Oh crap!
And now they won't be playing that game anymore since someone died and it was on the part of the authorities.
I am sure his co-officers are now infuriated with this bad news.
It might be considered an accident but it was not supposed to happen if these guys abide by the law.

Condolences to the family of the police officer.
Losing someone during this pandemic is sad and it ain't even because of Covid19.
2902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Emirex delist their token after unlocking it what a joke on: October 30, 2020, 11:16:39 AM
Sorry!!!
It's nothing new, that's the nightmare we face on this forum as a penny hunter. The way the teams treat us sometimes will make you want to have a rethink if Bounty hunting actually worth it.

Some days back, a member opened a thread about Emirex how they locked token for 9 months, it has loose 4X of its original value. Now, they delist the token that doesn't worth $24 maximum of  highest payment.
The term : The team reserves the right to make changes in the future  is likely why these things happen.

Yeah, that is why it had always been a risk being a bounty hunter.
Although I am really intrigued by how they calculate things.
2-5 percent for bounty hunters. Is it really that large to hurt the market value of their coins?
That's nothing if they did a good job advertising their projects. If they can pull more investors then that number is just a little dent from the whole picture.

If this would happen, will Westbrook finally land on a team that will improve because of his contribution?
Bucks are certainly looking to improve and I think this is their chance here.

Wherever Westbrook lands it's like bad luck is glued to him.
Do you agree?  Grin

If I were to choose, I'd prefer CP3 or Rajon Rondo.
Westbrook is an offensive guy and that is why it suits Houston a lot.
But with Bucks, I think the necessity is a playmaker. Someone who could control the floor and give dimes to Giannis and Middleton.
A veteran will be a big plus, experience-wise.
2904  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin cross $15k in end of 2020 on: October 29, 2020, 06:39:43 PM
Thanks to Paypal? That's it?  Grin
There is a lot of reason out there for Bitcoin to go up in price and it will just be Paypal who could make a big difference?
I think it's just hype.
In weeks, we will see it calm down and I hope bitcoin will remain as to how it is now.
More like the new bottom is 13.5k. Yeah, that looks better.
2905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 29, 2020, 04:55:31 PM
Let's all wish that he's going to go with the Lakers until his retirement to pay a contribution for the Mamba.
I doubt the Lakers management will let him go.
They have a superstar now and that says a lot to bring the team into the hype.
Then, he can generate a large number of profits for the Lakers so he will stay.

This is the time that we can see if KD too could do the same thing like Lebron Jamea did. Anyway, he has Kyrie Irving which could let the guard dance in the court of his ball handling talent.
It's different. No disrespect to KD but I don't think he was the leader type of a player.
Yes, he is a star but not a leader.
Kyrie, same.

So, this Brooklyn team is really strong offensively now but mistakes can also happen without a good leader to handle it.
There must be one of them making decisions when pressure comes.
Maybe upon watching 15-20 games (with KD and Kyrie) we could tell if something has changed.
2906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cashless gaming now available in land-based casino in USA on: October 29, 2020, 02:56:29 PM
It's difficult to imagine not having chips in your hands.
What will I play with while looking for a game to play.  Grin

I guess for gamblers that will be okay as long as they can play.
It negates the possibility of passing the virus while playing with chips that are being carried from one person to another.
Yeah, that could be the solution just to continue the games.
2907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Half bread is better than none on: October 29, 2020, 11:02:12 AM
Lesson learned a long time ago.
I don't wait too much if it ain't that special for me.
I got like 3 in my altcoin list that I fully support and until now they are still kicking.

But, there are projects that need to be sold after listing.
Sell and leave. That way, you won't regret it if ever a strong pump happens. Never look back.
2908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Make your choice now! on: October 29, 2020, 07:10:39 AM
Ain't we all serving our countries in different ways.
You don't need to be a soldier to do that. We have different skills to offer for the benefit of the country.

Anyway, I hope you are doing good advising the guy. I bet he is also in his prime age and doesn't want to mess this up since it will be for the future of his kids or his relatives. Better, for his own future when he gets old.
You could point him here in this forum. I bet he will be glad to read some good knowledge and opinions.
2909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 29, 2020, 04:41:52 AM
But whatever it is, I like Brooklyn Nets to be one of the contenders in the Eastern Conference next season. Their fans are waiting. I hope KD and Kyrie will be at their 100% healthy status. Like to see a much competitive Eastern Conference.

They took the risks, might as well maximize everything in just one year before KD will have his player option.
It's not just KD and Kyrie that I have been waiting for.
Spencer Dinwiddie.
Dude put the Nets back on the map while they have no stars playing. I can say he stepped up his game and I hope he will not lose that confidence even if 2 stars are already playing with them. I can't explain my excitement to watch these guys play. They  should build their chemistry as fast as they could.
2910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 28, 2020, 06:01:42 PM
Good read here.
20 questions about NBA trade market
I'll just grab one that I am intrigued with.

Quote
3. Where will CP3 (and OKC's other vets) wind up?
Chris Paul had such a stellar season with the Oklahoma City Thunder that he could find himself on a contender again. Milwaukee makes sense in theory, but so do a bunch of other teams that are either already among the elite or think they would join the elite with Paul in the fold.

Bucks can afford him if I am not mistaken.
And, they need a veteran on their roster. Someone who could really lead.
I don't think it is Giannis time to lead a team yet. Put someone else. CP3 could be that guy and then, they have a playmaker.
Thoughts?
2911  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analysis of recent Bitcoin fluctuations on: October 28, 2020, 02:58:59 PM
It's nice to be honest sometimes.  Grin
We cannot deny that many "bitcoin hodlers" as they call themselves are now also selling their precious bitcoins.
Well, it's theirs so no one can stop them even if someone put them on the cross.

The thing is, we don't really know how long this hype will last.
It may even end right now so you could've done a good decision or maybe regret it.
It doesn't matter, as long as you did what you want.

I might even sell some of my bitcoins too. This lockdown made the expenses higher for the family and we are getting fat.  Grin
2912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Contract issue when transferring tokens on: October 28, 2020, 11:17:35 AM
Try searching for CRPT swap.
If there is such a thing then you should do that.
I hope you are not late though. Most of these swaps put a deadline into when it will end.

It happened just recently with Streamity and luckily I found out about it before the deadline.
Good luck.
2913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 28, 2020, 08:27:37 AM
The would not win if they will not get a real superstar, Durant could have change this team, regardless of who he will play with because he is really special, not as good as Lebron in terms of overall performance but you can trust him in big games, plus he already earn championships and won finals MVP, there's nothing he can do.

I don't know, maybe Knicks are kinda concern with Durant health as he was serious injured.

That may be the problem of their management.
They don't take risks anymore.
Remember they let go of Kristaps Porzingis. Just an injury makes them back off with good players. Worse, great players.
Are they tired of keeping injured players and maybe giving them a chance next year?
What will they lose? Nothing! They had never been in the playoffs for a long time. What is one year to wait for a player to heal?

Sorry, getting emotional again.  Grin
2914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin changed after 10 years? Does it still have same benefits? on: October 28, 2020, 05:47:48 AM
Should we ask for update on Bitcoin to make it little more faster, and cheaper to use ?
I don't mean super fast, and super cheap, just to be like it was before..
I am hoping for the same.
Been using Bitcoin also before with every transaction.
But because of the traffic and high tx fee, I need to stretch my options into using other cryptocurrencies.
The last time was Ethereum and then heavy traffic came again with DeFi coming in.
Now I am using XRP.

Trying to be optimistic about these events. That just means there are more using technology than before which I think is a good thing.
2915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 28, 2020, 04:13:33 AM
The term was to "rebuild" the team with young stars.

If I'm not mistaken, the process has been started for a long time already but still no progress.

Or maybe currently still tagged as a "plan".
LOL.  Grin
The last playoff appearance was 2013 with stars in their midst.
Melo, JR Smith, Kidd, Chandler, Kenyon Martin, and more. They are filled with stars and audiences are used to this kind of roster.
Why? Yeah, they can afford it with their high salary cap.
If you look at their roster now, it's difficult to say it is really a Knicks team.
This is also why Stephen A. Smith, a pure Knicks fan is so mad when they didn't try to offer or even have a meeting with KD and Kyrie.
2916  Economy / Speculation / Re: PayPal to open up network to cryptocurrencies on: October 27, 2020, 06:50:42 PM
This is going to be a long term effect this is just a confirmation that they are going to add Cryptocurrency to their platform but once the platform roll up and once there are Cryptocurrencies transactions on going and PayPal is adding more Cryptocurrencies expect the market to react to that situation, this is the best time to buy for future reaction of the market that this news will bring.

Ain't it already reacting to what is happening right now?
Been a week and I think we saw what a big company can do to hype something.

I am sure there is still something behind this and not just plain adding buy and sell of cryptocurrencies.
What could it be? We will find out soon.  Wink
Also, I may try to buy some with my Paypal funds. Curiosity strikes.
2917  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you really need in your trading? on: October 27, 2020, 05:04:51 PM
Absolutely, no thanks.  Grin

I've been approached by signal providers in Telegram before and all I can say is it's like a pyramid scam.
They provide insights on what to trade (buy or sell) but behind it is them also.  Wink
Well, luckily I have not been with them for a long time saving my hard-earned money for something better.
I am not saying every signal provider have the same goal, just please be careful for those who want to try it.
2918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 27, 2020, 03:26:54 PM
New York Knicks is the richest but they could not make their team at least a playoff contender, what happen to this team? I think they all have the money now to sign a legit star in the NBA, if they can sign Davis and lure him with a bigger amount the Lakers could give, I think it would be interesting.

The term was to "rebuild" the team with young stars.
That's the Knicks goal after reasoning out why they didn't offer anything to KD and Kyrie.  Grin
Knicks lost so many fans with that bad decision. Or, they hate them until the decision becomes fruitful.

If the NBA would not reduce the salary of the other NBA players, they have a reason to give out that big amount, besides Lakers is in the top 3 in the NBA in terms or net worth ranking. https://www.hoopsrumors.com/2020/02/forbes-releases-2020-nba-franchise-valuations.html
That's true.
But it also cuts the amount they could offer to bring in another good player.
Well, having two stars sounds good and both are monsters.  Grin They just need good roleplayers again since most of them have a 1-year contract only.
2919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: October 27, 2020, 02:50:15 PM
In the process of trying to be a future whales you could lost everything, trust me this got me no where and I realized that I've lost tons of money because I was never contented, be smart and always take advantage of any project that brings you profit, do not stare at your wallet and say 'im gonna be rich in 3 years later' this is 1% out of 100% chance that it's ever going to happen, remember, been rich isn't the most important part of our lives but living a good life is.

Which is why we should still be working even with money in front of us.
Somehow all of it will be gone when we don't create another.

I am actually satisfied just making $1000 from investing with ICO's and other investments as long as it doesn't take a year before that number will happen.
Satisfaction. I guess that is the most important thing when investing with altcoins.
Just the fact that I didn't do much work but just research and risking my money makes me happy to make profits out of it.
2920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 27, 2020, 11:48:54 AM
Here's how I rank them.

1- Michael Jordan
2-Kobe Bryant
3-Lebron James
I have the same ranking. But it could be biased since I watched more Jordan films and at those years my passion for basketball was on fire.  Grin
To make it short, I lived most of my life in the Jordan era.
Michael Jordan Ends GOAT debate 2020
Even Jordan wants to end the debate. For him, it was a disrespect to the players who developed the game.
Era per era, they are upgrading the game of basketball.

With that, I think Davis would still want to leave if he wants to earn the best salary because he will be on the top in terms of earnings per year which he will have a 40.4 million per year while the top 1 now is Curry with 40.231 million per year according to http://www.espn.com/nba/salaries.
Damn! that was a huge amount.
Receiving that kind of offer even with a pandemic? Whoa! I would not even think about it.  Cheesy
