also your initial bid is invalid, FYI

Still, isn't it better to wait into another auction?

1.15 BTC

If OP changes mind, I will put a bid of 1.05BTC

I know it did, but he had taken offers in the past on previous auctions after it closed, and I figured he would accept the starting bid still, but we will see.

1.10 btc

lets see what OP has to say about this one first, maybe there is 1% and we can both .5%

So, the payout for that percent of ownership for May would be about .15 btc? Is my math correct?

They should just have sold one half of the x3 at 1Th and called that the x2 Smiley just simple logic.

I bolded the portion of that for you on why BA didn't do it.

Hey Bobsag3,

I'm order 133x.  Will my order ship out on Monday, and am I able to change the shipping address?  Also, will the power cords be included?

I'm guessing this will only be the original order with no compensation units.

Let me know,

Chuck

I assume your order is one of the ones ending in "A" ? If so your order would go out with the rest on Monday, and if you need to change the shipping address submit a ticket with your order number to support@minersource.net and we will get it taken care of.

Are the units still projected to go out on Monday?

Based on the recent update, it doesn't look good to get tracking by Monday, is there an updated time now Bobsag?

Finally got it! Got the 3 team parlay, will update main post later!
2950  Economy / Gambling / Re: DebitMe's Betcoin Sports FIFA World Cup Betting List on: June 26, 2014, 07:25:44 PM
I had 9 losses on that 3 team parlay. World cup with some stupid "favorites" losses lol xD Turned my winnings from profit into losses Tongue

But.. I do have it now tho Smiley GLGL

Excellent job and that 3 team parlay turned out to be quite difficult for everyone with favorites losing or ending in a draw.  You are still in contention for the first prize.  Here's where the competition gets very interesting.

Yea I pretty much figured this first round would only get people to the 15 to 20 point mark, I still have 1 chance left at the 3 team parley points.  Got Germany over U.S. and Portugal over Ghana, unfortunately I forgot what my final pick was over the two other games today, and I can't check it at work Sad  No idea who to root for makes it interesting.

Anyone know if the X-1 came with a ethernet cable?

I ordered these (back in Feb and some more last week)
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E5I7VJG?psc=1
best deal I could find, lots of options on length too.
2952  Economy / Gambling / Re: DebitMe's Betcoin Sports FIFA World Cup Betting List on: June 26, 2014, 12:09:18 PM
Finally an update, lots of losing going on lately.

I just cannot seem to hit the 3 parley to save my life.  Had about 4 or 5 times where I have gotten 2 correct, then a tie or loss, very frustrating, but I will continue to try.

So is the compensation for poor people like me that only ordered a single batch 1 X1 unit from Minersource still effectively zero? I don't call a buy 2 get one free offer really compensation as it requires further outlay, it's more of a discount coupon promo then true compensation.

As of right now, the compensation for everyone is 0 as they, "review the compensation once shipping is in full swing."  Who knows what that means or when it will be.
2954  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: FIRE SALE - D750 750W Server PSU Breakout Boards on: June 26, 2014, 02:28:35 AM
I'm also pretty encouraged about the S3, looks like it could be a fun piece of hardware. I don't recall the specs exactly but it was something around 400W?

Quote
Power Supply: 4 +12V DC input, PCI-e connectors
That is what they say, I assume that means there will be connectors for wires and not just PCI-e connectors, maybe better to wait and see what it looks like..
2955  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: FIRE SALE - D750 750W Server PSU Breakout Boards on: June 26, 2014, 02:12:51 AM
Given the details so far about the S3's, should one of these be able to power an S3?

It's simple really. Minersource is subject to lawsuits since they're in the US. If they go down because of BA, no other reseller will ever touch them.

Bobsag has said that all of batch 1 will be shipped next Monday, that's the absolute last straw for me in terms of dates and leveraging the risk in accepting these units and what I think compensation will be.  No tracking on Monday = Refund email will be sent.  (Bobsag, if you think it may be Tuesday, let us know now and I'll give you a day grace period, otherwise there isn't much I can do come Monday with no tracking)  I think I have been pretty reasonable up to this point, but as these dates that, "all of batch 1 will be shipped by XX" continue to be proclaimed, I am losing interest in these machines.  Their expected ROI is negative as it is, the only saving grace is a compensation package that is worth it, but hope for anything worth while is quickly fading, and the risk is getting past my tolerance level.

kingcolex that would do me fine.
It would me to, but lets see what they end up deciding on, honestly i don't expect ANYTHING lower than 100% but it should definitely be 200% (as an x2 would probably be close on price for them to manufactor (no lcd, have all inhouse parts just a throw together and go))
That would be too easy though

I have ass expect a DIY kit to come in the mail as compensation, where you put the chips on the board yourself LOL.

But you have to buy the chips and pay for shipping...

Bobsag3 so seeing as I didn't get tracking info when will the next batch arrive to you.

I received a reply to this from Bobsag, and was told that units would be sent out Friday/Monday (more than likely Monday is my guess).

Wait, bobsag, weeks? Over the next few weeks? I thought you'd said all batch one orders would be sent out a few days after you got your shipment. I don't mean to be snippy or anything but I just want to know where my expectation should be.

Bottom line - my order no is between 1250 and 1300, batch 1. When should I expect shipment. Please and thank you.

Dude, im order number #12x .. Should you get your order before me just because you bought from MS ?

MS order numbers do not match up in line with BA order numbers.
2960  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: The 1st rule of the mining club on: June 24, 2014, 06:07:10 PM
you forgot BlackArrow
I think it was more incompetancy than a data center, could you imagine how crummy that center would be lol.

HAHA, knowing what I do about the engineers at BA, it would probably be a tripped/fire hazard everywhere.  But alas, it doesn't matter what it looks like as long as chips are hashing away, which I truly believe that they are.
