As owner of old PIGs I feel quite unconfortable that new block reward is 5x times of old one. That way inflation will kill value of my coins :-((
That's probably the best way. And no, it will increase the value of you coins as the alternative would be so indecent that it would scare away today's miners. When Lime tried to do the same thing a few days ago people kept mining on the old chain because the difficulty was lower and reward the same. That wasn't anywhere near as smooth as the Pigcoin upgrade we saw yesterday! I remember I could easily solomine PIG just a few months ago.. I wouldn't have the patience doing that on a 40GH/s net  Ok, should I be worried to mine old PIG till block 62.500 ? Tnx. |

I missed that total coin suply is lower now, i guess it evens things a bit.. thanks for clarifying

i cannot withdraw my old Piggies from Chickenstrips. there is no Cash Out field in account settings.

I tried twice few hours ago. But went well, done in less than 30 minutes. 1st time with 20 piggy, 2nd time with 50K piggy. |

Just did mine and they were exchanged and in my new wallet in 21 minutes. I read the thread and your post before doing it and I figured I'd time it. Hope this helps. |

I'm wondering that too. It has been 30min and nothing so far. Update:It took an hour but they finally arrived. |

I downloaded PiggyBank 1.4 and updated my wallet successfully. I then followed the conversion instructions provided i.e went to the coinking php and submitted my wallet address and I was given a new one. I then sent my coins to the new one but although the transaction shows as completed, my PIGGY balance is zero. It's 12 hrs now and counting. Am I doing something wrong?
Second, I have old piggies in my poloniex account. I have opened an account with coinking, but I am not sure of how to send my coins to coinkking for conversion. I have unlocked my account but X11 Piggy is still disabled. Please assist.

i know iv only got 30mh/s...but 1 day of mining isnt very profitable at 0.01?? Is this coin under-valued or am i missing something here |

So the old piggy was to be mined till today, 62500 block. But I noticed that block time is way longer than 1 minutes and it will take more than 1 day to mine the last block; as for now, it just mined 61407th block.
Can we mine until the last block if the mining doesn't end by today?

Thank you for your quick response. I have downloaded the new piggybank as instructed and installed it but now I have two Piggy wallets. The old and the new. Isn't this supposed to update my existing wallet? Do I need to send my old piggies to the new wallet address? Secondly the old account has zero piggies after I sent them to the convert address.  |
