3841  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Amagi Metals - Largest Selection of Gold & Silver for Bitcoins on: May 23, 2013, 05:13:59 PM
I am thinking/planning on purchasing some silver from your store.  But the specific pieces that I would like to order are delayed shipment.  (mostly silver eagles/buffalos).  If I were to purchase some of these, would you expect me to pay now and have the lead time of a few weeks on them?  What if the price changes during that time are for or against my favor?  Is there any type of making that up when shipping date comes or would you expect me to pay at the time of shipping?

Thank you, just got to work, but I will verify tonight when I get home that the funds are in my wallet, and then let Arklan know to switch some shipping addresses around.

Thanks for a smooth trade!

Arklan, I can confirm that payment has come through for 6 out of my 7 units.  If Mdude77 wants to PM you his address that will be fine to change the shipping of 6 units to him.  As of now, he wants the 7th unit and plans to pay for it by next week, when that time comes I will go ahead and transfer shipping of the 7th unit to him.

Thanks

I've got the money for the 7th now if you're still interested in selling.

M

I am. I am home for the night, so go ahead and send funds and then I will inform Arklan to change the last one over to you.

Thanks

3844  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: May 20, 2013, 04:38:33 PM
So, new topic of discussion...

What do we think dividends are going to be?  There is limited transparency on hardware sales now... so that is an issue.  We should get >0.01 from mining unless something drastic changes.  I believe a good number of coins were taken in from USB miner sales... not sure how many but I know the cap was 10,000 units @ 1.99.  Also... I wonder if any people decided to try and buy in on some bulk blades since friedcat decided on a price, I know a few people before in auctions were trying to get 20+ blades, but ended up getting outbid.

Thoughts?  Is there any hard numbers on these sales of blades and USB drives to be found elsewhere on the forums?

To my knowledge, (from the US USB group purchase) the funds for the USB Blades were sent but Friedcat said that they would sit in an account until shipment, and to my knowledge, no shipping has begun on the USB miners.  (That group buy was also confirmed as the first order in for USB miners), so unless something gets shipped in the next day or two, it is doubtful that USB miner sales will be included in this dividend payment. Sad

I said this earlier, and it's still true.

I'm interested in 2 at face value here, if anyone wants to back out or isn't able to meet their obligations.

M

Arklan/John

Mdude77 says that he is interested in my 7 units.  Could you please confirm with him that if I put my receiving address out here and he puts his sending address, that even if I dispute receiving the funds, that you will still be able to see that he sent them and change where the units are shipped too (for a small fee of course)?

If he is absolutely against such a solution, John would you be able to escrow this service.  He sends funds to address, Arklan switches shipping info, funds released to me. (assuming he will pay escrow fees since he doesnt like my first escrowless option)

i'm good with that, yes.

edit: also, the order has been submitted. refunds direct from john are no longer possible. but feel free to work things out among yourselves and i'll adjust who gets what.

This works for me.  ATM I only have the BTC for 6 of the 7.  I assume that might put a wrinkle in the plans.

M

EDIT: I can send you 13 BTC now, with the promise to send the remaining as it's mined.  Assuming avg luck, that'll be about a week.

I am interested in getting out for my 7 units if anyone wants to purchase at face price. I am talks of a refund, but transfering would be easier

I thought at the very least I could do bitcoin for a month or two, and then switch to an altcoin and have these things paid back within 4 to 6 months, but that is seeming less and less likely.
You realize these can't be used with litecoin, etc, right?
It can be used with other SHA256 coins though.  Wink

Yes I do know that, but PPcoin is a viable option, although currently Bitcoin is more profitable. blah

Will this order be the first batch to go through, or was there a group buy that already went 300+ before us ?

Idk but its starting to look like by the time we get these units difficulty will be between 13 and 15 million. Good bye roi. Sad
How upsetting..
 :' (

And I'm poking poor friedcat as much as I dare.  Tongue
Hopefully we'll be the first order in.

No I realize that it is neither of your faults, and we continue to commnend both of you for the excellent and smooth process that this has become.  But I am sure that most are currently sharing my discomfort in watching difficulty rise and having to sit and wait for devices that are quickly becoming a bigger sunk cost, quite literally by the day. lol

3857  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner Block Erupter USB group buy (US/Canada) on: May 10, 2013, 04:30:48 PM
If I counted that right we need 54 more units paid for before we can submit the order.

Does anyone want to put up for those?  (i.e. you pay and if the other person comes through before the deadline then you get your money back, otherwise you get the extra unit?)

I would be up for a couple, but will need more support from others.

The order is already covered as far as min quantity goes so no need.

I know its covered for min quantity, but if we want to submit order today, then we need payment for the 54 units that have not been paid for (nothing to do with the 300 mark).  I was asking if anyone wanted to say they would cover those units until the others paid so that we could get the order in.

Any chance that I could add two more sticks to my order for a total of 7 (up from 5)?  I already paid for 5, but came across another couple of Btc and would like two more to fill out the USB extender that I have.
3860  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner Block Erupter USB group buy (US/Canada) on: May 08, 2013, 06:28:17 PM
If this has not been ordered could you put me down for 5?
