You are right  bump should be made atleast 24 hours from the main post and you can bump once at 24 hours time period otherwise their might be happen account banning.

I think this type of transaction can be made from local place only. If you are legit then try to marketing on your local place if it is an scam attempt then nothing to say. You would not be able to trade a single btc here base on your terms. It might be happen if you have lots of trade history and you are high ranked person here.

Are simple and circle are crypto if so try to buy from exchange if they are not on exchange then buy from their website. It will save you money, time and also anyone will not be able to scam you.

Paypal can be reversed either that is send as friend and family, goods, service, payment, gift or anything else. You cant avoid to reverse by taking it as specific method or way.

How Op will see other posts especially red post? Usually scammer has no time to read others post and cant or do not want to read red post as it is totally opposite of their business. If they follow then they will not be able to try scamming.

Great to hear you have successfully tried to use it. I have checked their fee it was too much tome that's why I have not used their service. Anyone can use if fee is okay with them.

I have seen a lots of scam accusation post by a brand new account. I am curious how you know about those service and I think if brand new account is real then you have not used bitcointalk earlier in this case you guys come here to post only for scam accusation? And also want to know how you guys know about the service? If you search before the deal with paxful or search before posting it here then you could see more than 70 post presents here of scam accusation against paxful. So creating new topics is worthless.

Already several trader engaged with the post so there is a little chance to make any trade here, OP has changed his/her email address so take it as consideration. There is long gap of his/her post and changing email. OP can you proof your ownership of this account by signing your bitcoin sign message?

I also think it is scam activities. I have told to verify his/her ownership several days ago and op has logged in after my post but not replied on my post regarding his/her ownership or ignored my post.
