2981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is good. It’s hard to persuade parents to invest in it. on: April 28, 2021, 08:00:28 AM
It’s hard to persuade those middle-aged people to invest in crypto. Do you think so?
This depends on the level of understanding of a person.  If a person doesn't understand cryptocurrency, he won't be investing in it no matter what is his age.  I belong to middle-aged people and most of my peers are too but we are deep into cryptocurrency and I have met people younger than us who is very hesitant to involve themselves on the cryptocurrency industry.
Even it is up to individual's preference and selective nature, I guess what OP is missing is bitcoins. They must have tried for bitcoin to be adopted by their parent rather than trying for altcoins. If you are a middle age man and coming across latest  technology based things then probably you might got chances to know about bitcoins rather than ethereum or BNB.

So, if we try for bitcoin to be adopted by our friends or parents or relatives then we can be successful at higher probability. If we trey for unknown coin then we may not be successful as per my expereinces.
2982  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happen to bitcoin price? on: April 27, 2021, 10:38:52 AM
you need to know how really good way when try investing in bitcoin or altcoin, never panic moment when bitcoin get bad news just the best chance to buy back again.
That must be a practical suggestion and that was proven once again with recent market correction and its recovery. I was reading lots of people on this community continuously keep suggesting about making use of those correction and as per their speculation market solidly bounced back toward $55k levels and I guess a new ATH is down under.

Moreover, we never need to worry on what is happening with the bitcoin market because it is happening for some reasons and only for the people who are realizing those reason out of their experiences simply making use of those corrections.
2983  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next big news? on: April 27, 2021, 08:50:12 AM
Well, I don't know what big news will be ahead, but right now, I really want to see bitcoin prices over $ 60k again. I know that currently there is a price correction due to the very high pump yesterday. currently, the price is quite good, and there is a possibility that there will be another increase. however, I still hope there will be good news for the cryptocurrency world.
We are not aware of what is going behind the screens but I am confident about some big news are happening right now as bitcoin market is trading too strong last two days. It seems we are directly going to test $60k levels by without respecting the resistance levels around $55k levels.

Like before when bitcoin will be testing new ATH around $65 to $70k, I guess people will reveal what caused this kind of strong bull run like how much they have invested when bitcoin was trading below $50k and how many bitcoin they have collected and their average buying prices etc Wink.
2984  Economy / Speculation / Re: i think we will see bitcoin 44k sooner on: April 27, 2021, 08:18:30 AM
There is virtually no need for the alarm since bitcoin is on the steady rise at the moment. It's currently bullish
as investors and intended invrstors are holding up positions not selling out their coin for any reason. I think its time to buy more coin so as to join the big league of cash out coming up soonest. We still maintain our Speculation of $100k soonest
Whatever is OP's concern but right now bitcoin market is doing awesome; yeah it is trading near $55k levels which must be the short term resistance hence we may come back to $53 again before leaping toward $60k levels. I am also seeing very very less possibilities for bitcoin market to break $50k- $48k levels here after as market is doing perfect on upside with good volume.

We may see resistance around $55k levels goes insignificant when there will be enough buying pressure. So, straight away testing $60k levels today or tomorrow also highly possible by how market is looking on right now.
2985  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: "crypto day trading strategies ...." on: April 27, 2021, 07:28:20 AM
Every trader has different trading techniques. But the goal is the same, looking for profit. If you are an expert maybe you can share here. Add a picture about the TA you made and the description. Regarding the factors that you mentioned above, maybe you can add a detailed description, I'm sure this will be useful for me and  many people in the forum.
But honestly I will not get into such a random trading strategies from an inexperienced trader. Even it is for educational purposes, I will not waste my time when it is from noobs. It is always better to go for other tutorials because these days we are having lots of videos and other materials across internet on enlightening us about various trading strategies and methods.

Moreover, when it comes about day trading in crypto then definitely I am out. I never look for in a strategy for getting into day trading because I'm not having any idea to start day trading in cryptocurrencies.
2986  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are some good crypto trading apps on Android? on: April 27, 2021, 06:45:40 AM
I already have MetaTrader 5 on my phone which I'm very happy with. I just wanna see what other apps you guys like and maybe try them out.
I generally like simple apps with clean UIs but I'll have a look at anything that is popular on here.
Meta trader 5 of which broker you are making use of?
I have tried many crypto exchanges' app, but I have not come across anyone offering meta trader 5 for our trading purposes. I guess you might be using the original version of meta trader with personally setting up trading feeds.

I am just trading on binance android app while I am on the go. Otherwise I do prefer to trade on my desktop as decision making should be with comfortable screen so that I could view all factors hence I guess I may not need any trading apps on my mobile for ever.
2987  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: OH YEAH FRUSTATED TRADERS. on: April 27, 2021, 06:19:26 AM
I faced frustrated after my altcoin selling price suddenly pump and happen just now
It happens; we cannot do anything about that. It would be too hard for professional traders to catch the exact market turning prices. What we need to do here is, we must calculate our profit level from our buying price and we do not bother whatever things happening in market after our exit. If you start watching market even after your sell, then you cannot focus on other trades which will lead to double losses (considering you are missing your future profitable tread as well).

Keep your composure to make good decisions and strategies that will suit your needs.
Yeah, we should not let our focus disturbed by other external things. Only when we are not bothering or not listening to noises, this will be possible. I referred FUDs and other unwanted things as noises.
2988  Economy / Speculation / Re: 6 reasons why you should buy Bitcoin right now (at USD 50K-53K) on: April 27, 2021, 01:55:48 AM
While the above is my analysis of why Bitcoin should be purchased, please carry out your own analysis before you invest in Bitcoin. Further, while I have highlighted the reasons as to why Bitcoin needs to be purchased now, you should also consider various risks, legal/tax issues, etc. before you invest in Bitcoin.
Honestly I got five more other reasons why we should always buy even when bitcoin is into bearish mode. Few of your reasons are old or constant and not just due to recent correction of bitcoin markets, for example lost wallets and scarcity. I mean these are not just due to we are trading 20% down from the recent ATH, right? Any way, I like your analysis and reasoning.

Right now bitcoin market is trading above $53k levels which may not break $50k any more which means if we do not buy right now then we could never able to catch such a price levels forever. Yeah, there are good of chances for bitcoin prices to get doubled from the current levels in coming months hence buying right now will not make us regretting for sure.
2989  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoins kill Central Banks? on: April 26, 2021, 08:36:55 PM
And what is the point of such steps? Banks can simply prohibit operations with exchange accounts, thereby effectively stopping the operation of converting crypto to fiat. This means that the majority of crypto users will not be able to make purchases for fiat. There are very few points of sale for crypto now, and they definitely do not cover even 1% of the needs of the population.
Ninado no spending, no negotiation. Just blocking accounts. Or they will make an even more interesting option - withdrawal to fiat will be possible through trusted banks, which will preemptively remove tax from the withdrawn amount Smiley
Well, the question about the Chinese miners, who are monopolists today - do you think they will actually negotiate, where the result will be a drop in the price of the cue ball? Moreover, this is China - a country with a rather specific policy, and its own interests
I do not mean that they will do it, or they should, I just mean that if they wanted to, they could have done that. If anything this is a good example, banks not allowing exchanges, governments working with miners, I am sure if we wanted to find a way, we could find a way to make sure bitcoin is under 1000 dollars again given the proper power to us, and we could make it 1+ million dollars as well, all depends on who is in charge and what type of laws they do in regards to crypto.

But nothing bad came out yet, sure china keeps banning crypto in talks, there were few other nations like Nigeria and India as the biggest examples but the reality is that most of the world is keep going into crypto more and more all the time and that is why I think it is obvious nobody is doing anything bad for crypto, they could but they are not doing it which is a good news.
2990  Economy / Economics / Re: How is it supposed to be alt coin season after bitcoin falls? on: April 26, 2021, 06:00:16 PM
I hear everyone talking about how it's going to be alt coin season when bitcoin season is over. But how? Whenever bitcoin falls, for some whack reason alt coins follow suit. Even those coins whos projects have nothing to do with bitcoin like Vechain.

I really feel like we've hit the market cycle top earlier than expected tbh
That is not true, altcoins do crash with bitcoin but it is not all of them, most times it’s just a few of them that crashes and it is mostly from the top position and that’s why we never notice the smaller coins that are doing good, because when we see the top altcoins that are crashing we think it’s going to be the same for all the coins in the market, but the truth is that it is not like that. Bitcoin can crash on its own and altcoins will not be affected , the same way that you can see bitcoin increasing in price and there will be a lot of altcoins that are crashing in price. It goes a lot of ways, they can all go same direction, and they can also go the opposite..
2991  Economy / Economics / Re: Are institutional investors capable of selling their bitcoins? on: April 26, 2021, 01:31:58 AM
Who crashed btc? Was it your 'small group of buyers that became whales' to move btc more than 7% in a day?
Without doubts, that are whales; it can be an old bitcoiner or a new institutions and in my opinion both do not have big differences. Moreover, there are more chances for old bitcoiners to cash out right now compared to institutions that started collecting bitcoins around $5k to $10k.

Institutions might be collecting bitcoins vigorously/blindly but at the same time they might be cashing out as well to remain highly liquidated so that they could pay their customers on demand (I guess only inside people could confirm this). If they have not planned up anything like that then probably I got better risk management to handle my loans and bitcoin stash Wink.
2992  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoins kill Central Banks? on: April 25, 2021, 09:58:26 PM
The loss of control is essentially equal to the death of the state. In addition, given the factor of influence of monopolized miners on the volatility / rate of bitcoin, such a "currency" can simply kill the economy from deliberate or unintentional actions of monopolistic miners.
And finally, the use of a deflationary currency in the economy, from the point of view of economic competitive advantages, loses to the deflationary model.
I believe governments can use this to their advantage as well, but they seem to be not doing something like that. Contact the biggest miners, get them to a room, talk to them about how much they can save, like get over 10 billion dollars of bitcoin saved, pay their costs, then when they have 10 billion dollars worth of bitcoin, tell them to all dump them at the very same time all over the crypto markets, just keep dumping more and more in top 10 exchanges constantly until the price is very low, then cover their loss from what the start price was and what the end price will be.

This will be at most few billion dollars, big governments call it a half a day worth cost, USA printed over 5 trillion dollars just in the last year, few billion dollars is nothing. So, we can't just come out and say "can bitcoin kill central banks", if central banks wanted it, they would have killed bitcoin in a day.
2993  Economy / Speculation / Re: new tax rumor on crypto on: April 25, 2021, 08:40:07 PM
with the tax news flying around , the crypto market was really hit hard and still crawling from recovery. if finally validated, what effects will it have on crypto markets and its traders. please share your views and thoughts.
Some countries are already imposing taxes for holding Bitcoin like in Germany but still, there are a lot of countries that didn't bother to ask for it
https://decrypt.co/43513/10-countries-that-dont-tax-bitcoin-gains

Well, If we could just think about how fiat rulers paying their taxes to a certain percentage, it quite similar chargers will also have to see in crypto(if possible). As the growing number of crypto investors, traders, and holders, the more it attracted the government to fully legalize forcing them to pay their taxes. Maybe not this time and the rumored that we have heard had come to possible in the near future. And could really affect the anonymity we have in this crypto market as they surely ask about our identity.
I think bitcoin wasn't this high for most of the time, which caused governments to be late about it as well. There are laws applicable like income tax, if you sell a product and get crypto in return, you still have to pay taxes on it, however if you do not sell anything and just buy bitcoin at low level and sell at high level, that is rarely ever taxed in most nations except a few ones. It means governments were too late to charge taxes on those.

I have to say I would obviously prefer if it was possible for me to not pay any taxes at all, not because I hate taxes, I actually like taxes, why? Because taxes are what makes a nation better, without taxes no nation would ever grow. However I just do not believe my government would ever use those taxes for anything good, they would just make themselves richer instead. If we consider that we may not want to, but if everything else in fiat world pays taxes, then we have to pay taxes as well, there is no way around it.
2994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin i should choose now? on: April 25, 2021, 02:29:20 PM
I think Trx is far from 1$ specially that they have so many competition when it comes to speed in transactions as their main goal. In my own opinion, XRP might be good with a possible a good return in the next years.
Personally I guess TRX is having higher edge over XRP to be preforming well in coming months. XRP is not for everyone because if I remember correctly that we need to pay $20 for a deposit addy with them. I am not seeing anyone is holding XRP in personal wallet . But at the same time, XRP is providing staking options and in the past they have airdropped BTT and win tokens for all TRX holders (if you check in recent times, both BTT and WIN tokens got big pump and I guess more hard pumping probably on the way). So, I prefer to invest with TRX over XRP.
2995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Full of get-rich-quick opportunities at Bitcointalk on: April 23, 2021, 08:42:23 AM
Yesterday I saw someone mention #Dogira at Bitcointalk, then I went and bought it and quickly made twice as much money!
Why you specifically bought that coin whereas 100s of other people recommending all other coins? You must be a shill of dogira, I am 99% sure.

Could you please link where and who recommend you that coin? Also, please enlighten us what are due diligence steps you followed to finalize your decision of investing with that coin/token.

This is kind of trap for making people to believe into what such shills in future to recommend. Do not fall.

2996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 62,290% return overnight on an altcoin and i'm confused as hell on: April 22, 2021, 01:16:13 PM
Don't use a Global Average as a price basis on Blockfolio (not just referring to FND). Refer instead to the exchange itself and see where it established a $12 value. Just wait for the app to refresh the exchange list. After locating the exchange where it established a $12 value, then check it right away if the data is true.
I recently started using blockfolio and I am finding most of its settings are annoying. This price level from where to fetch is something, I need to do for every asset I am following; might be given in different way.

Some other things I face right now with blockfolio:
- I cannot set BTC value as my base currency. Only fiats are shown for base currency.
- I need to set alter for every cryotocurrency I am holding. There should be a check box king of thing to make it easier along with altering price levels.
- Some delisted coins/tokens also getting daily change in price levels from no where.
- Price.
2997  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: OH YEAH FRUSTATED TRADERS. on: April 22, 2021, 07:41:50 AM
Frustration is common but these are the things that you should really able to control to make yourself a better trader.
Yes when we are focusing on risk management and developing strategies to multiply our capital, we should also give importance on managing emotions against frustration. Because, no market will move as per your prediction, definitely it will react in a way where we will be losing some or full of capital that will end up in big frustration. So in order to be sustaining in market, we must need to have good emotion control so that we will be getting back to our technical things to recover our losses.

I'm continuously seeing some sort of traders are always coming up and sharing about their frustrating moments in trading, but I'm not sure how many of them coping up the situation and then coming up again here to share their success story.
2998  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you determine potential profit? For risk:reward ratio on: April 22, 2021, 07:12:40 AM
When you're looking into market fluctuations then definitely you will get an idea on how to determine potential profits. I have seen that most people are on the spot finalizing their profit level because they are not sure about how wildly market will be fluctuating so based on the situations they are booking profits or they are keep delaying with the trailing stop-loss.
Making use of trailing stoploss will be a good idea when you are not having technically supported price levels to exit. At the same time, I will never recommend to go for finalizing your entry or exit level by just looking into market fluctuations with bare eyes. Definitely you will get tricked by market volatility.

Your every action in trading must be based on your strategies and tactics. For this, you do not need to be good in technical analysis but everything should be planned well in advance so that you will able to make use of your experience because when you're taking decision at market condition that will be influenced by your emotions and not by your knowledge and experience.
2999  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOLDING VS TAKING PROFITS DURING BULL RUN on: April 22, 2021, 06:44:01 AM
It will take a long time for newcomers to learn its techniques they have less knowledge about the market so it becomes very difficult to analyze the market it takes them a long time to reap the benefits of running a bull run. It's better to hold. It is easy to make a profit if you analyze the market properly and understand that it is better to invest in any currency therefore, before holding you have to learn about the market well and move forward.
I agree it is always better to hold rather than trading but how long you will continue your holding that will be the biggest question here because we are not just for hobby holding but for profit making, hope you will agree with this. We are in the middle of a strong bull run and I believe many traders and investors might got confused right now because they just need to book profits or leave the positions for some more times?

I know no one could answer them properly as market prediction will be too hard for anyone. But my suggestion would be, book profits if you are okay with what you have earned; and if you're not satisfied with the profits then continue and face the consequence.
3000  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto trading signal work or not? on: April 22, 2021, 06:15:31 AM
They won't just give you free signals and if there's a fee, that's actually where they're earning by giving their opinions about the market.
I guess there will not be a problem for any trader to pay them a fee when those signals help traders to earn something. But, traders will feel the real pain if they need to pay fees for signals and those signals lead them to book losses at most of the times.

it is okay to be part of these free trading signal groups as you can get some ideas. But if you need to pay for their tips, I don't think that's a very smart move.
There are many free signal groups as well but their effectiveness against all types of market fluctuations will be very less. Making use of trading signals for getting some idea on market behavior will be a smart approach in my opinion as well but most people just start with signal like that and then get used to buying signal rather than trying to generate their own.
