It is possible but if we knew which coins, be sure that their value would be high already. Better to invest in the new ico which gained a lot of interest and hype, that was absolutely make you become the new millionaire in the future, I've bought around 10k neo at previous year and then this time it worth almost $700k and i still has a lot of ethereum in my portfolio. it may better to invest in the promising project right now. If youre an investor, lowcapmarket is a great option, but you should do a deep research for that.
But if youre a trader, i think play / trade with the top 100 will be good.
