Do you mean Addnode=aux.bazco.in in the config file? I thought they had to be ip addresses in there...? It doesn't necessarily need to be ip address .....Can be domain address too.... addnode=aux.bazco.in |

I have a problem with my wallet. When I try to open it appears a message "Error loading blkindex.dat". I mention that before this happened my laptop shut down automatically due to overheating and my wallet was opened and staking at that time. Could that be the problem? What should I do to be able to open my wallet again?
Due to the unexpected shutdown of wallet your blockchain might have been corrupted.So you must have to resync your wallet from scratch. For this delete everything except wallet.dat from Pioneershare folder from your application data & restart your client. |

It's really up to the devs but if I had any say in it, I would be strongly against merging SUPER with anything else. If coin specs gets changed that significantly, it might as well be renamed as it's no longer the original SUPER.  keep going with the discussion, but it seems more people just want it to stay separated.
Exactly it must operate separately. You had always listened to the community & I hope you will listen this time too. Actually it all started (swapping to new chain) to make SUPER again SUPER.So the question is: Will merging with other make it advanced? Definitely not.So let them operate independently & separately. Thanks Neat idea would be to run Supercoin through a block explorer and log all balances (besides dust), nullify the chain by changing pchMessage bytes, change block value for block 1 to a suitable amount which could encompass total values of addresses that we've logged, relaunch chain and then distribute on block 2.
Other variables could be changed to reflect current state of coin including block reward etc.
This way everyone can just dump their existing addresses via dumpprivkey; move to new wallet, reimport the keys and everything should be (relatively) as it was. Except the wallet isn't chugging through 2,000,000 blocks to sync; or verify when a new key is added.
About 4 hours work.
Note - I do not hold any SUPER; someone has approached me asking how this coin could be made 'SUPER' again.

Have the chain stopped moving? Last block was created on 9th july.
Check now if your wallet is full sync now all running normally!!!!!  Yep synced fully & working flawlessly now. Thanks |

Lets not do voting then but lets get a general consensus of people opinions right here. If its too hard to call maybe using blockchain tech and our brains we can set up a way of honest voting.
Griffith to remain as leader/director/oversear, he has proven over time he has the best interests for the life of the coin at heart. He might not be the best at writing new code, thats ok. Thats why we look for devs that are for hire to work on new ideas. Grow the team.
The development of a coin should i think be in the hands of the community.
ECC i think should not be included, its coin count would throw things out, plus its true potential will be realized independently of other coins.
MWC and its low coin count is the perfect choice for going cross-chain. It was delisted recently from Bitrex, maybe there's opportunity here for it relisted as/with the new Super once new works has been reviewed and implemented.
MWC have low coin but still have double than SUPER i.e. 50 millions more. Why to make things complicated mixing them? They should operate individually & independently. |

I think that there is no need for any votes.
The development of a coin should be in the hands of the developers, they should make the decision how to continue with the coin, not the investors that all have a focus on fast profit. Investors that don't like the direction that the developers go can step out while others will step in.
We have seen it many times now that the voting process is always manipulated with false votes and Never has brought anything good. It also is a sign that the developers are not sure what to do next.
So in my opinion NO VOTING
No offence but you're saying this coz you were once in the dev team of MWC. Why should it get merged? They can operate individually & work fine. Thanks |

ECC should not be a part of this, it should only be MWC and SUPER on the new chain
Why should MWC be included, it is basically a dead coin. Also would make the swap a lot simpler if it is Super only, and then no need to change names. FYI: ECC wallet at Bleutrade is offline, no response from their support yet.  Yep MWC mustn't be included. But yeah MWC can also use this system lonely to move to the new chain. |

- Currently I am investigating the best method to calculate the rate at which coins are exchanged from the existing ECC/SUPER/MWC wallets to the new chain, not an easy task nor an easy answer.
Thanks for the update. But I didn't got the above point. Do you mean all there coins(SUPER/ECC/MWC) will be merged into one in new chain? I don't think it is a good idea. |
