Not because LTC increasing in price to 30 USD, Bitcoin will automatically implement segwit? It does not work that way, and remember Bitcoin is independent of whatever event happen to LTC. Not need to be like that cuz litecoin is always used as test for some things that can be implemented in bitcoin, but think that this is really tough one to be. Cuz both offer something unique and yet they dont have this support. What it will be at the end this is really good call. But no matter what happen think that it will come to the point that price will sky jump in one moment, maybe im wrong but if price increase from current like in ltc case image the btc price. If litecoin is really test subject let put it like this then it's better to see how will be with litecoin in some period. |

That's an interesting statistic because there's a chance that there could be an 11th. And the only names I don't see there are Bottas and Ricciardo who are valued at 4.50 and 23.00 respectively. Interesting fact this time we may have same winery. But to respected to all drivers think that here it could be Bottas this time. |

The Segwit-BU duo seems ended as there had been no more news coming up by the miners decided to switching over BU and they are already going to switch to SegWit because if they won't, they will regret. Prices for Litecoin has touched new ATH because I think these big competing alts have always reached ATH whenever Bitcoin got pumped.
This may be true, cuz it could be same effect on bitcoin like on litecoin. This battle between SEG and BU it pointless and maybe they need to resolve this once it for all. Think that they monitored very closely what happen to price of litecoin, and that they calculating every possible scenario good and bad for this implementation. Litecoin has increased more than $700 in a month is an effort from segwit to win the community animos, I think BU did lose in this round, but I am sure they will always take advantage of negative issues that will happen in the future with more luxurious concept. But I'm not very concerned and very happy with the condition of cryptocurrency balanced at this time. Condition are good but still I was thinking what would be if something would be activated on bitcoin. What would be? Would it be price jumping so high that we wont be able to sell it or it would be like with LTC price slowly every day with some percentage up. Still we will see in next few month maybe years will it be segwit or BU that will make difference. A ton of people want to say that Segwit or BU will make a difference, and there's a high chance that they will, but the community is essentially blocking all avenues towards either of those and there isn't much meaningful discussion about the two anymore, just arguments with no new information being spread or people calling each other shills half the time. There might be some active speculation about BU and Segwit activation right now tbh. If the result at the end with activation of segwit or BU would be like in case of litecoin then let's make it happen. Would be great if this could be with same outcome. |

My opinion on this is to activate it, this may result price going double at least from what was accomplished with activation on ltc. This may be really good oopportunity for this.

First of all bitcoin is anonymous and cash not, when you want to cash out your bitcoin you have to pay some fee to do that, that's not happening with real money, and also you can use your bitcoin where you are but you'll have exchange your money with the currency there is where you are.
The difference between bitcoin and real money is simply, bitcoin was created to take the place of fiat and to adopt to the current way of life and the different needs of people who by the time changed their thoughts and their habits, having internet or online shopping was something that we didn’t know existed before and now it is a part of our daily lives, and the digital world that we are going toward needs to have a different way for us to pay for things and from that idea came the bitcoin. But I believe that one day we will be having bitcoins with no differences from fiats. Yes, bitcoin will do all the actions our local fiat will be doing. Maybe our got the thing right that it was created to replace fiat but it won't happen so soon it will take lot f time. |
