2961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SpreadCoin | Decentralize Everything (decentralized blockexplorer coming) on: October 22, 2018, 02:27:40 PM
Just checked the SPR price on CMC.
Wow! This thing has come full circle. Back to $0.014.
And the hashrate (and hence difficulty) is still like 6 times what it was when
I was mining it back in 2016(then around 600mh if I recall)
and it was around 8-9k sats. (sold it monthly or when it pumped)
I guess in hindsight, I got in when the getting was good.

If anyone is interested in selling large amounts (>50,000) I'm interested at 2 cents. Can't hurt to buy this lottery ticket again, can it?
you might be better off with few hundred lottery tickets....

2963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HLM] HELIUM on: October 22, 2018, 02:18:21 AM
I'm quite confused - is this project associated with https://www.helium.com/ ?  Must admit, it is a clever idea. Looks like it is a token rather than a coin not yet launched?
Are they concerned there is already a 'helium' coin??

No, that's an entirely different project.

...and the confusion begins...

joe...
If you are so hot under the collar to get someone to  convince you the earth isn't flat and show you the proven science behind it,
wtf are you doing in a btctalk thread with clowns like myself  and others who love to take the piss outta
folks like you and an OP that's been trolling for 3 plus years? This is Bitcointalk FFS.
Use the google and go to some real science forum. If you are really nice you might get some
educated folks who can explain all your misconceptions and spell it out for you.  (then again they might just laugh at you, idk...)
Educate yourself ...seriously.
Or not....and just continue to rant and rave in here and make a fool out of yourself.

.... My mind is blown. Honestly.

Well, Donald Trump was elected president, so there's that...

Is that really a surprise?

It was at the time it occurred.
But after perusing a 600+ page btctalk thread on the farcical finer points of the ridiculous notion of a flat earth,
nothing surprises me anymore.

cue another joe screed kissing batty's arse in 3...2...

Questions:

1. Does the artificial horizon in a jets cockpit match the visual horizon line?

only if NASA was involved

2. How does the pilot know he's flying level with the ground?

cuz NASA told him so

3. If the pilot corrects for the 3 degree angle drop the metabunk calculator predicts in the horizon at 33k feet, will the plane remain at the same altitude?

wtf is a metabunk calculator?? ..wait I know.... a calculator made by NASA...

...do I win the coffee mug?

...also went over the fine points of English grammar ....

Well joe, I actually wouldn't have bothered, but you repeated your dumb error like 6 times
in the course of your (not "you're") last highly intelligent sounding posts, ffs. Just figured you could
use the tip so as not too look uneducated. If you're (not "your") going to bang on with pages
of screed about curves and ships and horizons and the like, you gain a tad more credibility
(as if you had any in the first place) when you don't phuck up the same word in seemingly every other sentence. Just sayin....
2978  Other / Off-topic / Re: Flat Earth on: October 14, 2018, 02:35:51 AM
If you're so broke that you don't have $50 you should probably refrain from posting such frivolous bets in public.

Hey Joe ...take note of bold text.... they'll be a quiz on Monday.....
2979  Other / Off-topic / Re: Flat Earth on: October 14, 2018, 02:28:04 AM

...everyone you have no concept of of what your talking about...

...worked up into such a frenzy your unable to see...

...Hopefully they start arguing that your wrong on this one as well....

...For as smart as you think you are in math and science your proving you don't know shit....

...Your logic is astounding... (holy shit.. you got this one right)

...Not sure if your down with those or not....

...Your a scientific man lets use the scientific method...

Why am I not surprised some babbling clown in a flat earth thread
never learned the simple and correct usage of "your" and "you're" ?

 ....You sir are the scammer.

you sir don't know wtf you are talking about (or who you are talking to ftm)
keep digging that hole son.
