2961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: May 02, 2016, 06:28:58 AM
It is really hard to find a good investment nowadays, some casinos although trusted for a longer years also disappear taking all our money. I think just to be safe, I would suggest that if you have a decent amount to invest then why not just create you own casino. It that way you control your own investment.
2962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Scam, prettiest lie ever told.... on: May 02, 2016, 06:27:09 AM
Price of Ethereum falling down rapidly. But this does not lead to the conclusion that it is a scam. Altcoins are even more volatile than bitcoins. We have seen downfall in bitcoin as well but it is still surviving rather performing very well. One more reason behind the poor performance of Altcoins is that bitcoin halving is approaching and people are more interested in bitcoins than any other cryptocurrency,
Or should we just say that the price is volatile, honestly I am quite amaze by this ether coins, I have seen it rising fast for the past two days, I was planning to buy more when it hits 0.015BTC but I hesitated because of the negative comments I heard in this site, but now I regretted it cause if you look at the price now at yobit it is 0.019, I could have make a profit trading it.
2963  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: May 02, 2016, 06:23:02 AM
You have so much options to choose on investing your bitcoin. Well, others would like to take risks like investing on hyip and mining. Others use in gambling and others is on trading. Well, it is up to you where to invest. You can also invest it in making faucets.
Most of the investor who does not have a decent money to invest try their luck on HYIP cause of the high return promises. Other do in gambling cause you can turn your money even 10 times in less than an our, but I would not recommend this to anyone, if you have a decent amount of money don't invest in sites which promises returns that is too good to be true.
2964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: May 02, 2016, 06:20:48 AM
The price of ether is consistently rising for the past two days, base on my observation while trading at yobit, it almost go up to 50%, last time I check was the price is 0.015 BTC then now its suddenly .019 close to 0.02BTC, what are the implications on this, is it good to buy now and invest? I have not yet pulled my trigger so I need a serious advice from our experts here.
2965  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: May 02, 2016, 03:59:28 AM
briefly explain and easy to understand. explain that bitcoin works like real money there. the only difference is in physical form. show that with bitcoin you can buy the items you want easily. kids need simple explanation.
Lol I think even if you tell them quite simply about bitcoin. small children still would not understand the system of bitcoin.
while small children are still not really know about real money itself?
they only know money to pay. no function other than that
Agreed. If you explains bitcoin, what chances you will get that those kids will hear and even got interested in that?

Kids didn't like talking about economy, or technology or such. They tend to like games and fun things.

They're still kids after all. They should enjoy their time as much as possible. Because when they are going to be adult, it's going to be boring.
That's it, so you better tell your kid to play a faucet, let him enjoy so can also earn money while he is playing. The money you get from faucets can be converted to physical things to reward a kid. Just don't explain him bitcoin because its hard to comprehend for a kid.
2966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: May 02, 2016, 03:54:52 AM
I don't trust in gambling so much so I couldn't tell you  Undecided
We'll you don't need to trust gambling because this is a shady world, its a big guessing game, if you are in the right side then you win. You cannot complain if you lost because the house set the rules and before you play you agreed already with it. Same goes with the sports betting , some people complain that the game is rigged but those smart bettors does not complain because they understand the game and mostly they are in the right side.
2967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling is Exploding on: May 02, 2016, 03:49:49 AM
Was to be expected to happen right? I mean, in countries where gambling is illegal, bitcoin offers the perfect solution without any direct traces to your fiat accounts.

What I like most though, is the possibility for relatively trustless betting (e.g. you send coins to an address for a bet), where you don't even need to have an account at a certain website (yeah, it is gonna be slower though).

Also deposits and payments, expecially for large amounts, are much easier than with fiat as hardly any verificications are required.
Plus, no more tax! It's waaaay easier to gamble online using bitcoin instead of going to the casino, turning the money to chips, placing the bet, turning the money back, just to lose the money [most likely] and going back home. Why do that, when you can do it in the ease of your bedroom? It's so easy, and you can choose what game you want to do, nearly instantly. Why wouldn't you do online gambling?

The thing about gambling being illegal in some countries also incentivizes online gambling with bitcoin, and its pseudoanonymity.
That's also the biggest benefit of using bitcoin cause we can avoid taxes impose but the government. By just giving a little fees we are helping the bitcoin community to be more stable than giving our taxes to the government where we are doubtful of their spending transparency.
2968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: May 02, 2016, 03:47:53 AM
I dont know this is gambling fix my life or not,  because I'm trying to stop gambling but it's really so hard
Let me know, anyone who become rich from gambling?

Well, you need to know if it does fix your life or wreck. Knowing what you belong is important if do you need to stop gambling.
Actually there are people who became rich from gambling, Some of those people are the owners and the gamblers who strike rich on Lotto. Wink
That's true only the owner of gambling sites became rich, they understand the business very well, they invested it because they know that there are a lot of addicted gamblers who are willing to risk their hard earned money with a slim chances of winning.
2969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Play-Off Discussion on: May 02, 2016, 03:43:32 AM
wow pacers came storming back!!!

was looking like a blowout. Im actually shocked pacers have played the
series so close I thought 4-1 4-2 at best
almost for pacers just not enough time, but handicap covers and give me a winning bet, thanks george and the rest of the team, for me pacers is still a strong opponent against the cavs. lebron will dominate the east if wade will play weak. good luck bettors.
Yes Cavaliers will make alot of bettors happy. LeBron never seems to fail in the big games!  Grin

I will put bigger bet on them to make up the 20mbtc that I lost on this game tonight with stupid Pacers.
That's a good plan bro! I also lost my bet on pacers, I got them on ML and other parlays. I am looking forward also with cavaliers to win tomorrow and I think it will be blowout game for lebron knowing that they dominated the playoffs on the last playoff. I would like to show my bets:

2970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would anyone be interested in taking some action? on: May 01, 2016, 10:03:04 AM
This is new to me, I love what your doing, is it just a way to convince or to discipline your self to lose weight? May I suggest that you bet with you close friends or relatives as I cannot guarantee that anyone here will accept your challenge staking their BTC.

Thank you! I'm trying to combine my weight loss with something I love gambling Smiley Your right, I'm not sure anyone will take my action but it's out there if anyone wants to gamble.
I hope you don't wait for a person to gamble with you and just do it for yourself. As long as you are determined you cannot lose weight without relying from other people to challenge you.
2971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RBIES uses?? on: May 01, 2016, 10:00:13 AM
Yeah that's the niche most of these coins are going to have to have--gambling.   There's not a hell of a lot of uses to put altcoins to except trading but that's a bs reason to exist.
Absolutely, nothing will beat BITCOINS, our coins is already widely recognized and it was already tested through times. I actually have RBIES from yovit I bought some and trade then I earned a little profit and eventually sell it since It was just an experiment though. I have not really explored its uses it.
2972  Economy / Gambling / Re: 300mBTC poker freeroll at Nitrogen sports, no deposit email or download required on: May 01, 2016, 09:56:59 AM
Wow! This is new, I wanna try this one nitro. Thanks for having this kind of promo, I have actually not tried your poker yet cause I am into sports betting all the time. But I will give it a try.

2974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Scam, prettiest lie ever told.... on: May 01, 2016, 09:53:44 AM
Till today I have learnt that altcoins are only and only made to make money. Every altcoin start as experiment and end as failure.
Not every alt coin, if you look at the ETH now, the price is soaring high, there is good future for this coin, it just need time to be recognized for adoption.
2975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: May 01, 2016, 09:52:34 AM
The bitcoin is still in the correction stage. It was pumped and dumped. So the price will be in the 0.015 to 0.018 for some time.

it only lasted like half a day and that stage which is just a small panic sell from newbies is over and we are back above $450 again.

anyways that has nothing to do with ethereum price.

I do not think there is a panic sell from newbies. That is from big whales, who want to keep the price down to get more cheap stakes.

Yes, it would benefit those with deep pockets more now to have a lower ETH price while the DAO offer is going on than it would have a month or so ago when ETH was peaking.
I like the fluctuation of ETH now, I just move my BTC to ETH, this is good for a day trader like me, as of today I have already made a decent profit during day trading. I hope this will continue so the traders will be benefited more.
2976  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: May 01, 2016, 09:50:01 AM
Gamble smartly is not to chase the profits, but do it for fun. Gambling without fun is ridiculous.

If you want a fun game, plinko is a good suggestion.

plinko is sure very fun and can be quite addicted. however, i find it quite boring after a while cause i keep losing. but it is good to play once in a day.
The OP wants a smart way to play in gambling. I think he is really serious and he does imply about having fun. Maybe he just have to play with sports betting since their a lot of betting odds where he can find value.
2977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: SO CALLED PROVABLY FAIR IS NOTHING CLOSE TO FAIR on: May 01, 2016, 09:48:22 AM
In first view it looks like op is in real frustration and finding the way to blame gambling site, it happened naturally when we meet losing streak on any gambling and it make us think we have been got cheated by that casino, so that i think nobody will care about this kind of statement.
Indeed, even in any form of gambling when we lost we blame that we are cheated. Take it for example in the sports betting if we lost or we bet in the losing side we always said that the game was rigged.  Grin

Why not just accept the losses and move one.
2978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: May 01, 2016, 09:43:41 AM
Yes gambling should be considered as a sickness, some people never can stop with it anymore and I think its very wrong to gamble also.
I also do it sometimes but I totally can help it to be honest, I think its a sickness for sure, because I really have some weird feeling if I gamble.
If you think gambling is a sickness, even you state that it is wrong, then what's reason you do that sometimes? Huh

You get addicted to it and you can't control it. If you are an addict already, you have the urge to always gamble no matter what the consequence is. You get bankrupt, you're neck deep in debts or you neglect prople around you, it does not matter as long as you can gamble. That is ehy it is a sickness.
That's true you if you are addicted you will find ways to gamble and may even sell your precious things if you don't have enough money to gamble. Because you always want the excitement you get from gambling then you will never notice that you already become bankrupt. If that will happen to you then I would say you have a gambling sickness.
You cannot easily cure the gambling sickness because there is no medicine for that. If have feel you are addicted don't take it long before you see help from you family. They are the one who can give you a good advise.
2979  Economy / Gambling / Re: "richest gambling sites"??? on: May 01, 2016, 09:39:51 AM
william hill and 5 dimes i would guess

I have never heard any bad rumors about them not paying
people ever etc
I visited the directbet site, they have only a little games offered, the betting odds choices are not that many, one thing I like in there site that I did not found in jetwin is the series betting for NBA playoffs.
2980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: May 01, 2016, 09:36:30 AM
No way to safe in gambling, maybe you have a good strategy or methods but you have to be lucky
It is imposibble that the gambling will be safe. So you have to be ready to lose your money.
yes really no safe way to gamble, because in the end we would have been lost.
but the purpose of the safe play is when we are gambling with strategy, yes it can help you to get the chance to win a greater.
only loser who would always lost in the end , you can't judge like that.
not everyone lost , there always a winners behind a losers , and about safe method it's just our claim call certain pattern that always make you win as a safe method i don't believe any strategy to gamble.
There is really no strategy, it is all about choosing the right side, if you are always in the right side then there is no doubt that you will profit the only thing you need to do is to manage your bankroll properly cause even though you have a good winning percentage but if you do all in a lose then you are a loser.
