2901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: May 24, 2021, 09:39:59 PM
KYC is a much-needed component in gambling sites nowadays. If you can't even offer such services as a gambling firm, you can't expect patrons and gamblers alike to trust you with their money. So of course it would be okay for me to follwo KYC regulations in order to give security and peace of mind as well that the gambling site I put my money on is not a bogus or scam.
Disagree, KYC is not there to protect you , KYC is there to protect the casino of you or anything that you do that could go against their interests, also since we know there are many scams casinos out there especially those that do not bother to come to this forum to open an ANN thread it is fair to wonder if you should give your personal information to them as you run the risk of being victimized twice, the first time when they steal your money and the second time when they sell your personal information on the dark web.
That right. For me, KYC is a double-edged sword for gamblers. The risk of stealing your personal information is high when a data breach happens in a casino but the advantage of submitting KYC is if your account is hacked or stolen, You can recover easily it by simply appealing and submitting the recovery procedure with KYC. Though I still wouldn't risk my personal information just to allowed or to access a casino.
This is only good for fiat gambling site casino but for cryptocurrency based ones then its not really that necessary to have these credentials for you to recover out your own account

since they would really be just asking out several precise activity that you had with that account recently or other informations like the date when it was created or some sort.

This is the main reason why gambling in crypto is booming because of the anonymity that it gives unlike on dealing with fiat ones which would really be needing those documents or personal information.
2902  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any opinions about the recent btc price crash? on: May 24, 2021, 08:44:37 PM
Once again it is proved that cryptomarket is the rich man's playground. FUD is created, and the panic is being made use of the whales. Traders who made the right move at the right time will be now making good profit out of the massive market fluctuation that is happening over the past few days. Then also there is more chance of Market crash and recovery.

More memes from traders were around praising Elon Musk, because without him the market could've never crashed and has got a recovery in such a short time period.
When it comes on making money then everything would really be varying or depending with price fluctuations and to those who do make out active trades are the ones who are really making tons of profits
out of these movements.Im not talking in all traders but several ones who do really know on how to play with these movements.

To those who bought on the peak then they are the ones who do freak out when the market had make out some serious dump or crash. Its just a matter of time on where prices
would really recover out and we are currently seeing it at the moment.

Its a typical movement and this is one of the most favorite time for traders but not all would really be giving out that kind of chance to make profits.
It all varies on how you do deal with these movements.

For those who actively trade then they are the ones who arent really affected much with market volatility since they could always play with the game no matter what the trend is.

The ones who do cry is to those who do play or trade along with futures or margins which could really fucked you up or neither give you big profit out of these
very wide movements.

We cant tell about bearish run had been started but basing off with sentiments circling around then you can really tell that
it might be.
2904  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: May 21, 2021, 07:44:17 PM
~
Expectation vs Reality?

This is mostly true and its up to someone if they could take it or not. When it comes to marketing then these things arent really that new.

It isnt immoral because its clear that most funds been used are sponsored by the house or company. Its part of the strategy or marketing for them to get players.

If you do find it to be immoral then you can choose nor decide for yourself.
Well, if you aren't living in a country that doesn't actively punishes advertisers that deceive the people by making exaggerated product placements on their product/services then you have to just roll with it since they are just doing their job and that's what their school have taught them. I don't find it immoral since everyone has to look good so the first impression is good, I can't blame them for that.
Advertisement is everywhere, and the main reason of advertising is to make those people to buy a product or use the service, so the company will get profits from it that is why they are ready to spend a lot of money on advertisements because they know it is important for a business to grow next level. Lets take all these signature campaigns, these are here to get more customers for them but it doesn't mean they are cheating or doing anything wrong.
There's only some differentiating thing among the methods that had been used but honestly they are all just the same or share the same goal or target which is to hook up players.

It is just it didnt really passed on some people's standards when it comes to morality on where they do see up these things to be immoral and a bit deceiving and thats why they do mainly react.

Marketing does play an important role on a business success and its no surprise that the will allocated bigger budget for that but doesnt mean that success would be a guaranteed thing.
2905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sextortion - more than 4000 BTC cashed on: May 21, 2021, 06:47:53 PM
This doesnt only limit out on sextortion but also with that common ransomware event where these hackers would ask out btc in exchange of your files and this is why we should really be careful on downloading something in the net in result in getting some malware and this case is no different.

Good thing they had able to trace up that this is a binance deposit address which they can really make a complaints and close that account but that would surely be needing some solid proof before they can take action.Dont expect that hacker had put up kyc on his real name used in his binance account.Pulling 4000 isnt really that hard.
2906  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trader took his own life after the recent huge dump on: May 20, 2021, 11:42:10 PM
He was broke and desperate, He takes all the pressure but too unfortunate that he can't manage it all. But damn, it is a stupid decision.

If we have some problems it is very important to share them with any of our family members or with our friends. We need some advice, it sometimes could heal what we feel, and gives us comfort, if he is doing this earlier, he couldn't think about this for sure. And most important is to keep our mind healthy at all, minimize stress, and always positive. Everyone shouldn't just have to ignore this.

RIP
Sad to hear out these kind of stories where someone doesnt able to handle out their emotions and ending up on having this kind of way on resolving things on taking his own life.

For sure when we are on the situation on where we had bet out everything in terms of finances and get lost of those funds then we would really be having a hard time on how we could solve things up.

We dont know on where to start and how to get up on our feet but these things wont happen if you do had just realized that you shouldnt risk all in all because tendency
of this situation to happen would really be next in line.
2907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the motive behind the anti gambling campaign on: May 20, 2021, 10:48:21 PM
To me there is a question of whether the media's negative coverage of gambling is intended to protect people who make bad gambling or investment decisions. Or is it intended to deprive people like me of opportunities to make money.
They are just educating people on the possible scenario if they become addict in gambling, and we cannot say its a lie simply because there are so many gamblers who took their lives because of being addict in gambling. We know that we can get money in gambling but there's no guarantee on that, you as yourself should always know your limit and understand that gambling is not a great source of income, it can eat you alive.
^ This is how it goes and we all know it. Just because others are being profitable, does not mean it's enough to convince the crowd. We should understand that these people who are against gambling lost some of their valuable things with them. And some of them also lost people they loved because of gambling. But it does not mean you have to be affected by this. Those people knew the consequences and the risk of gambling. I think you are fine.
No need to oppose their campaign and enjoy your profits alone.
That campaign is great to spread awareness, because gambling is only for those who have extra money and afford to lose it, ordinary people should not depend on their luck in gambling, that’s too risky. I have a friend who sold his own car because of gambling, he undergoes to rehabilitation and fortunately he’s fine now. Just enjoy gambling and yes, always have time limit on playing and practice budgeting.
Not that extra money but for those who do seek out for entertainment without minding much about their finances that would really be spent out and as long it would be in control or moderation
then it wont be much of a problem.

There are places or countries in the world which their government is really mindful about their citizens when it comes to particular things which do include out addiction.Theyre trying out to protect
on the chance on getting addicted and wreck up their lives because of it which is good.

If a country doesnt mind about revenue or tax that it gives then this would be the nearest possible reason on such anti gambling campaign.
2908  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying the current dip (~30k) on: May 20, 2021, 09:51:59 PM
I'm wondering whether the price could go even under 30k dollars soon. China's decision about imposing a ban on cryptocurrencies affected Bitcoin price and the rest of the market also very badly. I also missed 30k. If I came across, then I guess I would buy some Bitcoin from that price.  Grin
I dont think so 30k has very strong support and many are waiting to buy your bitcoins once FUD strikes again but I dont think there will be more FUD when China banning btc just like 2017, btc may go parabolic once btc recovers,
Same story repeat again, Bitcoin dumped down to 30k. I’ve only seen this things since 2017 but there is always a recovery. Smart people love this, made such a lot of money in 24hrs. Human conduct doesn't change greed and fear drive the market, so avoid the same past mistake and let’s make that money.
Easy to say but would really be hard when we are already on the actual situation because we dont know on how far it could possibly go down further and this is what makes the situation more harder

for us to make out such decisions. Buying the dip sounds pretty simple but due to unpredictability of the market then its really hard to determine on what price should we enter.

For those who had entered on 30k+ then they are the ones who do make money out of this recent recovery that we are witnessing atm.
2909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bloodbath! on: May 20, 2021, 08:44:40 PM
The biggest dump this year is happening right now, witnessed it and still believe that bitcoin will bounce back.
While we are hoping for bitcoin to reach $100k, how do you feel that bitcoin is going down to $20k anytime soon?

And when bitcoin dump that low, expect that altcoins will also dump even double the price dump of bitcoin.

Good thing that Bitcoin did able to held up strong support which is a good thing and didnt plunge that hard for us to reach back again on below 30k or the worst going back in 20k.

Lots had speculated that this is the start of the bear market which i can say that it must be the start basing off with the current condition where alts dumped hard too as Bitcoin plunges its price.

Is this thing something new? No its not and for those who had sell out on the dip are the ones who hadnt no worries on this current condition.
2910  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: May 19, 2021, 11:51:33 PM
Congrats for Roobet that just hit 1,500,000,000 total bets

When they reached the total bet of 1,000,000,000 is on February 19 so in three months Roobet get new achievements.
Congrats Roobet!

Hitting up this milestone in a short span of time is truly remarkable even though they had some current issues about KYC but still stood strong and there are still lots of people whom do play on the site
which is great and does signify that they are still solid users of this casino.

This is only a short time because reaching out those numbers is something that you cant see commonly on this market.
2911  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bustadice Signature campaign on Btt ending on May 16th : Wow.... on: May 19, 2021, 10:46:28 PM
Bustadice was one of the few campaigns on the forum who motivated their members with additional weekly bonuses. This is a good approach to creating quality ads, unfortunately not all campaigns use this technique.
Depends on the company itself if they would impose such bonuses for good top posters or merit earners and only a few campaign does have this kind of set-up
and the rest are just plain weekly payments.

Since Bustadice campaign is over. This thread should be locked to prevent more further replies in connects to this topic. There's no need for further discussions.
2912  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: holding is not an easy thing on: May 19, 2021, 09:44:07 PM
Out of the greatest risk comes the greatest reward, so they say. Hodling itself might not seem like a very great risk as far as cryptos like bitcoin is concerned but, its got a risk factor too. That is in the sense that, it could go down and never come up again. Is that even possible? I doubt, it especially for bitcoin. On other coins, it just might but bitcoin seems a lot far from it. Well, thats one issue with holding then,
You can talk of the of the daily needs. As long as one is living, there would always be a need that requires satisfying and which ever investment avail to the individual is a great source. As to this fact, a lot of persons finds it extremely difficult to hold a coin for over 365days.
Only to those who do have great faith and trust on a certain project is to those someone who could really make out the resistance of panic selling specially into these kind of times where the market is on deep reds.

Holding is not really an easy thing if you are a type of person which is a bit impulsive on making out decisions basing or seeing current events in the market.

If you cant hold then its better to make out shorter trades and now is the best time to buy out some coins which are on sale.  Wink
2913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Feel Pressed Something while Gambling on: May 19, 2021, 08:46:48 PM
I've heard and even experienced pressure in gambling but so much that you pee or shit in a public place, well never quite that much. In fact on a funny side when I am gambling and suppose I am watching NBA and it's towards the end then I would rather hold my pee and would do it once the game ends. I guess that's the advantage online gambling has over offline gambling.

Imagine being the next person to walk in to play and you see such stuff lol that must be a horrible feeling. I was enjoying reading the comments in that video you shared and they are so funny man. Someone said, he doesn't let shit get in between him and gambling Grin.

By the way, I was wondering since I haven't gambled at offline casinos, do these casinos and machines don't have those facilities nearby and maybe a pause or something so you can continue after a break Wink.
Its not an advantage but rather a proper etiquette to do so for an individual that does still on his own right mind. Its just right that you would wait up or go to the right place on peeing or pooping.

No matter what you do you should really be having the time to go in restrooms if these nature calls do happen because shitting on public is not appropriate one for someone which does have normal thinking.

This guys addiction is severe or past beyond where doing the right thing isnt already been minded which simply indicates a big major problem mentally.
2914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Horrible day in History of Bitcoin on: May 19, 2021, 07:45:53 PM
After 13 March 2020, This is Another Horrible Day In History Of Bitcoin

THE DAY I CAN'T FORGET
19 - May -2021
The Black Wednesday
Why do people easily freaked out when seeing crashes or dips like these? Considering -40% down at the moment but lots of people do treat it just like its end of the world.

Times like these are inevitable and now it happened then to those people who had been on this market is already aware but for those who do just recently jumped will definitely had a shock.

Based off technicals then it cant really be denied that Bitcoin and altcoins are already on the overbought stage.Im anticipating for this time to happen.
2915  Economy / Economics / Re: We entered a bear market earlier than expected on: May 18, 2021, 10:53:17 PM
We entered a bear market earlier than expected

The prices won't go up anymore from now. People say Elon control the Dogeocin market. But he controls Bitcoin at the same way.

Why people does really mind that Elon could really manipulate the market as a whole or does have control over? Yes, hes a billionaire but moving a trillion cap wont really be much out of his capacity.

It is just the hype and the fuds that circle arounds which make out significant impact into the entire market. Are you sure that we are already on a bear market?

Price is still holding strong atm and still playing on the support line and if this one breaks then i would really believe that we are really heading on a bearish run.
2916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING POLL ADDED] FURY vs JOSHUA: A Two Fight Deal Has Already Been Signed !! on: May 18, 2021, 09:50:49 PM

Team Wilder and Team Fury are in negotiations that would allow Fury vs Joshua to ahead if Wilder were to receive around $25 million in compensation to stand aside. I think Joshua vs Usyk might happen first, followed by Fury vs Wilder...
So how that negotiation ended? Did they agreed on paying up that $25M for standing aside and would push through Fury vs AJ fight? But i do have the feel that they wont settle on that way.

If they want fight then Fury would surely give  that. They dont really need to prove out something and making these mess just because they do like to have a 3rd fight.

For sure lots of people would see on how Wilder would be ass-whooped once again.  Cheesy
2917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons DogeCoin coin flip Bitcoin in the future on: May 18, 2021, 08:38:29 PM
1. Better technology transactions speed/fees.
2. Backed by a dedicated billionare that he commits to his projects. Elon Musk is not a type of guy who start something and leave it on the dust.
3. Devs are going to improve the technology far more with Elon Musk.
4. More exchangers, merchants start to accept Dogecoin and it becomes stable coin.
5. Dogecoin will receive mass adoption.

1. When it comes bigger block size then i can give that but doesnt mean it is much better.
2. Commitment? I dont think so and when the time when these Billionaires would lost interest then it would go back to square one.
3. They do just become active once again when theres some involvement in hype but before that, arent they sleeping?  Cheesy
4. Its been listed already in lots of platforms nothing new.
5. For now its been triggered with hype so i cant say that much when it comes to mass adoption. Everything would come after the profits.
2918  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lost 17500$ during recent downswing, Now completely broke. on: May 18, 2021, 07:49:27 PM
even though your guess is correct when you believe bitcoin penetrated $ 50000, but you are not balanced with a strong basis, which without analysis, I doubt that such traders will find it difficult to survive in the long term. it is proven by you still don't have a good psychological well. therefore we learn together in order to survive in the market
Due to unpredictability of this market then its really hard to tell to someone on what they should do because even with our own analysis we cant even tell that it would really be precise or would happen.

What if it did really paid off or the guess he made was right? Of course each decision would really be accompanied with some analysis and considerations before making any step.

Its a little bit mixed with gamble though which is the reality but with these kind of mistakes in related with emotional and psychological then it should really be resolved out by oneself.
2919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the motive behind the anti gambling campaign on: May 18, 2021, 07:13:28 PM
I think it is due to the number of actual winners who are willing to share their stories,
And of course they also know the risk and doesn't want to be the reason of someone else misfortune on gambling since their stories could attract others to play and try their luck.
And of course they might also be thinking about how others would react to their story they might get negative comments out of it compared to those who would write a story about how they lost on gambling.
Not only basing up with the number which would really be less knowing that gambling does generate lots of losers that winners thats why it isnt surprising that we would see lots of
wrecked up life stories compared to those who had been profitable or make some considerable wins.

Of course for privacy purposes they wont really be sharing it up plus also not all would really be that something open to share up in regards to that manner.

Gambling does always have negative impression and its true that this neither be in religious or social aspects but actually im not really that against though.
2920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh, market manipulation is finally bad now? on: May 17, 2021, 11:30:10 PM
How come almost on-one didn't bat an eye when Elon was pumping BTC by tweeting about it? In fact people were encouraging him to tweet about BTC or doge, and now it's suddenly market manipulation and potentially illegal when he is tweeting shit about it and it's going down?
Expect for those things to happen because this market is highly reactive when it comes to news or simply with fundamentals depending on the person/company is trying to make out some sentiments

neither a positive or negative ones and this isnt something new if you've been here on this market for a while where these things do pop out from nowhere and viola the market made out some

movements but doesnt mean nor precisely direct out on that certain news because sometimes market doesnt really react from time to time.So its really hard to tell.
