2961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: best paper wallet for paxos (usdp) on: October 10, 2021, 09:04:39 PM
Both Ledger and Trezor are supporting Paxos. If you're looking to store your money for years then obtaining and putting it on a hardware wallet is the best option.

So if Paxos just only changed its name/ticker then it remains to be an ERC20 token and by that means, they're fine putting it on these hardware wallets that I've mentioned.

Actually I'm surprised that Team Secret got a 1 game against LGD considering how strong LGD right now and how TS suffers 0-2 defeat yesterday against Beastcoast. Beastcoast is the real dark horse of this TI. I will not be surprise if they knock out a Tier 1 team on the bracket stage. I'm very excited to see the Clash of VP and OG against Chinese top team like LGD and Elephant in the Bracket. I'm sure they will meet on UB.
Team Secret is a strong team and they may not be par at with PSG.LGD the way we look to their performances. But I also think that Team Secret has the edge.

And talking about Team Secret's performance, I guess that they have some hidden line up of heroes that they'll bring after the group stages. BC is a strong team but their counterpart teams that are representative South America might be out at the same time tomorrow although TP is already done and eliminated.
2963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Booming gaming platforms, is it just a moment? on: October 09, 2021, 10:48:33 PM
Just like the normal games, blockchain games are no exceptions when it comes to fun and entertainment, except for the rewards that comes with playing them. Most of these games' coin are not good for long term investment. They do well in the early period of launch, when all the hype is gone, the project goes down with it. Extra caution is advised when trading such coins.
It's where the future is going that people's job are going to be playing and at the same time will be rewarded with the time that they allocate on it. So it's going to be game, fun and reward. This might be the future that everyone is dreaming of.

A new economy, actually not new anymore as the gaming industry has already been booming so it will keep on booming if there will be a way to monetize on it even if you're just a normal guy that loves to play games.
2964  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-10-09] China proposes adding cryptocurrency mining to ‘negative list’ of i on: October 09, 2021, 09:50:30 PM
What they want is obvious. They've already imposed a ban to cryptos and I think there's already an early cracking down for these miners and now, they're making a law out of it.

If they don't want their people to do mining and get engaged in cryptocurrencies. Maybe, they're the ones that will do most things that lies in crypto so it's going to be a government owned asset and there's no competition inside their country.
2965  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Bitcoin stolen on: October 09, 2021, 08:49:08 PM
Hello. I have logged on to my electrum wallet to find out 0.5 btc was transferred to an unknown wallet and my wallet is empty.

I havent found an email for Electrum support, only a link to these forums.
How should i proceed?
Is there a chance to retreive the money?
Looks like my phone was hacked.

Thanks in advance for the help.
Yeah, you're hacked.

Do you remember if you have downloaded something or an application that you have to enter the seeds of your wallet through that? Because that's probably what happened to you when it has required you to type it.

We're sorry but no way to retrieve that huge amount of your btc, you should've bought a hardware wallet for it.
2966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the next move of YFI? on: October 08, 2021, 05:15:49 PM
Yes, As we know that in the year of 2020 there are lots of Defi Projects was trend in cmc but randomly there are not in the limelight especially YFI. yfi toucg $82K mark in past year but right now $32k on cmc. What will ne the next move as possible?
I remember the craze about these YFI projects but it seems that they're still at a good price. Nobody knows the next thing about YFI projects but as long as they've got a price, they'll just stay until they have no longer liquidity.

People are in NFTs today and it's likely that this is the reason that there's a huge cap that was gone due to it.
2967  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: October 08, 2021, 10:13:22 AM
Currently, there are many usd-based stablecoins such as, usdt, busd, usdc and maybe many others.  To be honest, I used to think that crypto would completely eliminate the usd's dominance of the world economy but I was wrong, it turns out that usd is now evolving to crypto (stablecoins).  What do you think, whether in the future bitcoin or other crypto can replace the role of currency in each country and leave fiat currencies such as usd, euro, yuan and others.
Not yet.

Just accept that crypto and fiat will co-exist. No matter how advance the evolution of fiat, they can't remove crypto and vice versa. The future of bitcoin is undetermined but in a positive manner.

There's a lot of positive possibilities that we can see for bitcoin and I won't think about the disappearance of fiat's value. While bitcoin is deflationary, fiat has inflation.
2968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: October 08, 2021, 09:13:35 AM
I've missed a lot of games today because they're playing at the same time but I've watched a lot of good Dota today!

Chinese team are dominating the TI except for Team Aster and IG which obviously experiencing a drawback due to Covid-19. Anyway I'm really amazed on that 155 odds of your. Congrats on that.
I think that's a fine start and this is a 4 days of group stage matches and the team Aster is really the one that fell down in standings. But for team IG, they're at the top of standings on group A for the 1st day.
The good thing is that, we can easily play the replay button and see the match once again. It is indeed a great day with a great matches, Chinese team are well prepared because everyone is fighting the pandemic not just in China. IG should remain on top as expected, we’ll see on the next matches today.
Yes, there are replays of each match that has happened yesterday and I've gone through with a few of them and I now understand why a lot of my friends were on hype during the 1st day and with their corresponding 1st matches.

I'm watching right now the 2nd game of Team Secret and PSG.LGD.

The standing seems to be favoring PSG.LGD and this would end with a 1 all for the both of them. PSG.LGD has definitely made Team Secret suffer as I watch it.
2969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The HODL to 100K movement on: October 07, 2021, 10:28:44 PM
I also like the idea but even before this allegiance has been made, I've already decided to hold until $100k+ happens. I'll sell some by that time but it's not the end game. There will be people who will have the idea of holding until $100k and then they'll have their entire exit.

There's so much more to come for bitcoin if you've been holding it for long. And for the traders, you cannot blame them and they cannot blame holders for having our own thoughts of how we see the effectiveness of each strategies.

2971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advanced settings for dice bets on: October 07, 2021, 10:55:17 AM
Atleast our laziness can save us while doing it manually but when we set to the auto bets then just one click either our funds will be vanished or it will be having good chunk of profits.
Yeah. Any of the two might happen but most likely if we're going to allow it auto and we're doing other things and forgotten it to keep on rolling then we're likely nothing to be left with our balances.

Be lazy while betting to save some money. Grin
In terms of betting, it's a yes for manual settings as it's an enjoyable way of playing dice for me but it's also fun to do auto bets.
2972  Economy / Speculation / Re: Welcome to Uptoberfest on: October 07, 2021, 09:18:03 AM
Uptoberfest brought with it the slow down of the FUD against bitcoin
True.

It seems that the FUD did just passed after making a temporary effect to the market and then eventually the market has recovered.

those who took the fantastic discount of last month and bought bitcoin can now sit back, relax and see the rise unfold and possibly see $100k this month. but those who were fooled by the FUD have to now be filled with regret as they wantch the price grow.
And those who have said that they have to wait for the price to drop some more, they've waited for nothing because the reversal has came so unexpectedly and it's even better.
2973  Economy / Speculation / Re: People are panic buying right now! on: October 07, 2021, 07:04:25 AM
I don't think it's panic but immediately get a cheap price because the price of bitcoin in 2 hours has gone up about 7%, I still remember when I wanted to trade with ethereum the price of bitcoin was around $50800 but after 2 hours now the bitcoin price was $54k,
There really are panic buyers. They only buy when there's an action for bitcoin and they don't buy if they see the price of bitcoin doesn't move a lot and that's why they don't have concrete plans and they're missing the dips because of that attitude towards the market.

and this is a good signal to keep buying even though some say it's panic buying.
It depends if you think that the price is still quite low and you have a high price in the future with your projection then it's always a good time to buy. Like if you're targeting $100k.
2974  Economy / Economics / Re: Is budgeting still effective in tackling the need to constantly withdraw money? on: October 06, 2021, 11:54:43 PM
Is a budget still effective in your opinion?
Yes, it's still working for me but I also break my budgeting most of the time.

But the thing is that even if I budget well and I have other things to buy that's not listed on the budget and I need that thing then I still have to withdraw. It's very common to me that most of the time I withdraw because I don't hold a lot of cash and I just keep it on my savings.

So the withdrawal of cash is needed whenever I got outside for our needs. Budgeting is needed for most of the time when I go out and when there's a lack of budget because later on I used to buy things but they're not unwanted or just things that I want.
2975  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC hit 70k$ this Christmas? on: October 06, 2021, 07:37:50 PM
$60k is very likely and what's more is that many speculations have been saying that bitcoin might end up $100k. And I do have a positive belief of the same. I have no proof or photos to show because it's just all about speculations.

If this rally continues and we'll always getting this spike from time to time even if there will be some corrections, the prices you've given are very likely to be seen by eoy.

Good luck on this promo, I didn't know that this is possible to happen to collab with another bookie that might also be a competitor but anyway.

For e-sports fan and followers, the The International 10 is about to happen a few days from now. The group stages might come out tomorrow so it'll appear on the book soon.

It's not a competitor they are in one management, I guess  Smiley both sites have almost the same concept and UI
What I mean about is being a bookie and another bookie, they're competing in that category.

What I don't like about this context is that participants will be combined from both sites this means that there will be more competitors so the opportunity is getting smaller
That's part of the promo since they're sponsoring the same team. But that's an even more challenging contest if the winners are going to be determined from both bookies. You just have to compete if you think that you're a winnable guy on this contest so good luck.
2977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice for fun or profits on: October 05, 2021, 10:37:37 PM
Different people with divergent motives for gambling and Dice is the most go to gambling game for fun seekers and passive gamblers, and this has raised some cases in the casino House where you play against a player with different motives to yours. I only visit casino houses just to cash fun and spend my free time, but you will find other players who are always at the casino at all times and always ready to play a game against anyone ready this makes me believe this guy is not an addict but have gambled as they mean of making money and dice being an easy game which relies on luck as the top choice.
You already knew the answer.

There are those gamblers that are only playing it for fun and you've seen those that are playing for the profits. You cannot measure the percentage on how many does it for fun and for the profits.

So that's the answer, many do it for any of those and for both.
2978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shiba Inu pumping again on: October 05, 2021, 08:12:03 PM
People who are predicting the possible downside of a project with a valid view and points about it didn't say that just to discourage investors of those coins. But there's a reason why they're telling those negative predictions and mostly with meme coins that just got pumped due to the hype.

And one factor when someone tells that this and that coin will be ending badly is due to experience. I myself was an experienced investor for many alts and I did a lot of mistakes investing in the coins I think were good and will have a better future. But, just as the others, ended badly and made a quite big loss.

2980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your experience on fork coins this year on: October 04, 2021, 10:23:47 PM
If you've made some good experience and profits from forks then that's good for you. You don't have to think about them if people have made a lot of money from them.

Most of these forks are being ignored already although there is the remaining volume from them since people still trade them. But observe the majority of the fork coins, they're near to being silent and got a very low volume.
