Whoaza!!!!!  that does look pretty scary for both.  I would not feel too comfortable with the panicking guy grabbing my leg, even if I were to be tethered.

When my Step grandmother was drowning (She couldn't swim and was bouncing around the ledge when she slipped toward the center) I dove in and got under her and pushed her up and tried to get her to the side of the pool (it was a 28 foot round with 4ft on the edge dropping to 7ft in the center) and she was acting just like that guy literally holding me and trying to stand on me without letting me get away. She was a few hundred pounds and I was probably all of 60lbs (skinny 10yr old). Luckily my mother was looking out the window and ran out and dragged her off me while i was holding her above water and running out of breath or I wouldn't be typing this.

Its amazing how easily some people panic!

I basically got drowned like that by a mentally handicapped kid about twice my size when I was young..
Like out of body experience drowned almost died..

He held me under forever using me as a floaty and then finally put his feet on my shoulders and kicked me way down under water which I managed to swim up and away from him afterward..

Thought I was dead..

No good deed goes unpunished.

Never played that game, but I've been listening to some Civilization 1 music that someone uploaded on youtube.

Hah, forgot what it sounded like so checked it out and its still pretty cool.

got it playing in the back ground now while I check posts. Smiley

And the anonymous fact is cool, but do people really want to hide their identity? Only the bad guys need that.

Please link me to all your bank records, I want to know what you spend money on.

You don't have anything to hide do you?

It would also be cool to know if you hold enough assets to know if its worth breaking out a 5 dollar wrench.

XMR rock solid in the market dip!!!

Very cool to see how it can hold its own!
in the last 24 hours of trading, Monero has grown 15%....seen from the chart if the price continues to move positively as it is now then in the near future we will pass the previous ATH.  Monero past $500 then to $1000 is not difficult anymore, #hodl

Starting to build a margin position here. From 0.0035 to 0.007 is 2x your BTC. It's inconceivable that this won't happen, and it will likely happen in Q1. Even if we only recover to 0.0053 that's 50% return. XMR has been going down almost consecutively since mid December with no recovery in sight. There's no fundamental reason that I can see for this complete wreckage. We're back to 2016 levels. Before the alphabay pump when XMR struggled to break out past 0.0042. Not that other altcoins are doing great, but for XMR this is the kind of blood in the street and full on capitulation that's perfect for entry. I can't think of any better purchase than monero at the moment. Not a big fan of margin, but just can't help it at these levels.

STRONG BUY

So, who else bought the bottom? Wink

I still remember buying the Top!

.03, fuck what was I thinking! Cheesy

In retrospect I must have been FOMO.

Can one of you Euros give a synopsis of what all this Super League shit is all about?

It's basically a few top clubs in different leagues deciding to create their own league on the side, similar to champions league, where you have to be part of it and you can never drop out/qualify in to it. A lot of people say this is bad because it will take away the dreams of some teams to take part in the largest tournament (champions league) with a chance to win against the big boys. Super league teams on the other hand say that they carry these tournaments but aren't getting enough of the money to participate and in the case of them missing out one year it fucks them over royally.

This is basically a money vs money fight and in the end there's probably no winner.

Thanks man. Smiley

Bitcoin just received a strong vote of confidence from an unlikely source, a former acting director of the Central Intelligence Agency. In so doing, he put senior government officials who issue public warnings about bitcoin’s alleged use by criminals, such as Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, on notice.

...
In an expansive study, Morell came to two key conclusions:

The broad generalizations about the use of bitcoin in illicit finance are significantly overstated.
Blockchain analysis is a highly effective crime fighting and intelligence gathering tool.

But that is not all. In speaking with Forbes before the paper’s release, Morell made it clear that there will also be severe geopolitical repercussions for the U.S. vis-a-vis China if it wastes energy and resources chasing a ghost as opposed to leveraging blockchain, and fintech more generally, to build the country’s technological and economic base. Specifically, he said that “we need to make sure that the conventional wisdom that is wrong about the illicit use of Bitcoin doesn't hold us back from pushing forward the technological changes that are going to allow us to keep pace with China.”

Quote
But that is not all. Perhaps even more interesting to Morell was how analytic firms such as Chainalysis, CipherTrace, and Elliptic can employ forensic and artificial intelligence tools to find illicit actors and activity on blockchains. In fact, he said that he was “literally blown away by how they find illicit activity...this is great intelligence work.”

He also made sure to point out that this analysis works on multiple levels because it can be used to track the actions of known actors as well as identify previously unknown people of interest.
