Wonder who it is...
Well, I would say that he probably did some transfers with Bitcoin due to the hard fork and he wanted to make sure he didn't lose his coins, a guess but an educated guess that may be true.
Don't think BTC-e has anything to do with it, if the address did belong to BTC-e they wouldn't have lost any funds at all. BTC-e would probably have over a thousand different addresses and wallets to make it hard to track.

Bitcoin is decentralized so that whoever you are from wherever you are rich or poor, you are free to use bitcoin for any purpose. Bitcoin is freely used for anyone. anywhere
What is your response with this opinion?
I would agree with this statement and also add: "Bitcoin provides the chance to go from lower classes of society to higher classes of society" Some people are not allowed to use Bitcoin though since some countries have banned them. Some people will not have access to the internet and therefore it is impossible for them to use bitcoin. We need to promote the use of crypto in 3rd world countries.

Hello All,
I don't know if I'm posting this in the right board, if it's not mods please move it. But I just signed up for bitcointalk back in may and just got upgraded to junior member and I see my trust rating is still at 0. I don't really know how the system works so I was wondering if someone could tell me how I build my trust rating what do I have to do on the forum?
Thanks
Adamantasaurus
Pretty hard to get trust nowadays, no one will ever give trust for a simple trade for Bitcoin or anything else. To get trust you must risk a pretty good amount of your Bitcoin to someone else, but the problem with that the people who will give you trust will ask you to go first anyway. Your trust needs to grow also, to become green like some other people's dark green trust. Don't sell thing just for trust, that may inherit a negative trust.

I don't think there will be a war between banks and Bitcoin, it looks like they are getting along just fine, people like to use the safer option banks, but others would use Bitcoin due to the extra features.
If they really wanted a war, I still think that the banks would win. They have the government backing and more people will trust them than Bitcoin. They could just stop transfers from sites that are involved with bitcoin, etc local Bitcoin and then Bitcoin would be done for.

I would say both Japan and Australia are huge influences to the how bitcoin is used. Japan since it is so technologically advanced and Australia since it always is ahead of the Bitcoin train, and there is already a post which says that they have already started teaching Bitcoin at primary schools which is a huge step. Japan, I would expect to become a huge country in the crypto world and I would think that they would release a bunch of new icos.

When will we see? Price seems to get stuck just below.
Phew, just saw it break the barrier but once again, it has dropped below. Seems like Bitcoin is never dropping and we are all making huge profits. Can't believe that Bitcoin was only 2K around 3 weeks again and now it is almost double the price. Can't even sleep, just watching the prices go down/up on preev is super interesting, especially with some cheerful music playing in the background. Still thinking whether to sell or not, wondering if prices will hit 4K soon.

Aussie Aussie! Oi Oi! Looks like Australia is really moving ahead of the crowd in terms of Bitcoin. Even though they might not be the richest country or the most technologically advanced country, they are certainly making a run for it with Bitcoin. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bitcoin becomes mainstream in Australia with all the attention it has been getting recently.
Lets see if other countries follow suit.

Well, I am pretty sure all of the people on the forum will be dead, unless some new technology gets invented which gives us infinite life and by then we are all rich in bitcoin so we all end up living forever .
I don’t think the original bitcoin will be useable in 100 years, but bitcoin would probably have hard forked heaps of times and we would be using some amazing cryptocurrency that has no problems.

First, emails; then social media, and digital banking. I think those are the biggest things that internet changed in our lifes.
I think blockchain will be the next and the biggest improvement of Internet. Am I too optimistic? What do you think?
What about video games, they were pretty influential to our society and they definitely made my life better. The blockchain and Bitcoin, in my option are some of the biggest and best inventions on the internet. In my opinion, they weren’t just inventions to the internet or the way we use money, but it brought light to a new methods of thinking and that changed a lot of people’s ways of thinking and spending money. It also made me a bit richer and gave me some fun selling and buying bitcoin, and I guess it also gave me a way of earning a bit of extra money from signature campaigns.

Not in my opinion and it really depends on what you are spamming. Some people purely make bitcontalk accounts to help kill competition for icos or website or anything else. These people will spam FUD and rumours and I think that they should be punished, especially if what they are saying hurts someones reputation.
For example, heaps of accounts are made by people who are trying to sell something and they just constantly bump/repost it in an attempt to find customers. I think negging these accounts would be beneficial.

Bitcoin now is over 3000 usd. How much bitcoin would you say you need now to be a millionaire in the future? I heard there is an expert that said bitcoin will hit 100k but this would take a very long time. This is the guy that predicted bitcoin would hit 2k etc when very few ppl thought about this.
If bitcoin hits 100k a coin, you would need 10 bitcoin. And of course, most people do not have 10 bitcoin or anywhere close to that amount unless they got bitcoin when it was very cheap... or of course they have a lot of money to invest.
To those of you with say 5 bitcoin, do you think its possible? What about those with say 10 bitcoin? I assume those people who got bitcoin earlier and got like 100 bitcoin probably feel very good about being a millionaire? I don't think it would be possible to be a millionaire now with bitcoin if you are buying bitcoin now unless you have alot of money.
Well, a million USD is probably around a couple of hundred Bitcoin, which looking back at old prices from 2000-2010, really makes me think. I wonder what happened to the people who just bought 1000 Bitcoin when it was a couple of cents as a prank or when they were drunk and now they are pretty much millionaires. Bitcoin really swaps the positions of our society and can change someone who is in the lower portion of society into the higher parts of society. Patience people, I think that bitcoin will rise to 5K soon and we will all be millionaires. Wonder what signature campaigns will be like, with prices at like 5K, I would be getting almost 200 USD a week from just messing around here.

Wonder who it is...
Just checked the chip mixer spreadsheet and clicked on all the profiles, I have around 4-5 account that has around that same level of activity, but they all have a super good level of post quality and I think it would be pretty obvious if the account was sold, etc "password has been changed recently"
Don't think that or even has access to this accounts, if he did he wouldn't be selling them for 0.0275 and refusing to escrow. 0.0275 is less than one week of posting in the campaign or to be exact, 37 posts.
Do you think I have time to post? Actually I am struggling more to do stupid grammars here, check again the spreadshit. You just took a short look Maybe too short. Still available! Do not try to find answer for everything. There are things that may surprise you, curiosty killed the white cat You said it has been in the chipmixer campaign for 2 months, that is around 9-10 weeks right? Looked through 2nd and 3rd page and I can't find anything, plus I doubt you actually have access to the account, since you obviously don't want to use escrow. Maybe if you were enrolled in the chipmixer campaign you would have received 0.0015 for these 2 posts I think it is curiosity killed the cat, doesn't have to be white. it has to be only white. you really don't get what is happening! you said there are only quality postts..well from my point of view most of your posts are off topic You darkstar now? I am not one of the guys who only posts high quailty posts in threads that aren't megathreads. I post whatever I want, and then darkstar deducts whatever posts that are off topic from my last post count, and I never did say my posts where high quailty, thats what you said. The way you are posting so far, I don't think that you could enroll an account in the chipmixer campaign. You likely don't have access to the account and once again, you don't seem too happy with using escrow, which only leaves me to believe that you are a scammer.

So I've been involved in Bitcoin and crypto for about 5 months now and just about everyone I tell about it being friends and family most have never heard of it or the few that have they have no understanding of it so I was just curious into how others explain it all to total newcomers is their a webpage or video you may show for an easy understanding to explain it all ? Whenever I give my explanation it seems to go way over their head Cheers There are heaps of youtube videos on the subject of Bitcoin and a lot of them explain Bitcoin super well, try to find one with heaps of graphics for them to understand the blockchain and how everything works. Youtube can solve a lot of your problems After they start understanding how bitcoin works, maybe give them a bit to play with, say 0.01 BTC. If they are into gaming, teach them how Bitcoin can be used to buy them and for trading items in them. Otherwise, show them a couple of stores that accept Bitcoin and help them make their first payment.

The miners mine and hold, other mine and sell.
Investors and speculators buy, hold and sell.
You can buy random items in auctions and through the forums.
What are the reasons for the bulk of the bitcoin transfers? I read an article underlying the "dark side" of the internet and TOR network, and they seem to point out that bitcoins are now nearly the exclusive currency for the online "black market" (Note, they are not saying bitcoins are exclusively used for black market transactions)
What have you used bitcoins for?
Miner Investor Black Market Other - explain
MinerNope, I live in a place where electricity cost is pricey, to say the least, mining Bitcoin would definitely not be effective for me unless by some stroke of luck I hit a block. Plus I don't have the equipment to mine anyway. InvestorYeah, pretty much. I save 60 percent of what I earn from signature campaigns and sell the rest. With the money I saved from signature campaigns for rebuying Bitcoin when it is low, long with the money I made selling bitcoin when it was high. Black MarketNope. OtherI use bitcoin to buy stuff

If you have notice recently the price of bitcoin is constantly on the increase in the exchange market, today bitcoin go for as high as $3412 and still counting high in some days to come. So my question is when do you consider the best time to sell your bitcoin or is it better to just save it for a while considering the constant rise in price.
I would recommend doing something like buy low sell high, but that will be super hard to do, since Bitcoin is volatile (price goes up and down a lot) and therefore it is nearly impossible to predict when the price will go up and when the prices will go down. Holding is also what some people do, since the price of bitcoin will eventually go up and they are just waiting for that day. I mostly just sell 40% of what I earn from signature campaigns and with the rest, I hold and wait until prices go up and sell again. Bought some bitcoin when it was only 2K and sold all of it when it was 3.2K around a couple of days back.

Ok last night I suddenly felt that BTC's road to $100k is imminent Sounds crazy? Yes maybe, but it really is not BTC at $100k is the right value And we r going to see it go there now. You'll see my friends Just putting this in perspective, that is a rise of more than 95,000 USD. That is pretty impossible in my opinion, how long do you think that will take. Here are some reasons why bitcoin won't reach that amount: -There are still problems with bitcoin, most of them revolve around the transaction times and fees of bitcoin. - Not enough media attention.

Hey! I think I may have just stumbled across the perfect guy. I am currently managing for an ico, but we need one more thing to release. A good promotional video! Do you think you would able to do this? Payments can be in Fiat/Bitcoin or tokens.
If so, please send a request to this skype "live:ehrhc2017" with the message "Atriz sent me, I can make you a video"
Thanks!
