I think so. But the ratings on these top sites greatly affect the fees for the ICO. Many projects get 4-5 points. Although most number of that projects do not deserve 3 points. I still hold the opinion that you should not trust these sources. It's best to think and analyze everything yourself. You should always make your own research, read whitepaper and listen what are people saying about this project |

I don't think averaging extreme ratings is or should be the solution.
There are 2 conflicting problems at the same time.
The first is that ratings are exaggerations. Ratings attract people who have very strong feelings about the thing they are rating. Especially if they are angry. Let's say 20 hotel customers had a bad experience. 15 of them rate the hotel 0 stars, while from the other 980 customers who thought it was OK only 5 bother rating 3 to 5 stars.
The other problem is the opposite. If you have thousands of ratings the most extreme ratings disappear in the statistics. But those extreme ratings contain the most important information. Let's say most bank customers don't really read the small print of a loan they got, they're happy enough they got it at all and rate the bank 4/5. Only 3 customers notice misleading terms in the documents and rate the bank 0 stars, but are completely averaged away by the happy customers ratings.
I am sure that any ratings can be artificially adjusted. The question is who will pay for it and how much. Conspiracy can never be ruled out. And it is a trivial task to use bots. Some people might say that it is simple for people/AI/machine-learning to detect bots, but if people are competent enough it is easy to make multiple accounts that can't be differentiated from real accounts. I agree that there are many biased websites in the Ico classifications segment, but I believe that nothing should override the personal research of the Investors, I do not let myself be influenced by some classifications, there is less that there is real sympathy for the project, concept and Work Team, as built by Repu, in my case This is pathology that ICOs developer created to attract naive investors. I hope that repu will be able to change it |

The governments just can't stand anything they do not manage to control. They are creating national crypto, blockchain projects of their own. Only a few of them are able and willing to support blockchain projects created by the third parties. If i choose i would choose the free system but it will end probably. For ICO's yes, but crypto in general cant be regulated if we go the path to decentralization. I think the real strength lies in crowdfunding movie projects coming out of underdeveloped countries. They don't need billions to make an interesting movie. And a lot of the content can be empowering for people in underdeveloped countries like blockchain education. This is really good idea. How are you planing to reach to countries like China and Russia where they are mainly using their own social platforms and even Facebook is not as popular like in the rest of the world?
They shouldnt try to reach those countries at this early stage. If even facebook isnt popular in those countries, i think it will also be difficult for sphere except they have a deal / partnership for it. Not to mention that China will just block them if they get too big. Thats what they do with Facebook and Google. They need to have control over whatever social media Chinese people use. I think they have and opportunity to enter in those markets thanks to crypto but I wouldn't start with them. in Russia the most popular social network: vk , I don't think that it can be move to second place in this region. Although one does not need to strive to embrace everything - with time, people will understand the advantages of decentralization. So more Russians need to get blockchain education ? I thought the country is highly educated in tech It has a huge population of IT educated people but majority are still into traditional tech other than crypto I think In my opinion almost every country out there needs to have some kind of blockchain education. I would strongly suggest that the contents should not be country specific, people from everywhere have access to Internet now and everyone has the right to watch contents. That is something I really dont like about Netflix, the content is different for every country. No idea why they do that, hop Cryptoflix wont. It has to do with rights. Simply check several characters at the beginning of the address and in the end. This is quite enough.
We are in crypto, here are not stupid email collectors and Viagra spammers. People here are intelligent and often have good programming skills. If they make a fake, you will not see it at the first glance. So my advise is, be paranoic every day and doublecheck every times, before you hit enter. Use two computers, one for crypto, one for surfing and so on. Being paranoid in cryptoland is wise, not a psychological disease.  Sometimes its hard to be so thorough when pre sale or ICO is sold out in meter of minutes and you really need to be fast on order to not miss the sale. Thats why you need to prepare yourself beforehand and know your steps. We live in this time - other side of the decentralization medal this is favorable environment for hacking. With each passing day they invent more and more sophisticated methods of hacking - and the last case surprised me when at the decentralized exchange -Etherdelta they was changed DNS address of the server. So guys, sometimes caution will not help - the world of cryptocurrencies and security is not stable at the moment. I.T. security is one of the most important concerns in crypto sphere and we must do our part to stay secure and be more vigilant against such intrusions! I'm not sure if this example applies here but personally I think that quantum computers can be the biggest threat |

Subtitles must not be optional, I like to watch movies without dubbing and sometimes I really need subtitles. But most importantly it helps deaf people
Subtitles in all languages would be great. In most countries, dubs are only of low quality. Especially in developing countries. At the beginning phase i think all languages can be expensive(if we are talking about real translations not google translate or high school student level translations) but english, russian and/or spanish must be included without argument. I fthey want to be popular in countries of South America or Asia should try to be in their respective languages. I do not think that the movies in English attract the majority of the population. Subtitles can help not only to deaf, but also can hepl learn a nonnative language - it will be relevant if consider what they plan to start from poor countries - where education at the lowest level. That's true. Subtitles have help me a lot to learn and improve my English and I'm sure it helps a lot of people as well. Indeed, subtitles have been of great help to many of us in improving our foreign languages. But in underdeveloped countries, emphasis is placed on Dubbing movies and programs because the illiteracy rate is very high. Subtitles are still needed. There is well known joke that native speaking American can't understand British people |
