why can't remember username and password in your site? Just improve your site and hire better programmers come on, very bad user experience here, i have to enter them every time, wasting time.

I didn't do anything, yesterday I get locked :  and neil help me to unlocked my account  but today I get locked again I don't know why I get locked for 3 times and there is something wrong with your system, I play on your site more than 1 month or more and I withdraw over 0.4 btc this is very funny you put vpn restrictions and you and your team think I using multiple account how can I have any other account ?  haseo11 is my only account so I need your help to fix it thanks So far my account get locked 3x, and all the reasons were multi accounts. In fact, I only use 1 account to play poker. Had a chat with ANDRE, and he advise me to use 1 source of internet connection only. Once you change your source of connection especially using a public free wifi, the system will detect you use multi accounts. It's not about whether you use one account to play poker - if you have two or more accounts on the whole site you're not allowed to play. In fact when we find this happening we refund your deposits for all but one account and disable the others. If our system was too sensitive you would think we'd receive complaints from the other account holders, but we never do. Not even once, as far as I know! |

Hi, if I deposit dogecoins or litecoins i only can play on casino games? Or there is anything that i'm not doing correct? I wanted to play on slots with dogecoins but i didn't find how to do it.

What's your policy about two people in the same house playing? We'd have the same IP address. Our system auto-blocks accounts with the same IP accessing the poker suite, since there's no way to ever verify that you were playing honestly. Even though I personally trust you and lots of people on the forum trust you, it would not be fair to our other players to allow that type of thing unless we did it across the board. Sorry! |

Just received a reply from the support, they are updating the poker game and they need to unlock all accounts manually.
He said that my account has been unlocked now but I still unable to load the poker game because still "service unavailable".
My issued here there is another person who register with same name with me but different email that's make my account get locked. I have contacted an agent there email who register with same name with me is miyslovenic717@gmail.comI think the person try to lock my account and can't access to play poker game We manually unlocked some accounts, not all. The reason these accounts were flagged was because an IP restriction was just too strict, but we have since fine-tuned the settings to look for exactly what we want, and replaced VPN restriction with more advanced anti-collusion methods that are less restrictive on you all. Miyslovenic I'm not sure why you'd think someone is trying to lock you - I think you created an account with an upper and lowercase first letter but we already resolved that issue because clearly it was an accident. Nonetheless, I will look into it for you. If anyone else is still having issues - it is due to the normal reasons and you'll have to contact support to try and work out how we can give you access. |

Only the support team and their representative here in the forum could help you on that matter, i got that problem few days ago and they fixed it in short time. Maybe try to contact them again and shoot a PM to OP so they can fix your issue asap
I contacted them earlier and waited ~40-50 minutes on live chat. Marc (current CS shift) is totally inadequate in my eyes. Anyway connected through my mobile internet. Seem the problem was in my internet connection, but i was with the same feww days ago without any problem. He's no longer with us since we got several complaints. We don't tolerate CS members treating our customers in a haphazard way. Glad you got it resolved nonetheless. |
