income, a explanation as to why they are solomining.

But nothing, they even have the fracking cheek to say "two weeks" BFL style.

But yeah, lets give them respect.
2895  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 12, 2013, 12:51:02 PM
I'm torn over whether to buy right now. I don't think it's a scam & I expect it will be worth lots next month, but the PR is so atrocious who knows how much cheaper I might be able to get it for before the weekend.

Remember this turd is still 3x IPO.

And if they have 1% of the network the shares would work out to be 0.003

Thats right, if you buy now you are getting under 30% APR ROI if Labcoin maintains 1% of the network.

So no, the shares are not cheap right now, not sure what fantasy world you are living. The only way you can pretend they are cheap is if you know the herd will drive them up past 30% ROI which doesn't seem likely anymore.
2896  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 12, 2013, 12:44:33 PM
The fact is that labcoin is not able to give us the address (not even a picture) because time is money ? Is that a JOKE ? Do you think all your shareholders are dumb ?

Pictures of boards this weekend.

Pictures were meant to be when they hash. So go away.
2897  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 12, 2013, 12:10:16 PM

Dont even open your mouth, when I had real conerns on here you and your menions of retards bashed me. The only ome thats gullible is you. Heu gais we are a scam so instead of photoshopping pictures buying some avalons to throw up some hash, we will do none of the above.

Because we like our share price to be low when we sell our shares.

Don't mind him, he's just trying to get back in

Haha oh wow what a fool. On what basis would someone want to get back in? Ask yourself, back into what?

Read Labcoin's posts, how they have deceived and not stepped up. All we get is their word they are hashing. No pictures, no proof, no explanation for solomining, no address.

So sad.
2898  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 12, 2013, 12:03:21 PM
They are going to post boards this weekend. How can you not wait?

I have been waiting for a long long time! I have been here since the beginning! They said pictures would come once they are mining, so pictures should have came last week!

No you are wrong! This is our money and they don't give a shit.

No I will no sit back like a dunce and wait on their time for pictures. No No NO!

We have demanded them for too long! How dare they play with us like this. Disgusting!
2899  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 12, 2013, 11:58:42 AM

Jesus fucking christ, who the hell is still buying this?

Are you mentally retarded? They have chips how do you think they will go from 2th to 4th to 10th, you think they will keep asking the foundry to keep making chips wherever they feel like it?

They have a batch of chips that will get them to X amount of TH

Your supporting Labcoin after all this? Your mentally retarded!

Yes, gave an update on the progress with pictures of boards this weekend. What more do you need? Everything else will happen in due time.

I hope your a troll because if you're for real I don't know what to say.

They have been talking about pictures for ages, its the number 1 thing requested and they admitted they have a rig mining at 2,000GH/s!! So why don't they post a picture of this mining rig!

They are destroying everything to do with this security, and you, you make me so angry! How can you be so naive?
