As a developer, well technically a sysadmin looking to move towards devops, this project has a special place in my heard, as it's hard to make the transition i find so projects like this that might be able to assist in that kind of transition especially with a touch of open source, which seems to be the way that things are moving. I imagine they will have various types of specials they will run to try to bolster advertising and support, they seem to be growing steadily which is a good sign for an ICO like this, as hopefully it means even after the ICO completes we will see the tokens continue to gain traction especially after the bank and the tools and integrations start to come online. It's not often a project like this is available with such good deals.

I am still interested in learning more about how users earn/spend DEVX. One way I found out users can spend their DEVX token is during admin process. According to their website, DEVX Platform will also include admissions and online education in the platform, Token will be used for all admissions.
