2901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hottest alts of 2020 on: January 16, 2020, 05:02:43 PM
What do you think the hottest alts will be this year?

Very interested in getting strong opinions on this.
Many will have their own choice of coins for sure but you don't want to start making decision on others choices, you have all the details you need at your door, why don't you do some findings yourself and make a decision?
Actually each individual has made his/her own analysis before investing into any coin and also they have found a better entry price to invest into the coin at the perfect movement. You should try not to follow anyone's portfolio because they already have bought the coin at a better price which would never give you an chance to accumulate at that price again in the markets.

You should try to make your own analysis before buying any coin and at least you should try to understand the graphs and make purchase on the approximate prices. This would make you bear profits, but in case you select a suitable coin but at an unsuitable price than you would not have any higher chances of gaining profits.
2902  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Companies that allow adult ads? on: January 16, 2020, 03:38:14 PM
I want to add ads for my adult content systems. But I want to receive the payments as bitcoins. Are there companies that allow adult content and pay with bitcoin?

I think there are a crypto projects that about adults or porn sites that you can pay their celebrities in crypto, maybe you can find them and ask them to do a ads to your contents. however this projects its been too hard to find because we know that there no much users are interested for paying crypto in adult sites so on your side there are small possible chance that you can earn bitcoin for their ads.
I might disagree with you on this. There are a number of peoples who are willing to pay any amount of money just to take benefits from such platforms who offer adult services. I went through some of such platforms and can really find them potential to invest into because of high returns in the ahead markets.

Peoples can usually spend at least an hour on such platforms which might really generate a good source of income to the projects. OP can easily find any such platforms and try to communicate with the owners so that they might accept OP to advertise their content on their platform, where OP might even pay with bitcoins to publish his/her advertisements.
2903  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you like cats? Here you can do something good! on: January 16, 2020, 03:01:33 PM
I can see you are doing a charity work over here but seriously asking, can I know how many of the peoples actually made any donations? There are few platforms where you can post each required information about the cats or their requirements like food, shelter, etc and you can get some charity over there.

Here, most of the peoples are busy investing their funds into some profitable strategies to multiple their initial capital and it is what makes them away from charity work. Also 50% of the community here consists of newbies or lower rank accounts who can hardly make any donations so asking for some charity help over here might be a waste of time. There are platforms made for each such specific work and hence you can acquaint good capital over there if you really are doing a great work.
2904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose DEX? How to avoid scam? on: January 16, 2020, 04:46:17 AM
There is really no need to be making using lots of exchanges, once I find a very good exchange I don’t see the need to keep searching except if I just need an alternative in case the first happens to disappoint me at a point. So I would say that having two exchanges is enough or maybe three.

There are several DEX exchanges that are really good and there is one which I’m currently using – Waves decentralized exchange. This exchange is the product of Waves, and their exchange is accessible both as an online exchange and mobile. There are still lots of others that are really good and one of my friends once recommended Changelly to me, apart from that you can check out Shapeshift (it’s usually integrated in some wallets).
2905  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying bitcoin and several altcoins on: January 15, 2020, 04:15:14 PM
If you want to buy bitcoins than why are you searching for peoples who can sell you bitcoins here? Chances of you getting scammed would be much higher in this case so most of us might suggest you to directly buy from the exchanges. You can find a number of exchanges which might give you an opportunity to purchase bitcoins with your desired payment method so buying bitcoins would never be an task for you again.

Try finding some better sellers on localbitcoins, or any such P2P exchange where you could directly make an purchase among the seller and you without involving any third party also these kind of transactions are quite safer as an escrow is used each time anyone makes a purchases over there.
2906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the future ?? on: January 15, 2020, 03:44:49 PM
Man, the truth is that you can’t compare Bitcoin to every other cryptocurrency in the market. Bitcoin is the main cryptocurrency and altcoins are just some alternatives that you can use if possible. Even if you decide to make use of altcoins you’re still not going to be able to make use of them since you will hardly see anyone that’s making use of altcoins, except few of them like Ethereum (finding someone that’s using ETH is also hard).

Bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency and it’s always what everyone is after. People just invest in altcoins and when they start fall, they get dumped and people sell them for Bitcoin and Ethereum.
2907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why only 6.2 percent of American citizens own Bitcoin? on: January 15, 2020, 03:14:42 PM
Uuhm, I would still say that’s a good number. You should compare this number to what we have for gold and silver, you will see that there is much adoption bitcoin, though it’s not more than that of gold and silver, but for an asset that was just created in the last ten years I would say that the adoption is really fast to have gotten to this extent. It’s not going to end here because I know that as time goes on the rate for adoption will keep on increasing and more people will adopt.

The most important thing is trying to figure out what’s causing people not to have interest in it, like volatility, I believe if that’s sorted out a lot of people will go for it.
2908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Top Performing Altcoin In 2020 on: January 15, 2020, 02:44:16 PM
Actually if the bull runs arrive than we can expect profits from most of the altcoins and not only etherum. Etherum is on the second position amongst all of the other altcoins and perhaps it might derive attention from a lot of investors but even some smaller price altcoins like ripple, dash, etc might give us extreme profits if we hold those in the bullish trends.

Ethereum is surely going to show us a immense growth so no doubt in that but even diversifying our investments into some more major coins might give us more major profits. I think, each coin from the top 50 position on the CMC market would perform well in this financial year 2020.
2909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 14, 2020, 03:33:33 PM
Lebron doesn't have that kind of influence at all anymore, I mean with Cavs he had that because he was the only player that could turn things around for Cavs, they really are the most horrible team in all of NBA most of the time (with Knicks) so Lebron made them matter, this dude took that team into 4 straight finals and as soon as he left team started to be the worst team around, he was that important. Lakers made profits financially during the 6 year they missed the playoffs, they are much more important than Lebron, dude can request a trade and Lakers could finish a season with 20-62 and they would still profit from just being the Lakers and that's it.

In the end Bogdan would be a good trade for Lakers because he is a good SG and could help out in the future but I feel like Kuzma is good anyway and they could just make the lineup with Kuzma at PF and AD at Center because AD can definitely play as Center.
2910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The use of Bitcoin on: January 14, 2020, 12:35:45 PM
Bitcoin is important in lots of ways and it’s being used for a lot of things. Everyone has their own purpose they started making use of cryptocurrency. First thing that attracted me was to use it as a transaction method since PayPal doesn’t work for me where I live.

As time goes on I got to know more about it and then I started investing money. The coolest thing is that transactions are fast and you don’t really have to pay much. I started making use of Ethereum recently to send and receive money and I have to admit it’s really fast and the fees I pay is far less than what I pay for using Bitcoin, but they are all still good.
2911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Altcoins Won't Moon Can't I Just Short the Hell Outta Them??? on: January 14, 2020, 11:51:01 AM
OP wait for a months, i think for altcoins, not all altcoins only bigger one maybe still worth to wait. And the others, don't waste your time, when you see it is profit, or when you lose, as long you can get your capital back, then out from that coin. For me now i change only to big coins in coinmarketcap and hold it.
Holding some of the major coins is always good for the sake of our future but what about our present? We do need to find some source to make us land up in profits even in our present situation and in such situation those coins might be useful if you have deep knowledge about how to trade them.

Holding most of the higher position coins might be useful but only for long term. It is better if we try to short them for short term so that we can gain some profit. And also I agree with you that we might sell our coins who are on a descending graph and also if their volume decreases. We should immediately sell those coins even if they are at the price we bought them because chances of such coins having a dump in the market is larger which might not at all give us benefits.
2912  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 13, 2020, 04:13:09 PM
Damn shame Demiral got injured, it is said that dude closed the season as well so he won't be playing this year (or his nation this summer), he was a really good player for Juventus, de light is good as well but Demiral literally took the jersey from him in the past few weeks, De Ligt was 85 million euro kinda guy and that means either he got worse or Demiral is even more expensive.

Not only sad because it is a player who got injured and we are all human but even looking at it from a greedy stand point, dude was wanted from premier league teams and could have been sold easily for 40-50 million euro as well, now you have to wait until next year for him to get better and hope that he will come back like nothing happened and still worths or at least contributes like he did.
2913  Economy / Economics / Re: Investments with Compound interest. on: January 13, 2020, 03:41:10 PM
Until now, I have not found an investment system that is really real (not MLM / HYIP), only mining and oxbtc genesis are still running. but a small profit. maybe you can choose investments in exchange with the Lending system. I think this is better. because guaranteed safety. for now I only know that Poloniex has this system. which of your coins will be lent to the borrower (on margin) and at an interest rate that you set yourself.
Even I have not yet came across any such genuine deal offering compound interest for a fixed interval of time. I am sure the date, any genuine firm launches a compound interest scheme for the community it would be over flooded by the investors as most of the investors are in need of such offer where they could be enabled to earn a compound interest for a fixed time for the amount they invest. For sure, there are hundreds of such deals on the internet today but I doubt any of those is really working.

They would only eat up your money so it is never an option. Also platforms where we could lend our bitcoins or any other coin does not present compound interest as the profits there are fixed and are only calculated on the initial amount invested and not on the entire amount for the time span which keeps on rising.
2914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's make mining sustainable on: January 13, 2020, 02:27:50 PM
I think there have already been several steps taken to promote green energy as compared to the use of traditional non-renewable energy. Mining must have also taken steps albeit little by little to start converting into the renewable energy utilization. And others, I only know ETH to be exact, are also shifting to PoS. That must be saving a lot of future emission.
Changing onto PoS will not itself solve this problem. There should be huge projects supporting renewable energy which might include thermal plants, solar panels, windmills, etc in order to create a stable source of energy to run the miners and generate the hashes. This might not cause any global harm to the community no matter how large miners we run on our farm.

This would even be profitable for the individuals running such mining farms as the electricity charges would be 0 in this case. Only they need to manage investing some capital to start using and setting up the renewable sources. We could use the renewable sources continuously without any interaction so why not do so?
2915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 67,1% of micro businesses do not know what cryptocurrencies are. on: January 13, 2020, 01:33:17 PM
the human being fears changes by nature. As many fear being scammed. The issue of cryptocurrencies is that in some countries tends to be rejected only because it is digital and its price may vary for the worse, many people prefer to handle the price of a currency that they know will take time to change its value.

However, I understand that there are countries like Venezuela where they use a stable cryptocurrency to pay pensions and salaries, this forces the population to learn more about this, it should be noted that the value of the Venezuelan currency every day falls, so it is much more convenient to store your goods in these cryptowallets, of course this is a very particular case of this country, but I find it curious that today is one of the countries with more movements of BTC.
Most of the cryptocurrencies have most volatile nature and it does not make them suitable to start accepting as a method of payment for most of the sellers who would want a stable source of payment. of course there are some stable coins too which can be altered to use as a payment method similar to USDT as the price for USDT always remains constant as of the American US dollar so it might give an ease to the shopkeepers to accept USDT payments.

Yet, they fear for doing so because most of those might not even be trusting any such digital currencies. Micro businesses actually are owned by some average financial life individuals and they might not find it suitable to risk their money into the digital coins which are not of much use for them.
2916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins profit ... Which altcoin is best for profits? on: January 13, 2020, 07:14:59 AM
As which coin i need to invest in it.
ETH and BNB are altcoins which in my opinion have very good potential lately, especially altcoin BNB really shows a significant increase, many investors are investing BNB and many traders are trading these coins.
Have you ever asked yourself why ETH and BNB are doing good? Why are peoples investing in those coins? If you ask similar questions to yourself and answer them by yourselves than I am sure you might be able to find a lot of coins similar to those which can give you high profits. Speaking about BNB, BNB is a utility coin being used on Binance as their base coin.

BNB has a lot of benefits offered by binance like staking, lending, direct trading pairs, margin trading, etc which creates a huge demand for this coin and a lot of traders find it suitable to trade with BNB on Binance platform to avoid hectic fees as trading with BNB has minimum fees. These phenomenons makes BNB more viral and the price keeps on hiking.
2917  Economy / Economics / Re: Say Goodbye to Banking as We Know It on: January 12, 2020, 04:36:22 PM
China has always been a country with their own commodities. I would rather say China is the most developed country which tries to replicate any other commodity which the world announces. They have their own youtube, google, etc so why can't we expect them having their own bitcoin(bitcoin in-the-sense their own coin).

China has the most largest population in the world and any service or commodity they launches has their own users from their country. China is actually not in need of any other users from other respective nations and hence they keep on building their own products and use that individually. China might also improve their banking skills by launching cryptocurrencies in their banking systems. This might bring an revolution in the banking sector.
2918  Economy / Economics / Re: Since 2009 There Was A 500% Increase In Internet Traffic. on: January 12, 2020, 03:42:43 PM
That only is because the world is moving rapidly into a new era. Perhaps the world is getting more technical and it might bring thousands of peoples to use internet today. In today's world, nothing takes place without internet. Internet has vastly grown its roots in the human nature.

In 2009 there were poor connectivity and also they were not such advanced gadgets to use the internet. In 2020 there would be more advanced gadgets which would entirely run on the internet. Internet would grow 1000% maybe in the coming few years. This surely has nothing to do with bitcoins or the blockchain as even if blockchain wasn't introduced, the same would have been the case with internet.
2919  Economy / Economics / Re: Best Stocks to buy this year? on: January 12, 2020, 02:31:55 PM
The stocks of technology companies are the ones I recommend most in 2020, for example, the stocks of Tesla, Amazon, and Google which in the next few years will continue to show growth.

deviated from the discussion: for cryptocurrencies that are the best choice (for short or long term investments) in 2020 are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tron, Neo, BNB & Ethereum.
Yes, I do agree with you. Also I am a fan of Tesla and I really do liked to way they sold their tesla cybertruck by without actually creating it. Instead they just sold their concept to the millions of peoples and now with they money they've got they could easily produce their cybertruck.

Companies like tesla, amazon, microsoft, etc are growing immensely as their is been newer technologies introduced which is also deriving the prices for their stocks higher and higher. Investing in those stocks might be good for long term benefits. On the other hand, we have our decentralized coins like bitcoin, etherum, ripple, dash, etc who are actively helping majority of traders to have profits on small term as well as long term. Both consistently can make us yield higher profits.
2920  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is there anyway to buy alcohol online with bitcoin? on: January 12, 2020, 07:03:59 AM
Not see a store accepting it so far and to take the hassle out aswell to make your life easier go cashout your BTC into Fiat and buy your alcohol needs on your nearest physical store since you can drink it right away while buying it online will take more days before it will reach on your hands.
Imagine you buy a bottle of beer online and it arrives in 2-3 days getting hotter in the climate. The actual taste of that beer will surely differ than the original one and in this case buying beer online might fail us. But, we can buy some fermented alcohol online as it would not matter how much time it takes to arrive it would remain the same as it is.

There are also some local sites where you can buy alcohol for an 1 day delivery speed but those are not yet available with the crypto payments and we need to pay with fiat on such platforms. Also I do not know if they serve in your country because fast delivery will need their nearby store-house from where they could fastly ship your bottle of alcohol.
