Put your thinking cap on. IF you were going to pull a scam of the proportions happening here, would you

A: Demonstrate technical proficiency and then blatantly run off with the investors money leaving no doubt that it was a giant intentional scam and that you were a stinking criminal shyster.

B: Demonstrate that you are well meaning bumbling idiots that just can't quite figure out how to make this grand plan work, "but gosh darn it, we are doing our best!", and "coincidentally" end up with all of the investors money and be completely blameless.

Pretty simple to see what is going on to me.

The fact that large sums of money are ending up in the hands of those orchestrating this boondoggle is , in my opinion, all the proof that one needs to know that what is going on is quite intentional. My dad told me a long , long, time ago this truism which has been proven true in every case over the years: "If someone tells you it's not about the money, you can bet your ass it's about the money". Josh & Co. are claiming this is all about innovation and creating a new system of commerce and cutting out those evil banks, not about funneling huge amounts of $ and BTC into their hands. Pure BS. It's about the money.

Also, I have been in the building business for over three decades now, and I can tell you that there are a LOT of scoundrels who will scam you. It generally involves entering into a contract to perform a task (and these always involve a down payment), and when they fail and are dragged into court the defense they usually use to get out of a court ordered specific performance ruling is incompetence, followed closely by uncontrollable external factors (weather, material or labor unavailability, etc). All they have to prove is that they "did their best to honor the agreement" and they walk away scott-free. This is precisely what is being set up here. If GAW were to demonstrate competence and this thing fails (we all know it will) then there would be no reasonable defense against malfeasance. By setting it up as if they are a bunch of well meaning bumbling idiots they have a perfect defense. It isn't illegal to be an idiot, but it is illegal to enter into an agreement and intentionally not deliver what was promised. This is exactly what is going on. You can believe whatever you want, but I have experienced and witnessed this sort of thing so many times I know what is going on, and knowing always trumps believing.

My honest guess is that it is an excellently executed plan whose design is to appear to be fumbling, bumbling idiots. The best defense against scam accusations is the appearance of ineptitude.

"Awe shucks guys, I really tried so hard to make this work, but we were trying new technology". Meanwhile there is no doubt that GAW is making a kings ransom off of this scam. That sends my BS meter right off the charts.

 Either investing in XPY staking is a wise choice and will make you a profit or it it is a bad choice and it won't. I am a Contractor by trade. My business is making and keeping promises, so yes, I do expect that when a corporation makes a promise it should be kept. I do it every day, and if for some reason I fail I do not hand out excuses and say Eff you moron, tough luck, I am penalized in some (usually pre-determined) way and/or I offer the customer an equitable solution. That is how business works with honest people who keep their word. Those that do not keep their promises are called shysters or scammers. GAW does not keep the promises they make and instead of getting penalized they have the morons they are failing to deliver to sticking up for their failures.  

WTF planet are you on? GAW PROMISED that Paycoins would be redeemable for $20 each LAST Monday. IT DID NOT HAPPEN.  All they delivered were more promises and outright lies. Now it is a week later and they are just laying on the delays and lies thicker and heavier.

Something I have to mention here: Until getting into this GAW discussion, "Fud" was a term used to describe the female genitalia in my vocabulary. Less than zero time required actually, as somehow this "customer" has been transported from the future into the past so he could leave a testimonial for a service which does not exist.

Looks like 2 million viewers have been hit right in the face with these blatant lies. My guess is that very few realize that this is complete and total and 100% provable fraud by GAW.



P.S: GAW FINALLY took down the fake testimonials. Did the one person at GAW with a tiny bit of common sense return from Christmas vacation and realize that they were publicly announcing that GAW is a pack of stinking liars and decide to pull the page with the FAKE testimonials??
