2961  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: For old miners, consider using nicehash since it has a 2000 sats min. withdrawal on: May 23, 2022, 11:54:00 PM
I can't find the free LN transaction on Muun even on their help/blog page what I only see is that the transaction fee of 6% to 20% is charged for LN transactions or 1 to 5 sats according to this Reddit post here
I can't even find any details about on-chain withdrawal fees for Muun so I guess their fees are also depends on Mempool status.

For me, if you want to receive a payout daily without a minimum or limit only ViaBTC(Already suggested above) is the best option where you can able to auto withdraw your earnings and transfer them to their Coinex exchange and if you are going to transfer it and withdraw to other exchanges they support other networks like withdrawing BTC from Coinex to Binance with BSC or TRC20 network it's cheap.
2962  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Trouble connecting s9i miner to internet on: May 23, 2022, 10:48:51 PM
Turnes out it was the fan.  The miner only had one fan so I bought the other one and it connected to nicehash.  I waited for the first payout period to expire but when it did, I didn't receive a payout.

Any idea why?

If you are using Nicehash wallet you can receive a payout every 4 hours if you mine at least 1000 sats with 2% service fee according to their support here "When and How do you get paid"

If your own wallet is outside Nicehash the minimum requirement is 0.001BTC once per week with a 2% to 3% service fee. You can read more here
2963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to deposit money over the counter when buying on Binance P2P? on: May 23, 2022, 06:01:08 PM
If you are buying through P2P it depends on the seller there are sellers who do not accept OTC but few of them accept them, make sure that the surname from the bank you use should be the same as your account on Binance.

Why not just go directly on Binance OTC trading here https://www.binance.com/en/OTC-Trading
It will be much fit to your needs than looking for someone on P2P.
2964  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: 741 Avalon PMU failure! on: May 23, 2022, 05:46:32 PM
Why not replace the whole PMU?
I tried to search through Google it seems no one selling ICs for this PMU. Can you check the IC model # it should have characters under that IC?

If you see them try to check this shop below

Or try to contact zeusBTC for help here https://www.zeusbtc.com/ASIC-Miner-Repair/
2965  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Whatsminer with Flashing Red Alert on: May 23, 2022, 04:54:49 PM
I am currently having the same problem.  Huh  Any help or info is appreciated.

If it's only the red flashing light but it still hashing normally you can ignore the red light because it's very common in whatsminer based on their old complaints that you can found here below

But if your miner can't able to detect the IP maybe the firmware of your miner is corrupted you can try to flash your miner through SD card all firmware for this unit you can download them here below

Just make sure to check the control board first for the exact firmware/board model.
2966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Cheap Node Self Hosting: Just because you CAN does not mean you SHOULD on: May 22, 2022, 11:59:34 PM
but only because 1TB SSDs are still fairly expensive.
I don't think they are so much expensive anymore, you can quickly find very good new 1TB for around $80 to $90, and even cheaper on some deals.
There are a bunch of used 100% health 2.5 inch SSD drives being sold online, so you can find good Samsung 860 evo for around $60 to $70.
However, you should always look for TBW and higher number means that disk will last much longer, for 860 evo that would be 600TB.

You can buy low space SSD for OS which is cheaper than buying 1TB SSD and you can split them with HDD for blockchains just to improve the syncing process.
We already have a guide here on how to split them if you want to speed up the syncing process you can check this guide "[Guide] Split Bitcoin blockchain between SSD & HDD and speed up the initial sync"
2967  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: What equipments can use to mine BTC with power cost is 0.15€/Kwt? on: May 22, 2022, 11:44:57 PM
Note that from that list there's at least Futurebit's Apollo BTC and GekkoScience's Compac F missing and many in the list are not SHA256

Yeah right, but you can use the sort button to sort all SHA256 just ignore other Algo, and yes they don't list Apollo and Compac F USB stick miner because no seller submitted it there.
Anyway, Compac F USB miner is much cheaper and more profitable compared to Apollo(Based on their power consumption).
2968  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: What equipments can use to mine BTC with power cost is 0.15€/Kwt? on: May 22, 2022, 11:21:02 PM
No GPUs are no longer support mining BTC unless you talking about Altcoin mining?

If you want to mine BTC you need ASIC machine that support mining SHA256 Algo sample of machines like Antminer s9 or s19 pro.

All ASIC machines can be found here https://www.asicminervalue.com/

2970  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Oops! Something went wrong while executing the BTC on-chain transaction. on: May 21, 2022, 11:57:12 PM
There are many people experienced the same thing like this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5390322.0

Both of their apps and web wallet are having the same issue.

The only solution for this is to switch to another wallet or Electrum as suggested above you can recover your wallet by importing your wallet into Electrum. You can follow the guide from this post below

2971  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Question for the Old Timers - 2011-2013 on: May 21, 2022, 11:22:35 PM
How about btccan.com it was mentioned here around that year but the problem is they are no longer active and the website seems expired it shows only Chinese text when accessing the website.

Why not check other pools listed from this link below

2972  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: forgot bitcoin core wallet password on: May 21, 2022, 10:32:25 PM
How exactly did you check the wallet.dat file balance?

If you check the wallet.dat file through the newly installed Bitcoin core there is a possibility that the wallet is showing a balance while the core is syncing and not fully synced yet?
If you can post the BTC address of that wallet.dat file we can check it on Block explorer to make sure you are not bluffing.

There are lots of newbies here telling that they found a wallet.dat with a large amount of BTC but most of them are bluff and they mostly created a thread for hunting merits.

Why not use the recovery service which is already posted by OmegaStarScream?
2973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Watch only wallet help CC on: May 20, 2022, 11:59:08 PM
So I was able to fix it using this

https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/112667/sent-funds-to-coldcard-bip-32-address-how-can-i-transfer-them-out-to-a-differen

Worked perfectly. Would someone explain possibly what that even did. I know it's derivation realted but I'm so new to this level of tech stuff

So your problem is related to the derivation path or other accounts you might be generated a skeleton wallet with a different derivation path?
It is the same problem as this old thread below

And solved the case by following this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5364268.msg58116216#msg58116216

So you recover your funds by exporting the wallet.json file and editing some text then import to bluewallet?
2974  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info forgotten password on: May 20, 2022, 11:34:48 PM
Have you tried checking the saved passwords in your browser [I do know it's a long shot, but still...]?

Based on my experienced even if your password is correct it will still be incorrect when you log in with your wallet ID.

I tried to access my old wallet(2016) with the correct wallet ID, I have notes where my password is saved and use it. After trying to login in blockchain they email me for authorization and I click it but still, the result shows an incorrect password after I authorize the login.

So I think he can only able to recover this wallet by contacting support or if he still has the wallet.aes.json file.

I've gone with Dave from wrs to attempt to recover the wallet

I hope they can help you recover your wallet and hope that you can update here if you successfully recover it because I also want to recover my old wallet from blockchain.
2975  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I am kinda confussed... on: May 20, 2022, 11:12:41 PM
Actually, the hash rate is not so very important if you have units that have a 1-month lifespan, and buying miners in unknown brands will lead to no support so only buy a miner with lots of support.
Sample Antminer or Avalon these miners have lots of support on their website even here on the forum you can find lots of threads and guide about these units.

If you care about efficiency then Antminer s19 pro or their new miner called s19 pro+ hyd running at immersion(water) cooling.

If you still want to get more suggestions from an expert then try to contact this offordscott he will also help you to choose what is the best option to buy.

If you are looking for an ROI calculator you can check this tool https://www.mycryptobuddy.com/

I think you did wrong in trying to sign a transaction can you tell us what did you choose to sign the transaction from this image below

Have you scanned the transaction through QR code to sign the transaction?

You need to export the transaction you made into a file and transfer it into coldcard SD card then put the SD card back to ColdCard and sign it there it should generate a signed hex file that is ready to broadcast and open it in your Blue wallet.

I suggest you follow the guide on blue wallet youtube video on how to use coldcard with blue wallet here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hF2MyDB0nno
2977  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: I buy bitcoin and its not came upp to wallet . on: May 20, 2022, 04:16:44 PM
Would you mind telling us what website or exchange your bitcoin came from?

Also, can you check the Electrum if the circle in the bottom right of Electrum is green or red?

I can't understand your post a bit can you use a translator? So that you can explain well about your issue.

If your Electrum shows a red circle your wallet has a connection problem. Changing DNS usually fix this problem.
2978  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Issue with importing a breadwallet seed phrase into Fully Noded on iOS on: May 19, 2022, 11:47:27 PM
Based on their documentation fully noded does not have a recovery seed you will need to convert BIP39 seed phrase to Xpriv and choose recovery from their option when creating the wallet.
Look at the image below

You will need to use the tool below to convert it into Xpriv.

The guide is already shared above and posted by o_e_l_e_o. Then manually put the derivation path it should be this  m/0' as the BRD wallet derivation path. It should show your balance after successfully recovering your wallet from BRD to fully noded.
2979  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Deleting Electrum wallet on: May 19, 2022, 11:24:56 PM
shredding tool is enough to permanently delete and destroy the file and no one can able to recover them.
But if it's already deleted without using any tools to permanently delete it you can use Ccleaner there is two option you can use with Ccleaner if you want to completely wipe the whole hard drive or only the free spaces. If you don't want to delete all your PC system files or the OS and other files and you only want to permanently erase your old deleted files then only select free spaces under the drive wiper. Free Ccleaner has this option without buying its full version and it also has a shredder tool.
2980  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: T17 autotuning for 2 days. is that normal? on: May 19, 2022, 10:29:23 PM
I'm not so familiar with ASIC.to firmware but I would like to ask if you are running t17 at immersion cooling?
I just notice that it didn't detect fan speed under your screenshot it might be the cause of the problem why it keeps restarting.

According to Asic.to this one below it will automatically restart in case of any failure.

Code:
7) Added a trigger for the maximum number of miner restarts in case of a board failure.

So there might be other issue under your hashboard that cause miner auto restart.
