Yes, the project got some serious prospects and the concept was created in such a way that it brings all the party involved together, that's like the total package of the energy industry, you don't need to be controlled by a selected few, the power to make that decision of your energy usage rests in your hands as an investor There's a few other projects I've seen that want to do the same idea, but none that are advancing and signing partnerships etc as much as BittWatt currently are. Nope and I’m hoping they don’t I rather they maintain a high value by giving away as few tokens as possible I think a limited amount for bounty and a small amount for marketing but for airdrop I find that doesn’t do much for the teams that have airdrops You're right, airdrop is good but has been known to cause more havoc than good because it took them little or nothing to get the tokens and is human nature to take free things for granted, bitfence has been doing well and is best they stay that way rather than open any door for free airdrops at the moment, tokens should be streamlined to be gotten through bounties |

It's a deep hole when you start talking about digital objects as real assets (think game objects that are tradeable) I would really prefer if crypto is use for utility purpose. Because that would make it universal which is what we want. The fear that comes with it will disappear and people will have faith in it. I do not think that it can "disappear" this easily because a lot of people have invested in crypto and a lot of people could lose a lot if it "disappears". Saying it could disappear is like saying the internet could disappear, a token may die, hell bitcoin may disappear, but blockchain is pretty much here to stay it's a technology, and as soon as governments start to realize it's a technology and what can be done with it have to be judged on their individual merits things will be better. What i like from Bitfence is that the tokens will be minted on your purchase, and it is fast. While others generate too much amount of tokens, or mint the tokens at a later date. This is way better !
So basically there's isn't any total supply at the moment. The amount bought at the end if ico will turn out to be the total supply? Max token supply can be calculated based on hardcap goal. Good thing is that we don't have to worry about unsold tokens. True, this is the most efficient way, because you will have less work to do like burning it after the ICO. This should be the standard for the new Icos. I don't know why they still don't use this way. Another interesting method is to create the tokens onse the token sale is over. If there are unsold tokens, you just dont generate them. Yeah, but you will not receive them quickly after you have invested. Sometimes it can even take longer, if the team decides to slowly generate them after the ICO. It is true that it would a long time before you receive your tokens, but I think the impact to the value of the token is quite big if the team does decide to dump unsold tokens, burning them after token sale is perhaps better considering you get your tokens directly after purchase I thought the team will be minting the tokens based on the number of investors, which is good and gives little or no room for the bad effect of dumping just like i stated earlier, so i believe their is no need for the burning of unsold token scenario, when the weak hands dumb, the strong hands will be waiting to collect from them That's correct. The TGE ( Token Generating event) created them when they are bought, the supply isn't generated all at once. Yep its good that they managed to get the smart contract code checked in and and reviewed already, it puts them in a really good position to move forward, i've seen other ICOs get hung up on stupid bugs and issues with the contract, probably due to the team but also due to the fact that people have gotten better at smart contract code over time genuinely. This is indeed good news. I have hardly seen any ICO doing such audits, but Vanig did. This will give huge confidence to investors who decided to buy Vanig tokens. As for vanig though, your definitely right, industries like retail tend to get into their groove until something shakes them up, the last time that happened was the internet bringing us amazon, it shook up brick and mortars like no ones business, it will be interesting to see if blockchain based distributed networks can shake up the market of the online retailers like amazon did to the brick and mortar. What is the status of tokens sale? I don't see any changes in token sale bar, looks like it's not updated since last 3-4 days? Or I am looking at wrong place  ? I thought i was the only one that noticed it... There is no changes on the website that indicates that the 4th phase ico is on... Although they announced it on their twitter handle. Bittwatt really need to check this out. Well maybe that's how they wants it to be. They're in Phase 4, the dates are displayed on the website, why would they intentionally want to leave it showing as if it's in Phase 3 when it shows the dates and that equals Phase 4? Seem's much more likely to be an oversight. Probably but it needs to be fixed because is a sure thing that visitors will b visiting the sites periodically and most of them are likely to be potential investors, first impression matters, so is of utmost importance that they fix the issue, stay updated and keep the community abreast of any new development, i understand that they may be busy but they should look into it |
