301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FedoraCoin (TiPS); New style, new services, same unique features on: September 27, 2014, 08:08:34 PM
guys, for some reason the block chain explorer is showing a different balance than should be on the TiPS community fund

it shows 10M TiPS total sent, but it should be 1M which mouseman donated to the facebook page. It's also what the wallet shows correctly. Any ideas?
Thanks for the notice about chainexplorer.info, it should be fixed now.

I'm not entirely sure about the balance error. Both Insight-types have the error and I can't seem to access Fedoracha.in to cross check. I'll fire up rpc-ace to confirm.
Rpc-ace has the correct balance out. Strange, I'll have to report it to the BitPay guys.
So insight was working correctly  Grin
Have they accounted for it though?

you spend 6.5 btc to repair this shit? how much bittrex want?

Bittrex need 5 BTC, but we have 4.5 BTC
Give them 4.5BTC, tell them to take 0.5+ interest from the ICO. What about C-Cex?

Just an update. I purchased the software through a third person and Sampey transferred the license to me. I've been running the software for about 2 months. I run it on a couple coins that I am bullish on. It seems to bring in a consistent profit. I'm not trading a lot per order. Some days can make .1 or .2 a day. But it does fluctuate depending on trading volume.. There is more potential profit if you trade more coins with have more volume...
Regards,
Brian
On how much are you making that 0.1 to 0.2?

Of course, if you'd prefer not to input your number, by all means, you may use an invalid.
Sweet, I might switch in the future then.

Also, on a side note, I am offering up web hosting services via XWEBHosting for DCN. If anybody is interested, we can discuss further. Smiley

Not integrated via a payment processor yet, but soon.
Why do you require a phone number?

since some have been asking about the .conf file, can somebody post their file and I'll add it to the OP? I would add the two recently mentioned nodes to it as well.
I actually don't have one but my wallet works perfectly fine without it.

ps. MystPhysX can you give me your donation address?

I try to have my own wallet. Downloaded and installed v.1.1.0 and got same problem, no working node.
Try to add old post node but seem to be offline

Here some node that i have tried :

From OP
addnode srv1.fedoracoin.net add
addnode srv2.fedoracoin.net add

I can't see any difference between this and this

what is tx id for that 1M transaction?
c6882712b1c00b007ea8cf4acdfc4f47cd0347389f6d56831d0661ebbfa394b1

Insight adds a 0 to the end.

Hold on, you're right. I didn't see the 9Mil transaction that was included. id10tothe9 are you sure about that transaction value?

We need 10 VPS for testing! Everybody who can help please come to https://forum.thesupernet.org/index.php?topic=66.0 to coordinate!
I'd do one if I could figure out where the hell libuv.a is.

Got it.

I got libuv.la, what the hell? There is no libuv/.libs folder as suggested in the readme. Do I have to compile it myself?

Okay got it.

That's simply beautiful  Smiley way to go.
Did you have to quote the entire thing?
316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperNET - ICO conducted by BTER + ... on: September 25, 2014, 04:35:17 AM
I believe the nav buy walls will be 0.0088 so I don't think any whales will be cashing out at that price.

.0088 seems awfully low

That's nearly a 50% swing from today's highs. Seems that would certainly be enough profit for the whales to warrant keeping the price low.

Thumbs down from me

I don't get what you mean?

Whales don't like taking losses as much as the next guy?
I would take a loss for a larger gain.
317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DCN] Deepcoin secure hashing (CPU/GPU) New algo/ No premine/ No IPO/ PoW on: September 25, 2014, 04:30:33 AM
No doubt, the deephash algo is definitely excellent, and deepcoin has been a joy to mine for the last few weeks for me. Although I don't mine at quite the same scale as you do.

But then where are the rest of the miners? Why is the exchange rate falling? Is mining not a big business anymore? Is it because it takes a long time for the majority of miners to pick up new algos? Is it to do with the current low profit of mining in general? Did people not get the message that this algo is amazing and that there is a lack of marketing? Do people just not care about algos anymore?

I think we should determine what is preventing deepcoin from being as successful as other cryptocurrencies right now, and how to fix it, fix it, then this coin will be much more successful. Unless the devs themselves are already working on improving the coin to an extent where we will see far higher hash rates and exchange rates in the near future. But I have no idea if that is the case, since the devs seem to be really quiet. Maybe if the devs would be a little louder, people would have less doubts about this coin.
heh

Fedoracoin tallies perfectly for me on OS X 10.9 with PHP 5.4 and 5.6, and on Linux Mint with PHP 5.5. The extensions required are JSON and CURL, no more. Are you using the latest version of easybitcoin.php, from the link I provide on my RPC Ace github repository?

I'm starting to think your computer equipment is cursed with bad luck Undecided
Yes to both. JSON support is enabled and version 1.2.1. I compiled --with-curl as well. I'm using the easybitcoin.php version which you linked to. I'm sorry man, I don't want to make it look like everyone is having this issue but it's strange that I'm having the problem on a VPS and my personal mac. I really must be missing something else.

Are you using homebrew? If so can you give me a list of stuff you installed? I've got php56 --with-curl, php56-pcntl and curl.
I'm out of clues, too. When you run tally.php on OS X, do you get the same erratic and random behavior I noticed on your VPS, where the daemon sometimes respond to RPC calls and sometimes not?
Yes

With both the default 5.4 and homebrew's 5.6
319  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANNOUNCE] RPC Ace - a simple cut-down block explorer alternative on: September 24, 2014, 05:14:49 PM
Same exact problem on my Mac.

PHP 5.6.0 (cli) (built: Sep 24 2014 18:20:14)
Copyright (c) 1997-2014 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.6.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2014 Zend Technologies

Can I get one of you guys who isn't having the issue to tell me what php version and modules they have installed?

Probably, I've set a cron to check and start node if it isn't running. It should stay up now.

I've always been working with it but I never realised that Fedoracoin's magic is dead1337 lol. It's causing me problems now though.

Okay guys the richlist has caught up with all the blocks till now and is now interfaced with my block explorer. A big thank you to penambang for providing me the data as I had trouble with it.
