i'm using 9327 port  for p2pool mining, it's the same?
28984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [TUTORIAL] Solo Mining Litecoins Guide--Windows! on: May 04, 2013, 03:50:09 PM
my port is 9327, if i address the standard port, the thing does not work, because it show mining bitcoin

Card(s): Sapphire HD7950 vapor x(11196-09-40g)
Algo / Coin: Scrypt / LTC
Miner: Cgminer 3.0.1
Config: --intensity 13 --gpu-threads 2 --worksize 256 --shaders 1792 --thread-concurrency 12188
Results: ~550Kh/s- Temp ~62c -44%fan
Comments: Using Catalyst 13.5 Beta , APP SDK 2.7

1050Mhz gpu, 1.060v, limit 20%(ram default)

i can go to 1150, but summer is here and i don't want high temp(temp is the most important thing for me)
28986  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: user-selected difficulty? on: May 04, 2013, 03:38:07 PM
i have 8mb adsl, can't have more for now

my gateway latency is  about 0.2ms, i read that the optimal is 0.005 or something like that
28987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Low hash rate with 7950 while mining LTC on: May 04, 2013, 03:26:35 PM
oh, it worked, thank you(i would have tip you 1 litecoin, but i have nothing sry  Sad)
still in p2pool static it say 10khash only
ok it rising my hash rate now, maybe i just need to make it work for some time
28988  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: The last month is among us.. on: May 04, 2013, 01:12:35 PM
nah, we still have at least all the summer, then it's gg for sure
28989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Low hash rate with 7950 while mining LTC on: May 04, 2013, 12:38:41 PM
i dunno why, but with Bitcoin i'm fine, i get 600 at 1150 and nice temp with my vapor x

but when i decide to mine litecoin the hashrate is just 15kh, i can only increase it by putting intensity to 14 or above(but it still no where near 500kh)

i'm using p2pool(with --net litecoin) 11.2(11.4 is bad, to many reject and highter latency) and cgminer(with --scrypt) 3.0.1, thats it, i should add something else maybe?

i'm using 13.4 drivers
28990  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: user-selected difficulty? on: May 04, 2013, 12:31:10 PM
so it can't be done manually? i need that to decrease latency traffic
28991  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: user-selected difficulty? on: May 03, 2013, 09:21:26 PM
without open a new topic, how it's possible to rise the difficulty in cgminer?
28992  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: How many people stop mining in the summer? on: May 03, 2013, 06:51:39 PM

28993  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: 7950 - Hashrate 400 Mh/S Help! on: May 03, 2013, 04:58:55 PM
last version drivers
1000 core at 59°
525 MH/s

i wasn't aware that i need to clock to 1100-1200 for 600 MH, i remember that this card can reach 500 on 925 core, maybe i remember wrong lol

28998  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: ESEA gaming embeddeds a bitcoin miner into their software on: May 02, 2013, 04:13:36 PM
For anyone who doesnt know ESEA is a competitive gaming league (with a huge number of members) that requires you to pay to get access to their client software. It appears they added in a bitcoin miner ontop of that required fee. Their users are not happy.

I wonder what sort of hash rates they were looking at. Hash rate jumped up a bit around 04/23, maybe that was them? The same amount of hashing power seemed to disappear yesterday. I'm guessing around 10Th/s when you average nvidia and ati cards together for >10000 idle users.
