Piggycoin has established partnership with Bitscoinshop ( http://www.bitscoinshop.com.br/en/) where you can buy items by using Piggycoin. As Piggycoin is not yet integrated with the payment platform, you will need to use the following procedure during checkout: 1. Hey guys, I have a fair amount of PIGGY and sent them from Poloniex to my own wallet.
Since interest/staking is new to me I am wondering how many times interest is paid, is it like every 24 hours?

Interest/staking will start at block 8000 but you need to have your coins inside your desktop wallet for interest to be paid (I don't think exchanges pay interest, do they?). You will also need to wait 8 hours, that's the minimum coin-age in which your coins start to generate a stake. |

Problem with piggy wallet on mac
Hi guys,
I bought some piggys from bittrex.
Installed the new wallet on my macbook
But it stays offline since last 12 hours. I have sent 5000 piggys but still not receiving.
Can somebody please help.

Question: Im still mining on old scrypt till bock 62.500. What will happen with last block rewards (e.g. 62.470+) - they cant be ever confirmed or the coins transferred?
They will be confirmed if people keep mining them, if they don't help the network we will give it some a boost ourselves. Ok, so the block chain wont stop at 62.500, just the reward? yup. block chain will keep running with reward 0 |

Guys, I won't be around much today since I need to take some personal time out but I want to give you a little side note. I've been seeing some people complaining about price/dumping in bittrex/polo. This is NORMAL and I thought about this when I made the decision to go x11 with such a short PoW mining span. The dumping will happen this week and won't happen anymore, multipools will stop bothering us and price will start to rise since there won't be anyone who doesn't believe in the coin dumping PIGGY for quick profit... I don't want to make any price predictions since market prediction is not my strong suit but I can guarantee you that the dumping that is stopping the price from going up that is happening now will stop, this is just a phase we are going through (1/4 of it is done). Don't forget that we will also have a multipool ready as soon as we leave the PoW phase (that will be a big help in raising the price). We are not like other coins where you have to wait for a "multipool announcement", our multipool was announced before we even went PoS (with the change already in mind ofc). We will also keep delivering updates to the wallet with the help of our friend flubber, our gratefulness and gratitude for his work can't be enough. Right - 2 hours? More like 5 hours so far... Neither the old address CoinKing displayed to send OLD PIG to can be found in the blockchain explorer or my NEW PIGGY address from my NEW PIGGY wallet. Looks like my PIGs are flying somewhere but not in either of my wallets...  How many confirmations so far in the old blockchain? |

bittrex has new piggy. you do not have to register with coinking simply follow the link in the OP. Put in your new wallet address and it will provide you a different address to send your old piggy to. I know patience is a virtue but a bump to my previous post - any idea on timescales for CoinKing exchange process? TY  give it two hours. It is supposed to take five confirmations from the old blockchain + 5 minutes |

Hey guys! So.... We have a new piggybank, version 1.1 You guys don't need to upgrade it since it's just a cosmetic upgrade. But it's a BIG cosmetic upgrade. I downloaded PiggyBank 1.4 and updated my wallet successfully. I then followed the conversion instructions provided i.e went to the coinking php and submitted my wallet address and I was given a new one. I then sent my coins to the new one but although the transaction shows as completed, my PIGGY balance is zero. It's 12 hrs now and counting. Am I doing something wrong?
Second, I have old piggies in my poloniex account. I have opened an account with coinking, but I am not sure of how to send my coins to coinkking for conversion. I have unlocked my account but X11 Piggy is still disabled. Please assist.

I have a question I can't find an answer to: Do we have to exchange the coins that are held in the online piggy bank (piggy-coin.com), or has that been taken care of? If we do need to exchange the coins, how do we create a new address that we can give to ( https://coinking.io/piggyswap.php)? Do we need to create a brand new online piggy bank account? There is nothing in the online piggy bank interface to tell users whether they are dealing with the Scrypt or X11 Piggycoins, so this is as clear as mud. There should be a message and explanation of what we need to do within the online piggybank itself, IMHO. I suppose if nothing else I can use my Bittrex account to launder my daughters' piggycoins but I still need a way to send them back to her account, and at this point it looks like the online piggybank is still only for the Scrypt version. whats happening with poloniex ? they still have the piggy coin listed but thats the old one or whats going on there?
I think they are adding the new one soon. trading in the old one stopped. |
