If you are on the sidelines wondering if you should buy, I suggest buy now while it is still cheap. Within the next 24 hours I think we will be trading much higher than we are now.

Well right now XLB is trading roughly 2000 sat more on Cryptsy than Mintpal.

XLB is trading over 8900 sat on Cryptsy, and under 5000 sat on Mintpal. People selling on Mintpal need to stop discounting the price.

The free market will fix itself.

That is not free market at work. It seems someone does not want to see XLB succeed. When we were on Bittrex we were doing well. As soon as we were listed on Mintpal the price started being suppressed. Think about it...XLB has just over 16 million coins and it is trading around 5000 sat. However, BC has over 75 million coins and it is currently trading around 18,000 sat.

Mintpal seems like the center of price manipulation.  The prices on several of the new coins seem continually suppressed there, and not in a way that makes sense.  Sell walls 10% below current pricing, etc.  Daytraders wouldnt trade like that, because it doesnt maximize profit.

When there is smoke there is fire. If you watch the trades for XLB they do not make sense. This coin is worth much higher than 5000 sat and we all know it.

which is the most profitable coin for multipool right now? I think im gonna make it Tongue

I do not know which coin is most profitable at the moment. However, if you build the multi-pool first you will get 1 BTC.

Out of all the coins they could of added... they picked XLB and one other.

I think Big Vern has a good feeling about this coin and knows what's coming. Volume is important to Cryptsy.

Yup. And there seems to be panic buying on Mintpal.

Let me start of by saying the page with the smiley faces was awesome.  It was refreshing, actually.

So as I stated yesterday, someone/some people are driving the price down and it makes no sense to me if this is driven by XLB members.  Why would anyone want to dump when coin and community are taking shape?  The sell walls are strategically placed (smaller increments totalling 8-12 sells) to drive it down once buys push it up to the 5K/6K SAT, I know because I tested it yesterday afternoon and as I kept buying, an unleash of sells would follow, fluctuations are 500 SAT.  Systematic and malicious to me so it's dolphins shaking weak holders or members from another community/coin deliberately doing this.  And if it's inexperienced miners who want a quick buck, then I say get a little more experience and that will pass and so will downtrend.

So here's my general message to those malicious speculators-I'm not worried as I'm currently spread (and generously) across assorted ALTS that are very active but I've taken an oath, in principal, to allocate my efforts and resources to XLB and BC, for now.  If the culprits/affiliates who are behind this come to light and they are within a specific community, I will direct my resources to dump, due to heinous actions of a rotten few, methodically and damagingly as I will not be inclined to such behavior.  If it's a member, I will resort to troll tactics and smear the crap out of you, until you don't want to log back in to BitcoinTalk, and I'm persistent.

Remember, if you want to play ball in XLB, you'll have to pay more each and every time you play.  Maybe not now, but soon.

No assumptions or no saber-rattling, just throwing it out there for the children.

Libertycoin Multi-Pool Bounty

Everyone loves bounties and today we have one for you! Troiste and I are offering 1BTC to the first person that creates a working Libertcoin Multi-Pool. Let's see who will claim it first!

I'll have my 25MH scrypt ready at launch if someone can get a multipool up.

+1

You heard the man lets get this going!

Thanks everyone for the support!

Also, please take a moment and look at the sell order history on Mintpal. It seems someone is trying to push the price down with very small transactions. Either someone wants cheap XLB, or they are trying to keep XLB from taking off.

Well..well... It seems another POS coin might be attempting to add some kind of anon feature. It is very important that this feature is implemented soon. Also, it will be nice to see a working multi-pool soon.

Well, since the dumping continues relentlessly, I keep on buying more... if under 4k.

I expect some rebound soon.

But apparently it's just me doing some buying...

Another 60k straight dump. Relentless.

You are not the only one, I am buying various amounts each day. I am not worried about the current price because in a few weeks 4000 will be a distant memory.

I am thinking this should be the coin logo. The torch is a universal and everyone understands what it symbolizes. Since it is a global currency we should refrain from making it too "Amercianized".

Who made the logo?

I did this morning.

It symbolizes the Olympics.

LOL...yes an Olympic marathon to the top Smiley

I know the concern eariler was some posts were deleted. Obviously they were probably people spreading FUD. I think we need to strike a balance here, we are a liberty coin, we should not ban people for speaking, but we obvoiusly can't have people spreading FUD, bashing people, and starting fights like happened eariler and happened to BC thread.

I think it's very important for us to have a grown up community, or professionalism here with freedom to speak, without wading through off topic and childish stuff.

Maybe we need a forum set of posting guidelines we decide is on topic, and keeping focus on this coin, so investors will stay here and love this coin.

We know how easily things can go sour when a coin is doing well.

So, I think fair posting guidelines or your post can be deleted for not following the rules. I believe people can start as many XLB threads as they want, but this one needs to be on topic, free of personal attacks, but open enough to talk about concerns and free from censorship.

Can we strike a balance so this happens, or what do you all think in this community is going to keep people coming here and the trolls away?

maybe shrink the hand a little and put the text: libertycoin beneath it. That would look better imo

Just curious, what love the torch and hand holding it, but what if it was like silver or golden background like a real coin? Wondering if that would really bring people outside community to take notice, since money to them looks and feels like silver plated coins.

I can try it and see.

I actually tried that. It didn't look good with the text being straight across underneath. When I "curved" the text to match the curvature of the coin it look better, but this version beat both.
