301  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine Bitcoin recognized around the world. on: January 04, 2018, 02:17:44 PM
If things are not like today, it's easy for bitcoins to be recognized in almost all the world. But because of the regulation of several countries, as well as the different policies between camps that support cryptocurrency as well as those opposing the cryptocurrency. Of course, it is a huge wall for bitcoin to be known throughout the world.

Although bitcoin's popularity has recently increased, as the price has managed to penetrate people's predictions in 2017, but still, with the exception of countries with the most bitcoin adopters, bitcoin still sounds foreign in other places.
302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you donate Bitcoin for the poor and needy? on: January 04, 2018, 01:42:26 PM
For the poor, and needy. First, if you intend to donate to poor people with bitcoin, be sure to give it through a donation committee that understands cryptocurrency especially bitcoin. Or more simple, exchange your bitcoin with currency then donate. Secondly, for someone in need, well .. who does not need the money? I think only the first option deserves to be donated. And that includes the people who need that you mention.
303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is ripple going to overtake bitcoin ? on: January 04, 2018, 01:27:21 PM
first define "overtake"...

in market capitalization?
yes there is a good chance XRP will be have so much bigger market cap one way or another. either it will be pumped to nearly $6 to get there or they will release another massive supply that will help the push upwards.

in trading volume? maybe for a couple of days before falling down
in price? not a chance
in usage? LOL
in adoption? LOL x2

I agree, if we look at the history of the ripple, an increase like this happened in the year 2017 exactly in April. Ripple skyrocketed to 0.0002 btc / ripple then fell back. I think this will most likely happen again this year. But at least in 1 month, this is the trend of the rippe, instead of bitcoin or ethereum so that market cap and volume rise significantly.
304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One currency One world? on: January 03, 2018, 01:16:29 PM
Do you guys believe that bitcoin will become the only one currency that can use as a mode of payment in the whole world? How does this become possible in the future?

impossible. remember that bitcoin is created not to replace all currencies, but to make transactions between people, between countries and other transactions easier and we no longer need banks, PayPal and the like, because all finances are in your hands. How can you rate the bitcoin price when the Dollar is gone. However, this is a technology that called cryptocurrency but it can't be a currency.
305  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does Bitcoin stable ? on: January 02, 2018, 11:17:46 AM
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies has these huge fluctuations simply because the cryptocurrency markets are currently very volatile, and definitely quite easy to manipulate the prices if you have enough coins.

Is it stable? Well, I wouldn't call something that fluctuates between $16,000 and $12,000 "stable".

That's right, for now, the bitcoin ATH has not been distracted at all after a very significant rise in late 2017. $19k is the number that needs to be solved again to re-excite the investors. So far, the bitcoin movement between $12k- $16k is practically stable. Because of the higher bitcoin price, the fluctuation range will increase as well. Increases and decreases of $4k can still be considered reasonable.
306  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price fluctuation on: December 31, 2017, 01:39:36 PM
Will bitcoin price ever cease to fluctuate so hard? I mean currently it seems as if it's fluctuating just because of the trends among people who believe that investing into bitcoin, given some time, is 100% profit. But what if the so called bubble would burst, shouldn't the price get more stable?

Probably not. Bitcoin at it's core has a value determined by the investors and the users. With that, we know that there is no physical backing behind it. Because of that, it's hard to effectively price the coin. Bitcoin, I'd say is not really a bubble right now. For a bubble, I'd say that the price needs to be inflated. Right now, Bitcoin has been going down and I think a bubble has already burst. I doubt that we'll see a calmer Bitcoin in the near future

If any theory says that next year bitcoin will be calmer than before, I so want to see it. Because I understand, starting with the present, even bitcoin fluctuations will become more extreme than ever. There is about 20% bitcoin left to mine. And in 2 years, the coin reward will decrease from 12.5 to 6.25 coins. It all means it will be harder to get bitcoin and this is what triggers the price will continue to rise.
307  Economy / Economics / Re: good effect and bad effects of robots in replacing human Jobs on: December 31, 2017, 01:03:31 PM
It will be a disaster for humans because until now, unemployment is a serious problem that can not be solved by almost all governments in the world. I've heard the discourse, that the Bank will replace all its operational employees with the Robot because the machine is considered to bring more profit than hiring humans. No leave, Work 24 hours, And always follow the programmed procedure. That means the less the cost will be incurred as operational support.

This makes perfect sense, and we must be prepared for it by changing our mindset and way of working. That's the good effect.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: December 31, 2017, 12:52:30 PM
In the next year ETH will overtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency.  I would unload your bitcoin while you still can.

Tick tock. you are only focusing on bitcoin and ethereum while there is altcoin that is not so well-regarded and is now side by side with bitcoin on the Coinmarketcap board. Maybe Ethereum has increased at the end of this year, and indeed almost all altcoin experience the same thing. This is triggered by a very significant increase in Bitcoin despite declining until the end of this year.

Back to topic, I think Ethereum needs to try to get back to its position right from the start after its market cap position has been $ 20B under Ripple.
309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A very good message about Ripple (XRP) on: December 31, 2017, 12:41:42 PM
I got to see very good msg on Twitter from person named CryptoYoda‏.
This is it...

''I don't want to open another discussion about $XRP really, but it seems necessary. Banks control Ripple. Crypto was created because Banks cannot be trusted. Yet you put your money into $XRP although they control both price and supply? Invest one hour of your life, see the truth.''

I think This is logic. What do you think about his statement?

What benefits to them? Think about it, you say the bank control the ripple? It is because most of the ripple is adopted by the banks? They buy a ripple not for investment, but rather to actually use it as a tool that can help transactions. Well-known banks have adopted it, and it shows a positive trend that has prompted other banks not to be left behind by the technology. After that happens, Demand for Ripple certainly increases, and back to the basic rules, if demand increases, of course the price will rise instead.

What if most banks in the world have adopted ripple. Imagine how big the price could soar up. Come on, try thinking more realistically than continue to blame something.
310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to buy ALTCOINS? on: December 31, 2017, 12:12:04 PM
Dear People, where to buy ALTCOINS?

I like Litebit.eu because they support also wallets for much coins but they never have stock.

Try to access Coinmarketcap https://coinmarketcap.com/ then look for ALTCOIN you want to buy in the search currency field. Once found, click the altcoin then select the market tab. Inside it provides information wherever you can distribute the ALTCOIN. I would suggest some major exchange like Bittrex, HitBTC which has a fairly easy to understand interface for beginners.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is new way to get Free money? on: December 31, 2017, 11:45:38 AM
I do not know why! I only think that Ico project is a more modern Ponzi method right now.  Huh
How about you, YES OR NOR ?   Huh

Careful mate, sometimes, on some ico project, runs inconsistently with whitepaper. Scheduling is always not right. And the results you get are not what you expected. Therefore, people say ICO is 50% profit and 50% fraud. If you intend to go to one of the ICO projects, I suggest entering on the first Sale. That way, you may be able to avoid things that can make it difficult for you to return your own capital. This is based on my personal experience. And ICO is not an instant investment. Get and hold bitcoin or altcoin was better than joining ICO project.
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Likely to become a millionaire from altcoins? on: December 31, 2017, 11:07:57 AM
Is it more likely to become a millionaire buying low capmarket coins if yes in what range/from what rank?
Or better to buy from the top 100 ?

Isn't top 100 too broad? I would recommend the top 10 on the CMC list, and the price is still under $ 1- $ 5. Buy in bulk, and be prepared to be a millionaire in the next 1-2 years. Some people predict that 2018 is an altcoin year, and if that's true, there will be massive growth with altcoin. I thought the XRP started to show the sign in this last year. After shifting ETH from the second position based on market capitalization.
313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple (XRP) is a shame to the crypto-community. on: December 31, 2017, 10:07:53 AM
Correct me if I'm wrong, that Ripple is not made by the banksters but made by a company whose background is cryptocurrency. Although ripple cannot be mine and have 100 billion max supply, Bankers choose to adopt it because the price is quite stable compared to other cryptocurrencies. Ripple also has a protection function against price fluctuations when it wants to send. It is because of this that many banks are using this protocol as a tool to facilitate transactions between countries.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IGNIS price +300% on: December 30, 2017, 10:44:19 PM
People who are trapped in the NXT and are experiencing significant asset declines are numerous. And their hope is IGNIS. Currently, IGNIS is traded on HITBtc and ATH around $21 and now falls back to $ 8. Certainly, NXT investors hope this airdrop can cover their loss. And I believe they are looking forward to the release of IGnis than the coming of the new year  Grin.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP’s Trajectory for 2018 on: December 30, 2017, 10:33:35 PM
In the last few days, XRP is seen not following the direction of Bitcoin that is falling down. XRP even increased up to 70%. This shows that the movement of cryptocurrency is not fully triggered by the bitcoin price movement. Is it when the bitcoin price drops, everything goes down and otherwise? No. Because some altcoins like Stellar, Ripple, Dash, and BTS are proven to give resistance and go in different directions. Right now XRP was in number 2 on CMC, this should be a great movement for its future.
316  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How will u explain bitcoin to a newbie from zero (start)??? on: December 30, 2017, 02:01:37 PM
Rather than explaining at length to beginners, I prefer to present it a documentary about bitcoin in which it describes what it is, how it works, and so on. I think that way would be better than having to teach it myself. For the next, then I will answer if there is a question that is not in the documentary about how to send or receive a bitcoin, how to earn bitcoin by sig camp or bounty camp and the others.
317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh crap! What happened to bitcoins? on: December 30, 2017, 01:47:42 PM
I would suggest you buy now and enjoy profits next year this might be the last time we see the price go to $13k. Plus alts are also down if you invest wisely you shouldn't worry.

agree, this moment is a very awaited moment for the bitcoin trader. Because of a case that "Giveen" says, that "this might be the last time we see the price go to $ 13k" is true. Because no one can guarantee that next year, bitcoin will drop to the point as low as it is today.

Precisely moments like this should not be met with panic but responded by preparing capital to enter the market while the market price is cheap.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear of bitcoin on: December 30, 2017, 01:35:34 PM
Believe me,  that governments who are afraid of bitcoin or not support cryptocurrency technology are a government that doesn't see technology as a very important thing for the country. Cryptocurrency has dozens of functions that can help the economy get better, But because there are a few shortcomings that can be used as a means of illegal acts, all those functions seem faded to them, so they only focus on the weakness.

Unlike the government that supports it, they are a government that deserves thumbs up for thinking ahead. And it is evident, that they will advance ahead of the others.
319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 is coming on: December 30, 2017, 01:16:39 PM
Although the end of 2017 closed with red positions on bitcoin and in almost all altcoins, This is a sign that at the beginning of 2018 there will be recovers. And if from the beginning of 2018 bitcoin has given a positive trend, it will support the next months of the year. As long as everything goes smoothly and without any bad issues about bitcoin, 2018 should be better than this year.
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ripple actually go up ( 10 + ) ? on: December 29, 2017, 01:11:36 PM
based on the pumps that Ripple had so far i wouldn't be surprised if this current pump ended up pumping the price to $10. we have had 7000% rises in XRP and it can be repeated.
although i don't have any faith in this project i am holding some because i have faith in the pump...

if only bitcoin collapses totally, we will have spare marketcap to fill with ripple, ethereum, cardano and iota  Grin Grin
But currently x10 is unlikely in near future.

history has proven that whenever bitcoin drops the altcoins drop even more so if bitcoin "collapses totally" you should kiss your ripple, ethereum, cardano and iota goodbye because they will collapse harder Grin

Today is very different. While bitcoin and other altcoins are experiencing a significant decline, XRP even climbed and recorded a new ATH at the end of this year. That means, All altcoin does not depend on bitcoin. Although the entire market of cryptocurrency is forced to decrease due to the decrease of bitcoin, it does not close the possibility that other altcoins will survive because their protocols or functions are actually used in real life as a transaction tool, not just assets that must be stored in the long term.
