Just look BTC emission - 108 000 BTC each month. Awesome mining result. Plus total BTC market cup ~twice more from October 2015. We're about to see that get halved to 54,000, so that might have a very interesting affect on the price. I always thought only something like 25k btc was pumped out each month, but those numbers really put it all into perspective. Do we have any idea how much of the mined coins is being sold in the market/exchanges? Just want to find out how miner handle their coins and are they hodling them?

Just go to https://perfectmoney.is/Bitcoin
Withdraw funds directly to your Bitcoin wallet. Perfect Money lets customers withdraw funds from Perfect Money B accounts to the Bitcoin wallet of your choice. All transactions are processed automatically.
I haven't used perfect money before but I guess you do not need any exchange for that.

Still on my way to 2.1BTC- my ultimate goal! That's 1 in 10millions. So far I think I have about 1+ BTC in 2-3 wallets.

Not to sure by what you mean "where is the addrress" could you explain abit more?
I don't use iOS but I guess the OP is trying to backup/export the private keys used by the wallet. This can be useful when the phone is lost or the Apps is no longer supported.

Actually I feel nervous as I always make sure the send address and fee are the correct ones before sending, so that there is no mistake.
During the good old days when there are puzzle/quiz related to solving private keys as answers, it was great when I send the bitcoins from solved private key to my own address... I guess just like other- it feels good to receive, rather than sending.

Let's help each other to earn btc using this Forum. Specially a new member can not understand that how to post and how to reply. We should Help them to success. Surely helping people is the noble work, so why we won't do this great job? Thank you all.
I think posting and reply in this forum is straight forward and I never have issues even when I first started. It will be good for newcomers to read more about bitcoin before contributing to the discussion. I am considered as newbie and I am still reading more through this and other online forums.

Personally I think the price will remain in the current range ($400-450) for the next few months unless something big happen (such as the real Satoshi reveal himself and convinced everyone he is Satoshi, or there is a breakthrough in blocksize debate).
Reward halving may see a small increase but the effect will only seen long term.

This is really not the right way to use bitcoin. This will only make bitcoin a bad currency with prevent the mainstream adoption.

Unless they want to ban internet... most likely they will have a hard time. I heard bitcoin can even be transmitted via Short-wave radio frequency! It really can't be stopped.

Not only banks in Europe is performing badly. Those in Asia are also not doing well. I guess this is a global crisis.

As many has already explained, the effect of halving is yet to surface. The main reason is the current block-size debate as well as the real demand-supply imbalance has yet to set in.
Most likely the effect of halving will be seen a few months after the real reward halving.

My worse was to invest a small amount in the HYIP scam. It was only 0.01 but sufficient enough to teach me a lesson.

Current number of blocks mined is only 4.8%. Still a long way to be successful but still not dead yet!

Bitcoin is just like money. The money itself is not evil but the greed for money which is evil.

Yes, bitcoin can be taxed but the process could be a bit challenging. This is why the government of many countries decided to define it as non-taxable for the time being.
However, if bitcoin continue to grow, new regulations will sure come out to include bitcoin use in tax.

I am currently using BTCM in iOS to monitor bitcoin addresses and price. It is quite simple to use and no issue at all.

Do you mean another 10 minutes of waiting time for my food in the restaurant? What if there is a stress test (my meal will be "unconfirmed" for few days!)?

I think it was the cryptography forum and this forum.
Initially it was only Satoshi and Hal, and perhaps a few others who were interested in cryptography and cryptocurrency. The very first versions were full of bugs and through working with the enthusiasts the codes improved significantly.
I think at that time people were focus on how to get the protocol/software to work and how to perfect it. Nowadays, the focus is more on "how to get rich with bitcoin?" or "how am I going to benefit from it?". I really hope the spirits of the initial group will come back.
