Bootcamps - they can earn by teaching/helping in our bootcamps and other programs.
Exchange Markets - they can exchange the DEVX.

They can spend by:

We will ask for the opinions of the community to finalize the format that happens to be most beneficial to everyone. Of course we have many ideas, but when the time comes, the community and the project team will decide on the details with an open-source mindset.

Do not get me wrong, certification process will not be a piece of cake and we do not want people memorizing the exam questions. After all we want people to learn about these high-end topics and become subject matter experts.

We will discuss these with the community as time goes by.
