I am a strong believer in ethereum greater than even bitcoin. I personally like the coin, its strong team and innovative technology. Now its prices are declining rapidly only just to raise back and go to the moon. I think its prices will reach $ 1200 in the middle of the year 2019.

Wait at least until the end of the year 2018 for the market to grow stronger and stable to some extent. Institutional investment is in a mood of wait and see due to volatility of cryptocurrency and regulatory measures. After regulators come up with a fixed way to deal with cryptocurrency, institutional investment will start pouring in, thus booming the market.

Ethereum is my all time favourite coin. Although it is on a downward spiral, it is the strongest coin with a strong and good team and technology. Second comes bitcoin. Yes cryptocurrency is a good way to earn money. But the question is how long? New ICOs will not survive until cryptocurrency is brought into practice or its utilization is reached. Many coins in the market are there just without any backing. It means their values solely depends on the demand and supply, and the sentiments of investors. There is not any backing to support their prices. So coins should start do what they are established for. Only then, new ICOs will survive creating job opportunities.

I also think so. As the year 2018 is the year of regulations, cryptocurrency is on a downward spiral. Yes I do agree with you that many people will regret when the market will go up. But there are also equally chances that they may be happy when the market goes down beyond expectation. But one thing is sure that cryptocurrency is the future and it has much potentiality to alter transaction. Although it is lagging behind due to various reasons, it will definitely reach the moon.

The idea is very much good. As scammers are punished, others will be discouraged to cheat people in the name of ICO. I think regulations is best way to stop scams. Another way is punishment, jail and fine. If scammers are jailed or fined, it will discourage others to defraud people in the name of ICO and it will help prevent scams in ICO.
