Ecco, questo è un tema molto interessante e sicuramente attinente questo thread. probabilmente tentano semplicemente di far parlare della cosa. Il " Furto" è qualcosa di eclatante, che fa notizia. La gente conosce e si fa una idea. Si fanno pubblicità. Un po' come se Fillippone si facesse un suo exchange, scambia con grossi volumi, magari falsi, e comincia a fare pubblicità. Poi chiude dicendo che gli hanno hackerato 10 mln di btc. Il consenso cresce. Poi arriva jqprez e dice che ha recuperato l hackerato. |

just saw there are any old ant miners, like s5,s6, s9 etc. being sold for $100- $600.
I know they are useless to mine BTC today, but my question is if is it possible to use them to mine any other altcoins?
No , Asic's in question are programmed to mine with SHA256 Algorithm (Mainly BTC). So u can use it to mine any other coin with uses the same algorithm as mining BTC is not profitable . Ok, would you mind to mention some examples of altcoins to mine with it? Or a source where I can take a look? the s9 is okay for bch or bsv but the l3+ does ltc and doge merged mined at viabtc.com it is fairly quiet and has a lot of control to let set your hash rate and sound levels. i have 15 l3+ sitting in boxes 8 s9s sitting in boxes. phil, i have 3 L3+ . Are they profitable with 0,06c$/kwh? And how/what i can i mine? |

You could check sites like whattomine.com to check for the coin that is most profitable for your card.
Or you could look around like in telegram or maybe in the Altcoin Announcement section for new projects and then you can try to be one of the first miners.
But you always need to remember that probably 9 out of those 10 newly launched project will never make it to an exchange and your mined coins are worth 0 then.

Condivido in parte di abbassare le tasse ma la legalizzazione no. Vorrei vedere quante prostitute e papponi pagherebbero il 65% delle loro entrate di tasse. Are you sure it was the network fee, not the exchange (0.25%) fee one?  The network fee currently is 0.02917 or ~$10.76. The problem with instant exchange is the fluctuation in network/miner fee won't cancel the deal, but it will go through and cut your converted ETH. Don't use instant exchange for expensive coins, since maybe Binance et al. will offer cheaper withdrawal fees. yes, of course. never use instant exchange for expensive coins. a question out of theme: what you use for linking the images on btctalk? |

Changelly is not a scam. Having big fees is not a scam. It is a rip off, for sure,,, but nobody forced you to use them, you know that right? Go for a DEX or P2P platform if you really want the best value but understand also that for small amounts like that, you are better off buying direct from P2P. Fees are crazy just to transact too so be prepared to lose a few dollars.

Instant exchanges such as Changelly et al. always post the exchange rate and the transaction fee before you send your coins. Why you still did it after you know the ETH tx fees will rekt you? I don't recommend instant exchanges for BTC or ETH as output because of the fees. But instant coins like XRP, TRX, BCH, etc. would do just fine.

IIRC, they really are high in fees and it's not like the typical exchange that you use every day. Avoid using them if you don't want to have the same fees as them.
Go to Binance and exchange those DGBs to ETH into the nearest value.

It's an okay wallet to have if you want a wallet that's accessible(mobile or desktop) so you don't have look for a new wallet whenever you plan on holding another altcoin but I wouldn't recommend it as a main wallet since it's risky to put everything you have in just one wallet. Also these past few days their tron wallet wasn't showing the balance correctly, the support was quick to reply(15-20mins) but the solutions he gave didn't help and other users experienced it as well. The support is active answering any bad experience by users even here they also have representative here.   but it's best to join their telegram if you want a fast response from them. yes, of course. I think is better have a little bit on exchange, a little bit on a specific wallet (example electrum) and a little bit on a wallet same Coinomi. It is diversify the risk. |

The only reason I am HODL'ing the last of my LTC...I suspect, with setbacks, this may hit Litecoin Core in around Fall 2021. Ltc went up to $ 150 several times, it might come back. not w/o more innovation in the coin IMHO, look at defi..you may not like them...but damn they have active and large development from the get go..unlike LTC currently..that is what is lacking.  I am following the defi speech with interest. But in the end, it's not like they've introduced anything new of big. These are crypto loans to receive other cryptocurrencies as interest. In my opinion it is something that LTC could easily do. The real difference, for LTC, would be to enter the real world. Example: sponsoring a tennis tournament and putting LTCs as a prize pool, entering the rental market: for example, you pay in LTC I will give you a discount. Make scholarships in Ltc. etc. this, in my opinion, can make a difference. Why? it would be an innovation for everyone. |

I made 10k in to 2k but learned alot along the way. Bought bcu1525s with hosting which went south.... Then paid more to swap to FK33s. Which was just a repeat of the acorn saga. I do think sqrl and David really honestly believe they can do what they hope. And kodus for trying. If they deliberately went in to scam I don't know but regardless lots of people lost big time.
